I ordered a hook and ladder sandwich and it was so poorly made I couldn't even pick it up as a sandwich. The bread was all broken up so much so that I don't know how they made it. I have never had such a horrible sandwich from Firehouse sub. When I have had that sandwich it was warmed also and this one was cold. It didn't even taste like a firehouse sub. Very disappointed. I found out later that my sandwich was made just at closing time but that shouldn't affect the quality of my sandwich.

Fantastic tasting sandwiches, though a bit skimpy as compared to other Firehouse locations. I was placed on hold for 10 mins. before hanging up. Staff is generally unfriendly as compared to other fast food restaurants--it's kind of weird. Tried ordering thru the app and it said the order wouldn't be ready for 1.5 hours. What? So if I walk into a store, it'll take 1.5 hours to get a sandwich? The place seems understaffed, and it's like pulling teeth to speak with an employee. This location had better get its act together of it will go out of business someday. No more mere responses from the supposed owner or manager to these reviews: how about making the business better for God's sake? Is it that difficult? How is In-N-Out able to do it so well with friendly, helpful employees? Get it together.

I heard the assistant gm talking about politics at work and for some odd reason when ever I heard one of the crew talking about it. She proceeded to tell the worker that he's not allowed to talk about politics. He wasn't saying anything bad or even vulgar. She was extremely rude to her worker. Like she didn't apologize or nothing. I've never been in a place of work where freedom of speech is prohibited. I'd understand if he was saying really bad stuff but he wasn't. His words were civil and on point with the facts. Just because she didn't agree with him doesn't mean she needed to go to the extreme and do what she did. Than even other customers were talking about it because they notice she kept harassing him underneath her breath. At the end of all of it before I left. He asked where the button was for a new order cause he messed up. So she proceeded to laugh and not even tell him. So the other women worker had to. It sad that I cant even enjoy my stay at a restaurant I go to all the time. Will never come back to this location.

Slow. Placed order in advance knowing this was the case. Arrived 20 minutes later only to wait another 30 minutes before I had to ask what happened with my order. It was sitting on the counter and was forgotten about. Sandwich was cold and soggy. Would have waited less and gotten a more fresh sandwich if I didn't order in advance

Food is always good. But when I came in today, I saw a young male worker and young female worker having their own conversation and did not greet us when we came in. the girl, who was wearing a necklace that says the name “Amara” proceeded to take our order with an EARBUD in her ear. When we gave her our rewards number, she asked us to repeat it 3 times. Maybe if she didn’t have an earbud in her ear she would have been able to hear the number the very first time. Very rude and unprofessional.

I love firehouse subs, however this specific location is the worst. Probably 4 or 5 times now, I have ordered from this location, and they always give me white bread when I choose wheat! When I am paying $17 for a sandwich, the least you could do is get my bread choice right.

Employees can set the atmosphere! There were 4 people behind the counter, a young man wanting to have a conversation with your only female employee avoiding his much needed attention to the only two customers in the place, us, needing to ask questions about the different sandwiches, but his concern was playing cupid with his co-worker. I myself asked to remove one item from my choice of sandwich and another concerning toasting the bread, not the meat. One of the other employee made both sandwiches, maybe not realizing the simple requests and the final young employee just standing around. Not use to inspecting the food before leaving a place, but I should have. But I could have gone back and demanded a refund, by not ever returning is more gratifying for me. You, the owner must like to loose money by hiring incompetent people. I now know why Subway does much better service and sandwiches. Much faster and makes it your way! With acknowledging your customers with a smile and let them realize upon their departure maybe a friendly good bye, come back again, just a suggestion. Your store, your money! Good luck!
