First time ever to eat there. Not impressed with the small brisket sandwich. Barely any meat and little to no flavor. Bland No wonder they put BBQ sauce on it, which I had on the side, a classic move done to mask the fact using low grade beef with no natural flavor! Doubt I will return.

This is our favorite Firehouse Subs and we have been at all of them around town. We could not wait for them to open, because it is such a beautiful location and the closest one to our house. The restaurant is clean and inviting. They even have a drive thru, which is very convenient. The service is truly exceptional, right from the start we were greeted with warm and friendly hospitality and setting the positive vibes for the entire experience. We have met one of the owners and she is extremely friendly and passionate about her business and customers. A big thanks to her and her team for making our dining experience outstanding. Their subs are SO GOOD! Always freshly prepared and the best quality food. The great amount of meat they put into their subs and so well put together makes them so tasty and delicious. Our favorites are: Hook & Ladder and the Italian subs, but honestly you can’t go wrong whatever you order. Overall: we had an exceptional customer care and highly recommend this sub shop.

Firehouse is my favorite national sub chain. There are local spots that I like better here in Las Vegas but if I'm on the go, I know I will always be happy with a sandwich from Firehouse. Their rewards program is great and I've never had a bad meal there. They also seriously have the best pickles in the game. If they sold them in grocery stores, they'd be my go-to brand over even the high end, artisanal stuff. Their flavor is perfect and they're always crisp and tasty. My favorite sandwich is the Steamer but I seriously wouldn't turn down any of their offerings. The staff at this store are helpful and friendly and it is conveniently located along my way to the freeway from my home. I can count on the fingers of one hand that I've given 5-stars to any sort of national chain since I've been writing reviews for Yelp & Google but I can say that this brand has earned it and this location is an example of the best of the brand. Great stuff and I'll see you again soon!

First I went through the drive thru, and I was asked to round up. Yes it was for a Good Charity but all this does is give Firehouse subs a right off at the end of the year. Then when I went to pay and pick up my food I was handed the pay screen then asked me to input a tip. Why do these people that get paid a decent hourly wage are asking for a tip at a drive-thru window. If this place was with The culinary Union making $3 an hour I can understand tipping but this is just the company trying to make the employee more money without them actually having to pay for it, so they ask for tips from us to compensate for the crappy pay. I'll never go back. I'll go to capriotti's.

I do frequent this location once a week. Staff is great . Food tastes good my only complaint would be value for dollar paid and depends on who is making your actual sandwich. Got a small steak and cheese the other day and it was tiny. $8.69 and about four bites and done. A medium will run you 11.59 it's just crazy the prices for what you get. I do enjoy eating here but it's getting costly my only other complaint here would be often I order online for pick up and it's rarely there they say their system Is messed up or slow

Ordered 2 of the same sandwiches off Uber Eats for delivery - both were made completely wrong. Waste of product and waste of food. Had ham on one and Turkey on another with different toppings on both. (Should have been turkey with the same toppings on both) Remind me to choose a different sandwich shop next time. There's too many options to waste my time and money where people aren't doing their jobs.

Service was extremely slow today. As it is every other time I order from this fire house location. In the past two days I've ordered a pepperoni pizza Meatball sub served on a garlic bread roll, two large meatball subs, two large turkey bacon ranch subs, and a small turkey bacon ranch. Each order consisted of three sandwiches, which I guess might be considered somewhat of a large order. Not really but I guess. So I can understandable that it would take some time to prepare. But there's always an extensive wait time. Even if one is just ordering a single sandwich. Which is typically my usual order. The sandwiches themselves were terrific and everybody really enjoyed them. It's just 10 times out of 10 the service moves at a snails pace. I recommend you keep the great sandwiches. Improve service time thus leading to a better rating.

This was my first time trying a Firehouse Subs location. I'm a sucker for jerk chicken so decided to go with the Jamaican jerk turkey. The flavor was good, although I was expecting more spice with it being jerk. The turkey itself seemed a little fatty? Something about it wasn't my favorite. Overall solid flavor, but I'd probably go with something different if I try it again.

