"While Firebirds operates locations across the country, the wood-fired grill with a lofty, mountain-lodge vibe first opened its doors in Charlotte nearly two decades ago. Steak and seafood are staples here. Lettuce lovers: Try the seared tuna superfoods salad, a nest of spinach loaded with organic ancient grains, seared sushi-grade tuna, cucumbers, avocado, edamame, grilled corn, and radish, splashed with avocado green goddess dressing." - Katie Toussaint

The service was God Awesome! Food came out super fast with a Mothers Day crowd. the GM Randy was super courteous and worked harder than servers! I watched Doug do an amazing job cooking over an open fire!!! Enjoyed the experience and will definitely come again!

I had a great birthday lunch with my daughter. The atmosphere was quiet and laid back. The food was excellent as always. Try the salmon, you'll love it! Creme brulee cheesecake for my birthday surprise! The waitstaff attended to all of our needs. Love it here!

We were blown away by the food and the service. Our waiters name was Justin. He was more knowledgeable than most. He could have sold ice to an eskimo. He was good. But he was right as well. Hats off to the cook team as well. The flavors were all there. The presentation was there. From start to finish, this meal was one of our favorites. Very well done, Firebirds crew.

My niece had given birth 77 days ago to a premature baby boy. She had to wait till her actual due date to bring her handsome boy sully home. I wanted to treat them to dinner on us. I told her to pick a place on grubhub and she picked this place. I placed the order for them then thought it would be great if the restaurant could acknowledge this great homecoming long overdue. They went over the top with a very heartfelt card with welcome home sully with the whole staff signing it with baby foot prints. They also gave them a couple of gift cards. It was something they will never forget. I thank them for what they did.

Food was great... Actually... It was better than great. Everyone in our group, including the children, finished their food and loved it. Our server was a huge letdown though. When you go out and spend $50 a plate you should have great servers. This guy was so aloof. I know that word sucks, but it's the best way to explain him. Just didn't care and a people person. God bless him... I hope he finds something he is passionate about and kills it! But while you are doing this give effort.

I was greeted with exceptional service and it continued through my entire meal. The bar drinks were at my table almost as soon as I ordered them. The food was delicious. The dressing on the mixed green salad was so good! The prime rib was juicy and just perfect. There was not a single thing I could think to criticize about my dining experience tonight and I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area.

I was unsure about where I wanted to celebrate my birthday for dinner. I checked so many restaurants on the south side and looked at as many menus. I was looking for something with variety and not too expensive but also good quality. I ended up choosing Firebirds for my 43rd birthday. It was a great choice. I chose the 3 for $39.99. It was so worth it and a beautiful experience. My server ( I can't remember her name) was so sweet and professional. The ambiance was very warm and comfortable. I chose a white sangria that had mango rum and pineapple, a BLT salad for appetizer, cilantro chicken, steamed broccoli and loaded baked potato as my entree and creme brulee cheesecake asmy dessert. The presentation was emaculate & I got a birthday song from my server. Everything was A1. I'd recommend this experience for anyone who wants to try something new.

**Late Post*** Went here for my birthday back in June with a group of girlfriends. It was my first time at this location. Food was good. Service was just okay. Waitress had a bit of an attitude because we asked to be moved from a table where we felt like we were in a fishbowl to the booth beside us. We are not skinny women and wanted more elbow room. She told us no and I basically talked to someone else who told me yes. So she was clearly annoyed and showed so during the service. Other than that, I'd return here. This location is in a large shopping center, so parking is busy. We did not wait to be seated and the hostesses were friendly in taking pictures of me and my friends for us.

Yelp
When eating at a restaurant a bad experience is possible for anybody. For my fiancé and myself it was a great experience. Service: 5 stars Starter: 5 stars Dinner: 5 stars. Will we eat here again? Yes

Holly D.

Yelp
It was a birthday celebration, everyone there really enjoyed their meals. I'm a new vegetarian. I found the mashed potatoes and Cesar salad were delicious. But the vegetables were undercooked and not seasoned much even after ordering Cajun butter still extremely plain, and seasoning ! But the overall dining experience was great.

Yelp
Firebirds is a consistent restaurant that doesn't disappoint. The restaurant is a nice size and able to accommodate different parties. The food is fresh and cooked to your specifications. This restaurant is great for all types of occasions. The menu has a good variety. I've gone for brunch and dinner. The food is delicious every time. This particular visit, I enjoyed the three course dinner menu which had some really good selections. The service was good. The booth seating gave upscale relaxation.

