Fire Dept. Coffee

This is my son’s favorite coffee and what he puts on his Christmas list.. It ships quickly and it smells so good when you open the box. Excellent service and great coffee! My dad was a volunteer fireman for 47 years. God Bless our first responders!

I originally ordered the sampler pack of K-cups to figure out what we liked. After a shipping SNAFU (not FDC's fault), we gave them all a try. We decided on our favorite & just ordered more of that particular one. I'm hoping they'll eventually come out with more flavored K-cup options (not alcohol infused), too!

Best Coffee ever! Fell in love with the Black Cherry Bourbon infused when it first came out, and Ive been a loyal FDC customer ever since! Amazing coffee, and Amazing customer service. And just an all around Amazing company. Constantly doing tons of charity work etc.

Well it is once again time for a fire Fire Dept. Coffee review & the news is NOT pretty! I brewed up a pot of the new Granny Butterscotch coffee & me & the Mrs. both agree it taste like dirt! Both this & the Mexican Chocolate Tequila that I just purchased are the nastiest tasting coffee on planet earth! After having that marshmallow brownie that was super nasty, & an overly strong dark roast that that is all supposed to be made with medium roast coffee tasted horrible on that one, then it's very bad for these people. I have had bargain basement coffee taste far better than all three of these! Worst yet is in confidence I bought 2 bags of each so I have to throw away 4 bags to the trash that is totally undrinkable! This is forcing me to decide if I will ever buy any more Fire Dept. Coffee! If these folks can't maintain consistent great coffee then I need to shop elsewhere! Sorry folks as this really hurts but after this I don't recommend them as you may get coffee you count on to be very smooth turn in to trash like these! If this company can't do a great job on every bag they produce to ensure their customers always have a consistent great cup of coffee & always be reliably smooth then I can't support them. I survive on social security now in retirement so not only was it a great thing for them I was spending serious money with them, I now can't count on them for having reliable, drinkable coffee! 4 bags to the trash is a huge cost out of my pocket for nothing! Very Very wrong that they can't quality check their coffee to ensure quality! Going forward I do NOT recommend you buy any of their coffee as this is absolutely WRONG! I have loved their coffee for being consistent until now but they obviously are just using trash coffee now without any care for their customers! UPDATE! The good news is the replacement bags of coffee taste very good. I shipped the bad coffee back to Fire Dept. Coffee but have yet to hear any word on what happened to receive such nasty coffee & why/what got in to it to ruin the coffee! There is no excuse to send any bad coffee out to customers & I have no answers at this point as to what they screwed up & why it happened. Buyer beware!

I LOVE being a supporter of Fire Department Coffee!!! Being a USN veteran myself, I initially began purchasing coffee and merchandise just because of the thought that they give back to sick and injured fire fighters. But WHOA BABY!, when I tasted the coffee, I was hooked and will NOT be going back to what I use to drink. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YA'LL, because you've got another lifetime supporter!!! ❤️❤️❤️

This is my favorite online coffee company. Period!! Every coffee they see is unique. I have tried all different types of their coffees. Flavored, bourbon infused, traditional, etc... All have been outstanding. More than that, their mission is outstanding!!!!

Love the coffee and love the cause! Coffee is delivered quickly and tastes fresh. I chose to subscribe to a monthly coffee that benefits a specific fire department each month. Prices are very fair too. Thank you Fire Department Coffee for your product and your support the crews!

Saw an ad for a 4-pack bundle and I also got a free bag for my first order. I had received a Black Cherry Bourbon 12 oz bag for a Christmas gift and was pleasantly surprised with both the black cherry and bourbon flavors coming through. I ordered a Salted-Caramel Bourbon, Irish Whiskey, Strawberry Cream Rum, and Dark Roast. I got a bag of Vanilla Bean Bourbon as my free bag. I do not notice any hint of Bourbon, Rum, or Whisky in any of the coffees I ordered, nor do I detect much of a salted caramel, strawberry, or "Irish" flavor. The Vanilla does come through, slightly. The gifted bag of coffee held so much promise, but the rest just didn't deliver much of anything except a medium roast coffee experience. I'll have to look elsewhere for a spirit-infused coffee that actually tases like it's infused.
