We really loved the food at Firdaus and service of all support staff and management-especially Chef Jahangir Khan and Kenneth, who were excellent!! Our Son loved playing with Kenneth and he was a very nice host! We had all our meals at Firdaus as the vegetarian food here was excellent and much beyond our expectations Everything we tried here is worth a praise, we tried the Veg Kebab Platter (Paneer Tikka was too good) , Dal Makhani, Papad Wale Kofte , Garlic Naan, Pudina Paratha and Butter Kulcha ! The Veg Hyderabadi Biryani was nice too, especially the Salan! Everything excellent! The Desserts chef sent for us as compliments were very nice as well- Double ka meetha which was a unique version of shahi tukda and kulfi tasted great! They also have a live gazal in the evening which made the ambience pleasant and a memorable experience! Firdaus will probably be one of the best restaurants where we have visited!!

I have been a regular guest at Firdaus (Taj Krishna) since 2015 and have always appreciated the hospitality and service. However, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit on the occasion of my wife’s birthday and my daughter’s 6-month celebration. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect. The hospitality was lacking, particularly from the lady who served our table. She appeared disinterested and inattentive, and it seemed as though serving us was a burden. We had to wait for nearly an hour for our main course after finishing our starters, and our queries were largely ignored. When we inquired about the availability of desserts such as kulfi or a dessert platter, we received no response. Eventually, feeling frustrated, we requested the cake for our celebration. Additionally, I had requested Jahangir (the master chef) to arrange a flower bouquet to mark the special occasion, but neither the manager nor any staff member provided one. This oversight further dampened our celebration. While the non-vegetarian food was good, my wife unfortunately fell ill after consuming the vegetarian dish (lassoni palak). Given this experience, I am deeply disappointed, especially with the manager and the lady server. This may be my last visit to Firdaus (Taj Krishna).

OVEREXPENSIVE! The vibe is down, food tastes very average. Zero effort into making any dishes, the receptionist was very ignorant, even after making the reservation, they said they don’t have an entry for the same.

Firstly I never thought 5 star hotel food would be delicious, I was shocked to the core with ( haleem with sheermal), the taste was too good, though its pretty expensive but I would literally go back for haleem again n again. Literally had zero expectations with food but even (chicken biryani) was yummy, most importantly both of them tasted hyderabadi, nizami food. It was our anniversary and they showed a great gesture by presenting a complimentary cake that was also yummy, they had live music so they even played song for us while cutting the cake. On hospitality I would give 1000/10. Especially I don’t remember full name, G.L reddy I guess, loved loved his service & warmth. And about the ambiance its worth every penny that you spend. Costed more than 3 thousand for 2 dishes, so it’s obviously five star but atleast they give you taste.

Firdaus is a luxury dining restaurant in one of the city’s most ornate 5 Star hotels, Taj Krishna. We went there as a family to celebrate an occasion. Overall we had a good time eating and enjoying the ambience, but the service was rather disappointing. To put it bluntly, the waiters behaved like ones in that of a Udupi restaurant. They lacked poise and etiquette. This came as a shocker from a restaurant like Firdaus. The food didn’t take too long to arrive. We ordered the much hyped Kabab-e-Firdaus, Haleem with Sheermal 🫓, Nalli Gosht , Dum ka Murgh🥘, Garlic Naan, Paratha and the Dessert Platter. The award for the best haleem in Hyderabad goes to Firdaus, hands down. I could just eat more and more of this gourmet food and finish off with my dinner…well I’m going to do this next time :). Their haleem is mild, yet oozing with and flaunting the finest flavours of this popular local delicacy. A shout-out to their chef for this exquisite dish 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. The rest of the food was also good, but not something I would want to come back for. I do recommend their dessert platter to get a taste of everything. Their desserts were remarkable, and the portion size was decent. Ah…I got so engrossed with writing about their food, that I almost forgot about the live ghazals playing in the background. The choice of ghazals sure made the occasion nostalgic and elevated the mood, but the quality of singers was not great. The tune would go off beat most times, which was much to our dismay. The behaviour of the singers was not very dignified and one could often see them arguing or being sternly instructed by the manager, which was not a good sight with the backdrop of the swanky ambience.

When we think about celebrations, Firdaus is always our first option and it never disappoints. The Hyderabadi & Nizami delicacies presented by Chef Jahangir there are simply the best in Hyderabad. From the starters of Kebab e Firadus, Ajwain Fish Tikka to the desserts of Malai Kulfi, the quality and tastes of everything are outstanding and delectable. The Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani might have been the best Biryani we have ever had. Service was delightful and very professional. Chef Jahangir Khan & Manager Amul Kumar are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations, both truly care about the customer’s satisfaction and ensure a fine dining experience each time.

Right from the time I got down from my car the hospitality which is unbeatable, delighted me to the core. My team and I have been checking out hotels within India but never have we seen such a team work and enthusiasm to please the guest. Sudipta Roy manager at firdaus who took such good care of us I sincerely wish them good and thankful to them. Even the chef at Firdaus made an extra effort to personally come and take the feedback about the delicious kebabs that were served. I felt like a Nizam in Taj ,I highly recommend Taj Krishna for its ambience and hospitality.

We visited Firdaus for celebrating a special occasion and boy, it was so worth it! We took a Shahi Dawaat (non-veg) and one Shahi Nizami Dawaat (seafood) which was honestly too much for two people 😄. The delectable food coupled with the beautiful ambience makes it an experience to remember. Though every item was a winner here, the tawa machli, kebab-e-firdaus and nalli gosht deserve special mention. The price is of course on the higher side owing to the franchise but if you like good food you won't regret it 😊