Yelp
We had a nice lunch at Firebirds. The food was pretty good, portions were decent, ambiance was welcoming and service was attentive. Ratings for the menu items we tried are below: -Lobster queso dip (4.5/5) - little runny but very good and balanced flavor with a few pieces of lobster) -Chicken caprese pasta (3.5/5) - good balsamic flavor but underwhelming. I believe this dish needed more salt and acid. The roasted tomatoes in this dish were delicious so doubling or tripling this would've helped) -Chilean sea bass (4.25/5) - Sea bass was well cooked, sauce was very yummy, ancient grains could've been better seasoned, asparagus was good) -Service (4/5) - good overall but they took too long to bring our entrees) Overall this is a decent American restaurant if you want a simple lunch with friends. As with most other restaurants, it's a bit overpriced but we may return in the future.

Yelp
The food was so delicious. I had the steak and broccoli. The service was amazing for the crowd. The atmosphere was great.

Yelp
Last Saturday afternoon I visited Firebirds in South Charlotte for a late lunch. The restaurant wasn't too packed. We were seated upon arrival. Our server was super friendly. She gave my mother extra special attention and consideration, which I greatly appreciated. My nephew wanted to try the lobster queso so we went for it. The appetizer arrived at 2:25pm. The bowl of queso was completely empty at 2:30pm. No joke. No exaggeration. Good thing I took a bite as soon as it arrived! I only scrolled through my IG feed for a few minutes and missed the opportunity to have a second bite, sheesh. Needless to say, they loved and devoured it. My durango burger was excellent. It wasn't spicy. I'm a little sensitive to spicy food, so if I say it's not spicy, it really isn't. The flavors were great. The visual threw me off though. There was something about the look of the fried onions that made me think of fungus or some similar lol, but it wad delish and I ate the whole thing. No complaints about the cheeseburger or fries ordered, and the restaurant served a heaping side of veggies. The baja shrimp pasta was tasty, although I'm not sure it was worth the price tag. The showstopper was the dessert. It was the best dessert I've had from any restaurant in a long time. So unfortunate that it's only being served temporarily. I can't imagine anyone ordering it and being disappointed. My mother asked for a to-go box for her dessert because she was too stuffed to eat it. She planned to take one bite, then box it. Our waitress told her she wouldn't need a box if she planned on tasting it. She was right. My mother ate every drop. It was served very warm. The cake was extremely moist. The berries were sweet. Everything about it was perfection. The dessert alone was enough to ensure our return much sooner than later.

Yelp
Not happy...more disappointed with this location of Firebirds. Three stars OK because I did not want to kill what is a good chain because of one poor performance from the Sharon Road location. You have a lot of tightening up to do with your servers and kitchen. Yes, we did have a large 22 person reservation for our family get-together. And we had a 5:15pm reservation to ease the impact on your location. Wine, beer and non-alcohol beverages were quickly delivered. The mixed drinks took quite awhile to get to our table. Wait staff was smiling and really kept tabs on our drinks. So much so that it became annoying. Why? Because the kitchen was lagging. Nothing was coming out to the tables around us at table 11D/1. Yet the young server kept asking if we, especially the children, would like more to drink. And it kept coming. Six kid drinks for two children 10 & 11. Meanwhile we sat, and sat until, after an hour of waiting, one of the adults interrupted the drink-pushing server saying, "Enough on the children's drinks. You need to kick your kitchen into high gear and bring out our food." And we had raved to our family that Firebirds was one of our favorite restaurants. Normally we go to the Southpark location, but restaurant week took over that location so we settled for Sharon Road location. The 14 oz prime rib ($36.95) was cool to the touch for a medium and I asked if I could try a piece. Heavy sawing yielded me a tough, flavorless, dry piece of meat. Three adults ordered your usually wonderful BLT salad ($10.95 each) as entrees. One salad had Cchicken added ($7.75) and another had shrimp added ($8.95). I sat between the wife who only had the salad and the other wife who had the chicken. My shrimp BLT was entree sized and had plenty of your garlic ranch dressing. The salad only entree did not cover the bottom well of the plate, looking more like a side serving than an entree. The with chicken entree had so little dressing that she asked the wait person for more. Two of the young adults ordered chicken tenders which looked to be over-cooked and proved to be too hard and dry to eat more than one on each plate. These two were teenagers that regularly consume everything, but not tonight. We asked for our bill at 7:04pm. I tipped $30 for a $301.84 bill, far below my usual 25= 30%. The kitchen truly let down the wait staff in many ways, as described above. I suggest management take a close look and closely monitor the Sharon Road kitchen, management and workers. A sad performance for a usually excellent restaurant. We are reluctant to return to Sharon Road. Two stars was a better and more honest rating.