Oh T-Mobile, your Tuesday offers are always hit or miss. I rolled through for my free sandwich (with purchase) and the app got discombobulated. So when I rolled up to the drive thru for pickup and was handed one sandwich, my confusion had the server call his manager, Veronica. She fixed the order and threw in a cookie and a drink for the trouble. Come to find out, her and her husband recently bought this and another Firehouse Subs in town. Thank you. It serves as a poignant reminder that QSR/fast food chains can be locally owned and operated too. Given the service provided, I'm looking forward to many future visits! Highly recommended!

Went to firehouse subs on dean martin and blue diamonds to try the pork and slaw sandwich (limited time) did not disappoint the pork was very tender and mesh well with the slaw very good. Service was par for the course, about what you would expect nothing special. The decor was a typical firehouse sub decor, although it seemed kind of disheveled around the garbage can like it was not cleaned for the entire day. The top was very dirty with dried up lettuce on it and about 10 trays sitting in the dirty pile. The restaurant was not busy at all was completely empty so it could have been cleaned better. But the food was good but not overly impressed. With the overall experience

This place used to be pretty good, but now not so much. The quality of people this franchisee is hiring has seriously gone downhill. Several things are wrong. The customer service skills are lacking in the new hires they have. The way they make the sandwich went from a caring approach to just slopping a sandwich together. And the inaccurate orders with missing items even though the order was done online with no chance of mis-communication. There should never be missed items when putting together an online order. This place left a bad taste for this and all other Firehouse Franchises in the country all because the people they hired don't care.

We received the wrong order and the manager stated that he will not refund the charge unless we bring back the food - they were almost closed so I would have to bring back the food tomorrow. I have never heard of such a policy that would inconvenience a customer to drive back food that they are simply going to throw away anyway. I offered to send them pictures showing that we received the wrong order, but they insisted we needed to bring it in. We did not get the food that we ordered, so it seems like common sense to refund that money. When we realized we were not getting refunded and would not have dinner tonight if we saved it to return tomorrow, my husband decided to call it a loss and just eat whatever they gave us. He took one bite and pulled out a long hair out of his mouth. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location.

I walked in coming from the place next-door because my family didn't want what I was eating so I decided to get firehouse subs. I walked in at 8:55. One of the employees was mopping the floor. I walked in. She turns around and gives me this dirty look and says we close at nine OK so I said are you guys closed and she slams her mop down and walks in the back and continues to talk mess never been treated like this at A business like this so a few minutes later i call and ask ti get the general manager number she answered the phone and I asked for the general manager and she hangs up on me clearly this business as a business owner my self needs new employees. This is highly unacceptable. wow is all can say edit : I would like to formally think the owner for following up she handled this situation with professionalism although my intent wasn't to get anyone fired I do appreciate her the owner Veronica following up promptly and let me know how the situation was handled The least I was trying to do was reach out to the owner as a business owner also of how paid worker was treating customers! I will be back and try again thank you to the owner for making things right

All I can say is do NOT ever order from this store on Uber Eats. For a $26 dollar order, I was charged a $9 service fee even though I have Uber One for less fees...which it said only 10 cents was going to Uber...meaning the rest was going to the store. Checked another location and the fee for the same order was 89 cents. So yeah....anyone ordering Uber or Postmates...look for another location

Decent sandwich's on the Blue Diamond side of town! Lots of parking and other food stops nearby if you're needing to hit different places with a group of people. We had went and got several sandwiches for the office and service was speedy, as well as the ingredients felt really fresh. I had gotten the #6, the Club on a Sub with everything on it. Again, the veggies didn't feel soggy or wilted, which is a pet peeve of mine. The meat might have been a little salty for my taste, however, still a nice lunch deal and will definitely hit this spot again for a lunch break!

