Fireplace Grill and Bar

Normally, I don’t eat beef very often, but this place truly impressed me. We ordered the Grilled Beef Tasting Selection, and it was absolutely excellent. The quality was well worth the price — every cut was incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It genuinely exceeded my expectations. The service was equally impressive. The staff were highly professional and clearly well-trained, with extensive knowledge about the wines, the different cuts of beef, and the rest of the menu. Their recommendations were thoughtful and delivered with genuine warmth and politeness, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back to try other dishes on the menu. Highly recommended!

In one simple word…wow! What an amazing experience at this hidden gem! The steak i had was cooked perfectly and literally melted in my mouth and the escargot was simply amazing! The dessert was such a nice experience they literally prepared their signature crepe table side so that was a bonus and the taste was muah! The service was honestly one of the best service i have experienced in Bangkok each and every server was amazing and polite and knowledgeable and were prompt on everything! Im definitely coming back again and will bring my family along as well for the experience!

We were greeted by Zont as we approach Fireplace and Bar. He is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He recommended two fantastic appetizer and main course. We totally enjoyed the foie gras and crab cakes. Mayura Wagyu tenderloin and Stanbroke Sanchuko Wagyu striploin Stilton cheese were superb. We love our dining experience. Zont and Zung Bo are excellent!! We finished our meal and walked away with big smiles. Will be back soon!!

Food was excellent. Khun Mint was superb and took care of us very well. Overall satisfied and would happily return.

The food and service is immaculate (thank you Pong). The live music was very good, singer has a soothing voice choice of songs performed was standard jazz and covers of pop, in bossa nova style. Overall what a posh meal experience we felt pampered. The steaks themselves were amazing. The meat tasted so fresh and it was cooked to perfection

Fantastic restaurant. We have been there for a tête à tête couple dinner. As resident of the Intercontinental, we got a really nice discount at the end of the This is proper meat. The Wagyu is just incredible. The whole service, the different types of salt, mustard selection and meat selection. Top notch. The service delivered by Bo was astonishing. She was so gentle and professional, always smiling and perfect in her execution. Bravo. Really bravo. From such demanding people, it’s a rare thing.

Had the Australian tomahawk, AMAZING down to the last bite!! Side of mushrooms had the most surprising herbs to match them, AMAZING!! The French onion soup was another great story, done with love.. and the special table side dessert prepared in front of my wife as I was the perfect ending to her dinner, or so we thought! We received a free dessert as well, chocolate and white chocolate bonbons on a toothpick. This place is always on my list when visiting Bangkok. Steak enthusiasts would agree… oh man, I forgot to mention the steak sauces !!!! Just so many positives to visiting this establishment!!!❣️❣️

As an American, people ask me what my favorite steakhouse restaurant is and they are shocked when I tell them The Fireplace Grill and Bar in Bangkok! Steaks from the US, Australia and Japan all in one gorgeous restaurant. Combine that with world class execution and the famous Thai hospitality, it guarantees a memorable evening for any occasion. Tonight was no exception!! Every detail was perfection. My heartfelt thanks to the staff who made my birthday celebration so memorable in every way!