Yelp
I really love Firebirds. The ambiance is warm and inviting. Service has been great every time I've dined here. The smoked meats are the real deal. I hade "The Perfect Pair" for lunch, choosing the grilled bbq chicken sandwich and their awesome chicken tortilla soup. The soup filled me up so I took the bbq chicken sandwich home for dinner. The sandwich was delicious. Definitely coming back again and again.

Yelp
We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. We got a table in the bar but it was never wiped down. I had the ribeye. It had good flavors and was the correct temp. Or appetizers took quite a bit if time so the manager took it off the check. Margaritas were tasty. It's a good place. Will check out the one in my town.

Jeff F.

Yelp
We had dinner for 4 one evening. Started with a. Round of adult beverages which were tasty. Three of us ordered different beef cuts (filet mignon, prime rib and Cajun ribeye) and one ordered salmon. The salmon was pretty good, the beef cuts were all good but 2 steaks were over cooked. Let them know about one of the overdone steaks and server said he would take care of it and nothing happened. Asked for lots of sautéed onions and got 5 pieces of onions; asked for more onions and 10 minutes later I got another dollop of onions. Ordered mushrooms when the original order was placed and got them 15 minutes after the entrees landed. Had other minor asks and had to ask a second time. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable. Maybe they were short staffed? Prices were as expected.

Yelp
I got the "burrata" .... Just take a look at what it looks like vs what it is supposed to look like TERRIBLE

Ashley S.

Yelp
I often forget how good Firebirds is, as SouthPark isn't my usual place to eat in Charlotte. Today, the burrata appetizer was delicious with ultra-fresh tomatoes and sweet balsamic vinegar, the onion rings were delicious, and the chicken tortilla soup was as good as I remember. After our chicken entrees were delivered less than warm, they kindly heated them again for us amid the holiday dinner rush. Remember, mistakes happen, so only judge a restaurant if they're unwilling to recognize/correct an error.

Yelp
I was invited to brunch here on Sunday morning. I'd never been so I wasn't sure what to expect. My friend made reservations prior to for a table of 10. I arrived 10 minutes before the reservation. Parking was a bit difficult as it is located in a shopping center. When I entered I checked in and was told that they were preparing our area. The interior is beautiful. It has very nice low lighting, it felt very warm and inviting. I ordered Shrimp and Grits. It was good but I wouldn't order it again. Two others at my table did not like it and did not finish their food. I ordered a brownie to go. I had to ask four different workers about the caramel and chocolate sauce that was supposed to be included. I was notified that they did not have the chocolate sauce but they did have the caramel sauce. I'd give the shrimp and grits 6/10, the brownie deserves 9/10. I'd revisit and order something different next time.

Yelp
I get there and give my name then 2 large parties come in after me. They are seated ahead of me. I talk with hostess about my concern she states that are large party and needed to be seated first. Once I am seated it is in an area on the outside of main restaurant. Im annoyed. I ask for a different seat the hostess is annoyed.

Rwanda F.

Yelp
I've only been one time but the food was good and service was too. We were a party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). Price was average.

Dee' B.

Yelp
Amazing service and good food. We had a party of 8, celebrating two birthdays and needed handicap accessible arrangements. They honors our reservation requests well and the table location was perfect. We didn't have to wait long at all to be seated and we had the best waiter in the entire world. Our waiter "Aven" was phenomenal. By far the best waiter I've had anywhere and I eat at top notch restaurants all of the time(way more upscale then here) and his service and personality was impeccable. Most of the food was great, 7 out of 8 people satisfied (not bad at all). The Salmon was over cooked but other than that, everything was perfect! Thank you for the awesome experience. My first time here and I will be returning.

Na'Shota L.

Yelp
Service was alright, a little slow. Noticed a bug issue on the patio. Hopefully they can invest in controlling it.