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Immediately while ordering the one female employee announced loudly that she wasn't going to make my sandwich. The girl taking my order was incredibly nice. While she was taking my order the other girl continued to talk to her which intern, I received the wrong order. They gave me the wrong size and instead of offering to fix it they responded by saying .. well that's what we charged you for. (Apparently what I actually ordered didn't matter). Not to mention when they thought they received a mobile order she yelled "someone must have a death wish" As I was walking out the door I overheard the rude employee say "that's what happens when you come in 15 minutes before we close". By far the worst experience I've ever encountered.

I usually love Firehouse, but I was very disappointed today. I went through the drive though and ordered a NY Steamer. When I got up to the window, the employees were just standing around talking in back. I got my sandwich and left. When I got home, the bread was already soggy from the crazy amount of mayo that was on the sandwich. I had to open it up and wipe the mayo off with napkins because there was SO MUCH. It was dripping out of the sandwich. Also, I LOVE Firehouse's pickles. I ALWAYS ask for extra. I never receive any extra (except for one time). Can a side of pickles (maybe 4 or 6 for $1.00) be added to the menu? I don't mind paying extra, I want the pickles! Today only gets one star. The other two are for the times everything has been good.

Why did we wait so long to come here and give Firehouse Subs a try?!? The turkey bacon ranch is soooooo delicious! The turkey, cheesiness and crisp bacon with ranch dripping off the lettuce and toasted bread mmmmm. We have also tried the Italian on wheat which is dripping with goodness. The combo is a good size with a medium drink as big as a normal large and a bag of chips. Free WiFi and a separate line for Online Order Pickup. Tip: Kids 12 and under eat FREE every Sunday, with the purchase of an adult medium combo, limit one. 10% Military / Veteran discount available!

Stopped by for a quick meal and enjoyed the clean interior and service. The store is new so everything is well kept, ie. no messy sauce bottles....yet! The salad ingredients were fresh and they made a simple salad look appetizing!! The large Spicy Cajun Chicken sandwich was packed with ingredients and toasted just right! Add some of Firehouse Sub's datil hot pepper sauce and it is the perfect amount of heat! The service was fast and there were plenty of employees to handle a dinner time rush. Next time, I got to try the drive thru; so convenient! Wishing this new location much success!! How many times can the same Restaurant make wrong food or not add all the items. Ordered $60 worth of food. 2 sandwiches and 2 soups, didn't get the soup, 1 of the sandwiches I ordered no tomatoes, they put nothing on it but lettuce and mayo. What kind of idiots work there. I'm surprised they are still in business. And to disgrace a good cause food establishment. This is the 4th time I have been there, and all 4 times it's be messed up. They never answer the phone when you call, if you do get thru the 18 year old manager she tells you to call corporate office. They don't care. I hope they review this post and make good or fire some employees and hire better ones. Stay away from FIREHOUSE .

Service last Saturday was horrible... not that we expect much from a quick sandwich place but it took over 30 minutes to order, get our sandwiches and then have the order fixed. There were four young adults working. Two were solely taking orders (one at the drive through). It was not busy so they were mainly standing around... using the restroom... observing the one young man who was actually doing his job. The other young lady was complaining that she wasn't supposed to be there and that there would no longer be any drinking going on at a friends house. She went to get a new jar of pickles when the order after me was missing theirs but that's all the work she did in 30 min. I've given this location a few chances to improve but I'm done now. I'll go elsewhere. No adults managing at this location will cause them to have to close before too long.

I come here regularly. The last month or so the service is horrible and takes forever. As I type this, I just sat for almost 10min behind only 2 cars at drive thru. I pull up to the window, and sat for nearly 5min before anyone even said hi to me. Now I'm still sitting here waiting for my food.... I am now late for work because of this 16min (and counting)....

The food is great an African American woman waited on us. How hard is it to take the order for two sandwiches. I repeated it 3 times still screwed it up, how tough is wheat or white bread. It's pretty irritating *** Update*** After my review the business owner reached out and apologized for my experience. I really appreciate when owners take the initiative to make amends for unpleasant experiences. I went back and got my BBQ brisket (with no mayo) and the sandwich was great and staff was on top of it.

