Fire Dept. Coffee

I previously ordered a shipment of coffee from Fire Dept Coffee to Poland, and now my latest order has arrived just as smoothly. Both deliveries came quickly and in perfect condition. The coffee is fantastic, and it’s such a pleasure to enjoy it all the way on the other side of the world. This definitely won’t be my last order — highly recommended!

Sad being a retired firefighter/medic I thought I give the coffee and the apparel a try especially for mystery shirts going for 5$ a pop. Well I received 2 of the same exact shirt and when I asked their customer service I was told that is what they had in stock, even though all the shirts were available or just return for a full refund. Anyway kept them learned a lesson and the medium roast bean blend. Nothing that really stands out Dunkin and death wish have comparable tastes so leave it at that. Lesson learned. So just get one shirt and enjoy the never ending emails to keep ordering ! As of 1/20 someone with a little more power , reviewed the complaint I had and refunded the monies for the tee shirts. Coffee still stands on taste and cost. Be safe

I have been drinking Fire Department Coffee for a few years now and have always loved it. Since we were in Rockford today we decided to stop at the storefront. So worth it!!! The lovely young lady working was so friendly and helpful and even went and got me some of Decembers coffee of the month from the back! (It was eggnog and I had wanted to try it so badly!) and then as a surprise we got some free donut shop coffee with our order! From one first responder, veteran household to another, thank you for all you do!!! A few bags will be going to the MedFlight station to keep our responders caffeinated.

Absolutely the best coffee, a honorable and fine organization, and excellent customer service with super fast shipping. Not to mention, an all around wonderful group of brave heroes! I am proud and honored to purchase coffee and other items from FDC. My son is a Volunteer Fire Fighter and EMT, so I understand the risks and effects their jobs entails. Thank-you for being my coffee supply company!!

Great products and service with a fantastic mission behind it. Been a customer for a few years now after switching from BRCC who has lost their way. Had an issue with a damaged shipment and right away after contacting them it wasn't an issue anymore. I will continue to support FDC, their mission of making great coffee and giving back to 1st responders. It is truly great for them not selling out and continuing to be a veteran owned business.

This may come as a shock but I do not drink coffee, at all, and I was in the Navy for 26 years and I also have no tattoos. What I can tell you is that every time I send or use FDC as a gift, everyone LOVES IT! I also enjoy the shirts and stickers and keep those for myself.

My favorite blend...Black Cherry Bourbon. It is a treat several times a year. Recently took part in the $5 Mystery Shirt promo. Bought several sizes over the course of 3 orders for holiday gifts. Sadly, 3 did not ship along with a tumbler. Not a common issue with FDC. Stephanie w/customer service offered an awesome resolution. Stephanie was awesome, professional, timely and compassionate. I will be back for another cup of coffee!

Saw an ad for a 4-pack bundle and I also got a free bag for my first order. I had received a Black Cherry Bourbon 12 oz bag for a Christmas gift and was pleasantly surprised with both the black cherry and bourbon flavors coming through. I ordered a Salted-Caramel Bourbon, Irish Whiskey, Strawberry Cream Rum, and Dark Roast. I got a bag of Vanilla Bean Bourbon as my free bag. I do not notice any hint of Bourbon, Rum, or Whisky in any of the coffees I ordered, nor do I detect much of a salted caramel, strawberry, or "Irish" flavor. The Vanilla does come through, slightly. The gifted bag of coffee held so much promise, but the rest just didn't deliver much of anything except a medium roast coffee experience. I'll have to look elsewhere for a spirit-infused coffee that actually tases like it's infused.