Yelp
Tonight was the first time I got to go to Firebirds! I sat at the bar. I enjoyed a delightfully spiced old fashioned. It had a charred cinnamon stick in it for an added unique aroma and flavor. Mandy was the bar tender and my server. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and fun to chat with. She told me about great food they have and the background of the restaurant's meat preparation. I got an IPA, as well. I was impressed with the food. I got an aged ribeye and loaded baked potato. The meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful. It was perfectly medium rare as desired. Additionally, I found out that they butcher the meat there, so it is super fresh, and you can taste the difference! That was some of the best steak I've had. I also liked that a manager walks around and asked how people are doing, and helps the staff. One of the managers, Phil, came to me and was very kind and welcoming when he found out it was my first time. He also had a good energy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend going to this Firebirds, with that food, amazing service, genuinely friendly staff, and experience! 5/5 stars.

Mi L.

Yelp
Service is slow. Even though I ordered ahead 30 minutes for pick up my order, foods are not ready !!! The FireBirds is very slow.

Sonja J.

Yelp
Had reservations at 7:00 pm party of 4 seated at 7:35 . Ordered drinks wanted 30 minutes before receiving the drinks (thank goodness they were good). Ordered food , first appetizer and salad waited another 30 minutes finally received the salad 45 minutes got the appetizer which was just the lobster fondue should not take 45 minutes. Dinner another 40-50 minute wait. Also ordered dessert was about to leave, then the waitress comes out with the desserts,The waiter and waitress provide good service, kitchen staff needs help. Not a manager in sight to speak with. I will never visit this place again.

She M.

Yelp
My group if 3 had a nice dinner here. The Prime Rib was slow roasted and it was as I expected it. The service great. My most favorite is the big daddy chocolate dessert!

Gordon L.

Yelp
Had dinner there last night. Chicken wings was good with smokey favour to it. New York Strip was extremely salty it was hard to even eat it that way. Chilean seabass was also extremely salty. Not sure why the cook put so much salt to the food and made them uneatable. Will not return next time thats for sure.

Hope A.

Yelp
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!! Do not buy from here! They took 2 hrs to cook one skewer and then it was delivered it was RARE, although I spoke on the phone with them they guranteed me it would be WELL DONE! Spoke to management and they refused to give me a replacement even though I offered to driveup there and give them the raw steak and potato back. Also the potato was missing all the loaded toppings! This place is an absolute joke for customer service spend your money elseware they only care about $ and not hospitality!

South P.

Yelp
This was one was my favorite restaurants in Charlotte. You could always count on the food, service, and ambience to be very welcoming and consistent. Over the past several years, the bar has become the local watering hole for a dozen+ regulars that frequent at least 3 times a week. Until recently, there has been a sense of camaraderie among the customers, bartenders, servers, and managers. Unfortunately, one bartender (Karigan) has changed the entire vibe to one of gossip, pettiness, and makes the entire experience uncomfortable to the point where many of the regulars now find somewhere else to gather when she works

Sandy F.

Yelp
Your girl is out here in NC enjoying the food. Went here Friday night with family and overall it was a wonderful time. My only negative was the long wait for certain things....complimentary bread, a cocktail and my dessert. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen area but our waiter, Skyler was awesome. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience a pleasant one. The manager did come and apologize for the long wait. With that out of the way....let's move on to the food. Not gonna lie....I was hungry and forgot to take a pic of our appetizer and the dang dessert! For the appetizer we ordered the onion rings and omg....amazing!! Our entrees included the shrimp & pasta, surf & turf, grilled salmon and a steak with mashed potatoes. Dessert was that incredible crème brûlée cheesecake. This restaurant is a must visit on your list if you're in the area! Eat and enjoy!

Yelp
If you want a great meal from Firebirds, go to the Rea Rd location. This place did not care about my meal, my experience, my service, only that I tipped well because it's a nicer restaurant. We ordered a bottle of wine. The server came back after 5-8 minutes and let us know that bottle was not in stock. So we ordered a different bottle. Another 10 minutes went by and we got our cab. Cool, we're finally have something. We got our food after a normal amount of time - the steak was undercooked, had no crust, the loaded baked potato was not loaded. I had to ask for extra toppings (which took nearly 10 minutes). My potato had gotten cold by this point. The blue cheese and port mushrooms was a gross soup of blue cheese with some mushrooms mixed in. I was kind of over it by now. This location needs to go down to Rea Rd and take some notes. This felt like I went to an Outback Steakhouse. If I wanted a crappy meal, I would go to Outback. I cannot believe I paid $100 to walk out of a restaurant frustrated and upset. I don't want anything out of this review except the people after me who are brave enough to eat here to be treated to a better experience than I had. Some positivity: the wine was good and the potato was cooked well.

James S.

Yelp
Nice dining experience, good food, wonderful service, reasonable pricing! Worth going!