I ordered a medium Italian using the app and my rewards at 12:30pm, with a pick up time of 12:45pm. I receive my confirmation email and drive to the location to pick it up. I walk I and tell them my name. The employees tells me they have no order for my sandwich and am I sure I ordered from their location. I show him the email confirmation with my order and location. He tells me that since he never received the order, he can't make my sandwich. Needless to say, I called the hotline and received my points back but doubt I'll ever use them because of their poor customer service. Two days later, and my points are still not refunded. Do me a favor, Fire House, don't refund them. I'll delete the app and not eat at any location. I appreciate the response but I deleted the app and will not be eating at FireHouse.

This is our very first time going to this location and also trying out their subs. We got the firehouse steak and cheese, the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and also their five cheese Mac and cheese. We both got large and the subs were so good! They were still warm when we got home! The five cheese Mac was ok. It was a little salty and I didn't like the texture of the macaroni. Also the brisket could use a little more cheddar. The cashier was very nice and friendly and location was clean and welcoming. Overall, great subs, will definitely be back to try out the rest of their menu!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This whole staff should be fired. They cursed, were making inappropriate racial comments behind the counter. They were rude to every customer that came in. The person who was taking our order started ignoring us and yelling across the store at her other co workers while making inappropriate jokes right in front of us as I was attempting to order. Nothing but the F***/N***** word being dropped behind the counter and asking one another, if different objects "MOAN" also discussing if different objects are sexually tighter then others. While waiting for our orders, the person taking orders yelled " F*** them they can wait." I have been to many Fire House establishments and this was just embarrassing and Highly uncomfortable. This is a family establishment and this should NOT be tolerated.

And after 5 minutes when I sit down I realize she charged me for a meeting so I went up and told them I would like a large is it okay we'll charge you 50% of the discount for a small sandwich . I said no.. because that's more than I would have paid for a large if it would have been correct the first time... This place was really good I got the meatball sub on wheat bread with garlic bread spread super yummy and with a cup of chicken and dumpling soup that smells incredible and tasted good. Bread-less sub from Firehouse. Made "just how it was ordered". $10.99. How could any business allow for someone to drive away with this? Good customer service would have been, I'm sorry this was not to your liking. I will make a note for you to come back the next day and order something else to try and get it right this time. Be helpful with the order process to prevent issues. Trying turning on your lights on the drive up menu so I could see what I was ordering. It's not feasible to make a long drive back for any kind of resolution when the first order and then phone call to complain goes poorly. Don't they teach that in customer service school?

DO NOT try to use the mobile app at this location. I was told No ticket, no sandwich. I even showed my order on the app to the manager, he repeated to me, no ticket, no sandwich. Totally in called for. I asked if this is the best customer service they have, once again, no ticket , no sandwich. What good is using the app, paying for a sandwich and cookie if they aren't going to honor the app? The manager was so quick to respond to me with no ticket, no sandwich, he barely looked at my app, almost as if this happens all the time, and that was his canned response. I asked haw to get my money back, he told me it was all in the app. This is the worst customer service I could have expected for a $9.00 sandwich. So long story short, no sandwich for me today, no more going to this Firehouse subs, a less than stellar review on Yelp, and any other place I can post about this horrible customer service. I used to go to this Firehouse once a month or so, I know it's not going to kill them with the loss of my patronage, but I'm loud and will post to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Yelp to hopefully promote some change and better customer service at this lov.

My favorite location. They have a convenient drive thru but you can also order online and pick up though drive thru or go inside the store. I've only had one issue here with online ordering where my sandwich wasn't ready but other than that it's been a breeze

I got a steak and cheese sub and it was pretty good. I think the meat may be pre cooked, hence the lack of flavors. This is definitely a step up from subway, however! Don't make me dissuade you!

Ordered a hot sandwich a half hour before I could pick up and I think that was the mistake. When I arrived at the Dean Martin location at 11:50 my sandwich was ready but cold! I asked for another and the manager said it was fine but I insisted and he made me another. No one was in the store at this time and three people working, which I dub the doom noon crew, as I entered the store not a word said to me and I asked for a cup for my drink and they pointed to the counter to get myself. It was a cold experience as it felt like they didn't want to be there.
