Xavier, Jayden, and Carden greeted me warmly as I entered, meeting me at the counter with friendly smiles. I had several inquiries that they addressed thoroughly, assisting me with my order. I chose the New York steamer and was thoroughly satisfied with my selection. The restaurant exuded cleanliness, and the team worked seamlessly to manage the numerous online orders coming in. It was uplifting to witness these young individuals collaborating effectively.

Never again...... This was the most pathetic portion of a sandwich I've ever seen. Ordered a small steak and cheese for $7.19. After opening my sandwich I seriously had to go back and ask if I got the correct sandwich. Incredibly small, I couldn't see any visible meat. I had to open the sandwich to find there was about one tablespoon of meat. The onions were not even edible. So tough. Never again. So much for the "wholesome" Firehouse Subs. Never thought I would be saying that I would rather have a Big Mac than a steak and cheese!! Pretty sure I just ate about 50 cents worth of food and paid close to $8 after tax.

We had a few challenges with our rental so we found ourselves eating out rather than fixing our food at home. We have a gluten allergy within the family so eating where someone else cooks/ prepares our food can be difficult. The team took our order and prepared it with great attention to detail. We felt like they not only cared, but understood food allergies. They also didn’t blink when my kiddos started to get a little hyper. The staff talked to the kids and asked them questions that helped the kids feel seen and accepted. We aren’t from the area, but if we were, we would visit again!

Absolutely an awful experience. A few weeks ago I decided to order an online pickup order at firehouse. I placed an order for 3 sandwiches, one of them happened to be on a gluten free bun. Probably 2 minutes after placing the order I received a call saying they did not have any gluten free buns which was fine I can understand if they sold out so I requested a refund on the order which they replied it would be refunded... Never was refunded. I contacted firehouse stating a refund was not applied which I was then met with a women saying one would be met soon. It was never sent but I was greeted by a email saying gluten free buns were back in stock and I would be able to come pick up my order whenever I chose too. Normally this would not bug me but I blatantly asked multiple times for a refund not a new meal. Today my family decided lets try and just get the meal since they are not going to refund us the money. Transaction was simple, did not make a huge fuse about getting the food and over all respectful all we had to do was show them the receipt of the food we placed online. Upon getting the food however the food order was wrong for one of the sandwiches as the majority of the items were asked to be on the side but all we got was a piece of bread with meat on it (no veggies) and two out of the three sandwiches did not have a pickle in the box. On top of that only one napkin was in the box, which is not a huge deal but I feel like it shows the blatant disregard and lack of care their employees put into preparing food that is already a lot of money. As someone who works in fast food I understand how things can be forgotten or misplaced when putting together an order but when someone comes in after already having an issue at your place of work I would 100% make sure their food is correct and they got everything they possibly would need. I will definitely not be coming back to this location anytime soon.

This location used to be good, not anymore. Every time I try to call to place a pick up order an hour or hour and half before close, no one picks up the phone or I have to make multiple calls before someone actually picks up. They turn off the open sign an hour before close, start to clean/sweep as you’re waiting for your food and conversations among the employees about where they’re going to go party after work can be heard. I had missing items in my order before and today chili was saran wrapped, I didn’t end up eating it because it just felt gross. I held back for awhile now to post a review, as I usually don’t post reviews, but today was it for me. Attitude of employees is a whole other thing I won’t get into. Needless to say, go to another location if you can.

Great subs, but is it really that hard to put some pickles in with the sub? 3 subs that were supposed to come with a pickle spear and not a single one did🤧😅

Maurice was absolutely amazing with me when I ordered a sub that was custom. He called to make sure of what I wanted and then proceeded to make it and even asked me to check it when I got there to make sure it was what I wanted. He went above and beyond and was so super nice!

The staff was very, very nice and pleasant, even though they were close to closing. Janiya made sure to wear gloves and make sure to be conscious about my gluten allergy very very nice and friendly staff!

Do they take a little longer to make than fast food joints? Sure. It's well worth the wait. And they're a bit more pricey too but these are the best subs ever, and this location is great. I haven't tried a sandwich I haven't liked here. The combinations of flavors are always so so good!

The messed up order on both sandwiches and when I took back to get right the server was rude He remade sandwich and it was thrown together with contents hanging out sides and intentionally added way too much spicy mustard I'll never go back The staff was rude and the place is dirty

Always excellent! They make a fresh great tasting sub. The customer service is excellent. It's always busy here so call it in or use the app for faster service if you're in a rush but it's always worth the wait which is never that long. In my opinion this is one of the best sub shops around. Prices are very good and I love the Coke machine where you mix your Coke with cherry or vanilla so cool.

Delivery review. This is solely a review of an order placed on the Firehouse app for delivery. The delivery was outsourced to uber who never completed the delivery. I tried to contact Firehouse through the app before knowing it was outsourced. The number given on the app was to Uber to contact for delivery problems. When calling you had to call from the number who provided the delivery option. Firehouse provided the delivery option for the food to be delivered. Uber couldn't help me. I went back to the firehouse app and received NO SUPPORT ONLY A CHST BOT. 7 hours after my delivery I received an email to rate my "problem solution". The links don't work unless you want to give a positive response. Video is attached

2nd time in, good place for a quick lunch... lots of different sandwiches & beverages to tantalize your tastebuds. I like their Steak & Cheese, Brisket & Cheddar... nothing else needed & one sandwich is good for 3 meals! Parking is shared btwn #PlanetFitness, #LotusNails & Spa & other businesses. It's a good thing #SmoothieKing has a drive-through ;)

So we finally got a Firehouse Subs close to where we are at so I decided to go in and try it. I haven't been into a firehouse subs for a long time so I was glad to finally be able to. As soon as you walk in you can smell the yummy goodness. The place was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. It's very roomy and they have a lot of places to sit. They have a great selection of subs and I like the fact that they toast them as well. And if you have a problem making up your mind the staff is always willing to help and give you suggestions to help you decide. I also like the fact that when you choose a combo meal you get to choose any drink size you want. I ended up having a turkey bacon with peppercorn ranch. It was very very good. Just the right amount of everything on it an toasted perfectly. I'm so glad I decided to stop I had forgotten how good their subs are. I will definitely be going back again.

you spend $50 for three sandwhiches and they don't even make them correctly. you don't find out until you drive all the way home and sit down. nit the first time, but will be the last time because I'm not going back.

I thought I would go back and try the food again. It was the same.Bad. Service is good but they were not very busy. There is no ambulance. They wrap it up and you go home or wherever.