Charmaine K.

Yelp
The first time I went, the fish tacos and fries were so good. Went back several times, had tacos again and I only ate one, they did not taste the same and the shell tasted old; Pasta was ok, it was, the sauce was not thick; Ribeye steak was tough, potatoes were bland but the asparagus was good. Hand battered onion rings were good.

LaTiara D.

Yelp
This location is absolutely amazing !!! All of the servers and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food came out fast which was a plus. And the building is in a great location and super clean and nice inside.

Anthony H.

Yelp
I've been back recently with the family and Firebirds hasn't dropped off at all. We made reservations just in case for a family event and when we arrived, we were greeted quickly and seated promptly. Our waiter did a wonderful job with taking our custom order where we made some slight changes and made sure to check in on us every so often. My wife and I both had the 9 oz Filet Mignon which was cooked to order baked potatoes on the side and my daughter had the Wood Grilled Salmon with fries and it was cooked perfectly. From beginning to end, we had a wonderful dinner and wonderful time. Firebirds does have gluten-free options if necessary and their wine menu is extensive. Firebirds has always been a favorite of ours and I'm happy that they continu to meet and sometimes exceed our expectations. This location is a definite recommend!

Kathleen W.

Yelp
Went to lunch at Firebird's today. Had the BLT salad with recommended garlic dressing. And some shrimp on top. We asked to start with some bread. Bread was crunchy on the outside, soft and delicious inside. My friend had a different salad with the grilled chicken. She loved hers, and I super loved my salad. It was amazing and I'm not usually a salad person. Highly recommend! Also had Great service!

M K.

Yelp
We stopped for dinner tonight and it was delicious! My wife had the filet and I had the honey chicken! Both were amazing! Our server was Maddy who was awesome! So attentive and such a great personality!! She helped to make it a great dining experience!

Michael L.

Yelp
Father's Day at Firebirds... A delicious ribeye and she enjoyed the garlic sirloin w/ a Caesar salad. The appetizer is the Philly steak egg rolls which were extraordinary! Polished off the meal with the Lemon Blueberry cake. This was a first visit to the Queen city w my queen for Father's Day. Highly recommended and from experience all of the Firebirds locations are worth the distance.

Heather J.

Yelp
We ate here on 12/26/22 for dinner. We had a reservation for 6:30pm. We were sat at our table and no sever greeted us for over 20 minutes so I asked the hostess if we had a server. She went to the back and one finally came out. The experience continued to decline from here. Our food was cold when it finally arrived. One of our entrees had fries and it was literally only 7 fries. The server forgot our drink refills the entire meal and our sauces. I asked the manager for these items (a black male with a long sleeve plaid shirt on). He said he would bring them but he never came back. He instead went right to the line. This is the worst dining experience I have had in many years. Save your stress... avoid this place completely. The Rea Road location has never disappointed so I assume this one has a different manager. But it made me appreciate that one so much more.

Mike C.

Yelp
The food and service is incredible... The atmosphere is fun and such a positive energy in the restaurant. You tell the staff love working here and a everyone is so friendly.. Great food

Yvonne C.

Yelp
Great service, great food! The seared tuna was amazing and prime rib was prefect! Thanks for a fabulous dinner.

Jacob S.

Yelp
Great service but one of our 9 ounce filet migons was straight fat so we sent it back and it took 10 minutes for them to get me another one.

Bill F.

Yelp
I always enjoy coming to Firebirds. From the initial greeting, the wait staff and the managers everyone is friendly and professional. The whole menu is good but personally I always enjoy the steaks.

Alex H.

Yelp
There was a live worm at the bottom of my salad. I hope I didn't eat any other worms. Immediately felt sick after seeing that.

Leila R.

Yelp
I have only ever come here during their Wed late night happy hour at the bar. Their HH menu has good food & drink specials. Their food is hit or miss, but the drinks are great! Their signature pineapple cocktail is fantastic & their dirty martini is on point. Where they seem to be most inconsistent in service. Of the 3x I've been it has ranged from spectacular, to meh, to just non-existent w/a bartender that acted like she was bothered by anyone's existence at her bartop. Why people like that get jobs in the service industry is just dumbfounding.

Iris L.

Yelp
Very delicious food, nice waiter and comfortable environment! Cake is amazing, fish is fresh and tasty.

Lori L.

Yelp
I like Firebirds. They have a good selection of food and their seasonal stuff is always fantastic!! I came here for lunch to meet a girlfriend. We got sat right away and our server was very nice and attentive! I got the lunch portion of the chicken pasta with extra green onions. It's my favorite dish from here. The sauce and flavor is good. The texture of the onions and tomatoes pair well with the pasta and chicken. They give you a hearty portion! My friend got the pineapple chicken and she killed it. Overall, good experience!

Pamela G.

Yelp
Really had a nice time here. Our normal spot had shut down so this was the perfect opportunity to try a new place. We were pleasantly surprised. We made reservations, so we didn't have to wait long, maybe 5 minutes, but come on what's 5 minutes, not bad at all. So far, I felt like I was winning. It was nice , spacious, waitress was SUPER friendly and the food had a nice quality taste to it, didn't taste cheap. I haven't had scallops in a long time, and they were so nice, plump and succulent. I felt like they melted right in my mouth. I loved my drink - The Double Black Diamond, just the right amount of sweetness and the alcohol wasn't overpowering. I probably could of had a few more of those, specially since the Wednesday night we went they were 1/2 price, but I stuck with just the one. Our order was taken quick, they were very attentive and the food came out in a decent amount of time, you didn't have to yell over loud music, very subtle and subdued. I mean really, what else could you ask for? Go give it a try!

Daniel W.

Yelp
We ate here for the second time tonight, and it was a lovely experience! We had salmon and sirloin steak... both were amazing. Our waiter, Fred, was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 date night :)

Anita W.

Yelp
Came to Firebirds for last minute dinner options. It was during a weeknight and not busy what so ever.. still took 20 minutes before we got seated with open seats all around us. Waitress took forever to get our drink and food orders.. and well as bringing out our appetizers. Wasn't even five minutes of receiving our appetizers that our food was following behind it. Our apps were possibly sitting in the window waiting to be brought to us by no one. No bread was brought to our table at all, then finally asking if there was any, she came back and said it would be a little while before it was done. The deviled eggs and onion rings were really good! My prime rib was too much on the rare side.. not much flavor.. but it was okay. My guest and I asked for refill on water and she brings back one cup.. didn't even try to fill it herself. Just sat the glass on the table and left before letting her know we needed two refills.. it was obvious that we both needed it.

Yelp
I planned a birthday dinner here for 15 people . The table was ready at the time I reserved . The entire staff was accommodating and friendly as I was celebrating my birthday . Our two waiters (I forget their names-I had a long weekend), were awesome ! I know how crazy it can get when trying to get 15 drink and meal orders right but they handled it so well. They checked on us often and made sure we had the necessary items to light my candles and cut my cake. I love the salmon, I always get mash potatoes and veggies with it. It is my go to meal. The lobster queso is also DELICIOUS!! I'm just a fan of Firebirds which is why I wanted to eat here on my birthday. Parking over there can be a complete pain. They usually have valet parking but I didn't see anybody outside that day so I had to fight and play jigsaw just to park lol . Overall, I'll come back over and over and over again . Lol

Amy S.

Yelp
My husband and I went to dinner there last night and had the worst service. The waitress was slow to serve drinks and when we ordered food it took an hour to get a steak that was over cooked and definitely not the 16 oz portion he ordered. It looked like the cook had cut off the steak reducing it to an 8 ounce steak. I was told my loaded baked potato would be another 15 minutes. It was an awful experience and a huge waste of our time!

Tasha B.

Yelp
First time here for a friend's birthday dinner and I had an enjoyable experience. The staff was attentive and accommodating to our party. It didn't seem like there was a scramble to get tables together even though you made a reservation, we've all seen it happen, and once everyone from our party arrived we were seated. The menu definitely has a pretty good variety of entrees and appetizers. Their appetizers are truly shareable sizes or can be paired with a side if you are looking for a smaller meal option. I ordered the Sesame encrusted salmon which came with fried spinach and I went with mashed potatoes as my additional side. Fried spinach was tasty, a little salty but it mixed well with the plate overall. I definitely had enough to take home a little of everything on my plate and finish later.

Yelp
1st time here and it was a disastrous evening: watered down drinks finally served after appetizers, Queso Spinach dip served without spinach and cold and watery, cheese steak appetizers shell served empty, steak was tough, I did not eat but was charged for the broccoli on the plate. and our waitress seemed very unorganized I could go on but that would spoil the rest of my evening. I do want to thank Mario who really TRYED to make things right.

Yelp
The way this place drops the ball 8 out of 10 times on curbside pickup is almost laughable at this point...
