The food was just okay — nothing too special, but not bad either. The service was really nice, and I appreciated that we didn’t need a reservation. Ahi tuna was okay. The beef was decent as well. Overall, it has a good atmosphere, so it’s a nice spot for a meal

Google
FireRock Grille was an excellent experience, and though there were few hiccups, I would absolutely recommend this place. My wife and I came on June 7th, 2025 for our 15th anniversary. I had called the night prior and explained our plans to a manager, who said that to honor our anniversary, we would be brought out a dessert of our choice that said "Happy anniversary" on it and that the dessert would be on the house. I think made a reservation for today. When we arrived, we were kindly greeted and brought out to the patio where we were seated in a beautiful spot near the edge of the seating area that had been clearly set up for us. Our server, Emery, quickly greeted us and took our drink order. Upon asking for a wine recommendation, she gauged our tastes and offered a wine so good to us that we quickly decided that we'd be taking a bottle home. We both ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak, hers medium well with yukon potatos and asparagus, mine medium with yukon potatoes and fries. First, I want to focus on the service- Emery was the best server my wife and I have had in many years. She was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeble. Seriously, she deserves a lot of praise. We felt well taken care of by her. Second, the food- the wine, as stated earlier, was so well chosen for our tastes that we decided to get a bottle. It was a Moscato D'asti, and felt light with a delicious, fruity blend. Her food was perfectly done. My steak was unfortunately not done well, in that it was very well done, with no pink in it. I had considered asking it be remade, but I didn't want to spoil the day. For dessert, we chose a slice of triple chocolate cake that was both rich and delicious, but did not have the 'happy anniversary' message that had been promised us. Sadly, that was a caveat that would also carry over to our bill. The dessert had been promised to be on the house, but unfortunately it was still on the bill. I realized that most likely the manager hadn't communicated this to the servers. We requested it be taken off, and Emery was more than happy to do so, but it still left us feeling disappointed. Overall, I'd still happily recommend this place. The food was solid, the service was phenomenal, and the atmostphere was excellent.

I have lunch here with a couple friends once a month and we always have the best time! The food is delicious and consistent, so we get what we expect. The staff is present and attentive, food comes out in a timely, and it’s always a pleasant experience! *we miss the espresso creme brûlée already!*

Google
Extremely disappointed! Service was odd as if she hadn’t served. My wrap was horrible…dry and cracking. Chicken was chewy and bacon was fatty. This is a wrap that I typically get but it had no dressing in it at all. If this was the first time I had been here I probably would not be back. I’m assuming this is an off day! Unfortunately too many restaurants are in the area to drop the ball on service and quality. Our food runner was great BUT that was the best part. lol

Google
We've been there a couple times in the last month. The food is amazing! The service could be slightly better for the type of place it is, but I'm not going to fault anyone during this time of year. I can't imagine how hard their job is. Regardless, we love the food, drinks, and atmosphere. The first time I had the fajitas which were the best I've ever had (and I love me some fajitas.....ask the wife)! The second time I went with the steak and it was absolutely divine. Better than some local steakhouses can do in this state. Well done, Fire Rock. It was a pleasure dining with you guys!

Google
Great atmosphere especially in the summer. Menu rotates by season, which can be both good and bad. Sometimes the best menu items are taken off and replaced with something similar. Currently too many seafood main dishes. Good cocktails too.

Google
Visited here on a Tuesday night and we sat in the bar area at a high top table. The service was very attentive so no complaints there, the food was good but nothing exceptional. I got the ahi tuna in the fried californer bites. It was incredibly cold in the area we were sitting in to our had to wear a coat all through dinner. The bartender kept going outside for something and it was like 12 degrees allowing a huge draft to continuously float into the seating area which was an unbelievably inconsiderate. Overall it was a decent experience but nothing mind-blowing that would get me to come back. I also felt the prices were a little steep. We had two old-fashions and two ahi tunas and our bill was like $115

Google
We went for brunch for our anniversary. We had not been there in quite a while and were quite disappointed as it used to be one of the nicer restaurants in the area. I thought it would still be a popular place, and we might have a wait to be seated. Instead, we were seated immediately, and there were only 3 other tables in use the whole while we were there. The dining room was dark, worn, and dated. We started with bloody mary's. They were incredibly salty. We asked if we could get some with less salt but were told that it was how they made their mix. Neither of us drank ours. My husband had the prime rib hash. The prime rib was dry and tough. Along with the potatoes, it was pretty well tasteless. I had the creole biscuits and gravy. It, too, was horribly salty. There were a lot of shrimp, but they had an odd texture like perhaps they were microwaved. The biscuit was the best part of the dish. Although the original plan was to stay for coffee and dessert, we decided that given the rest of our meal, we would pass. We also decided this wouldn't count as our anniversary meal, and we will go at a later date to celebrate somewhere more enjoyable.

Yelp
Hadn't been in years and still a fabulous place!! Great red wine called "Quilt" Service was pleasant. Go early to avoid a wait. Food is fresh and hot!! Pan fried walleye was delicious-perfectly cooked couscous-only down fall should come with 2 sides (preferably a salad and veggie) especially for the price Hubs had beef fajitas-perfect

Yelp
The cooking rock intimidated me...I added the blue cheese to my ribeye. I feel the flavor could have been improved if they cooked the cheese into the steak. Overall flavor was nice and I appreciate that. I also had the coconut pie which was ok. The server was absolutely fantastic!

Yelp
We came here with a large group. The service was great. Our waitress was attentive and handled the large group like a pro. The food was mediocre at best. We started with the crab artichoke cheese dip. While it was good, it tasted only of cheese and artichoke, we couldn't detect any crab or see any. The crackers it came with were good. I had the gnocchi brisket for an entree. The gnocchi, veggies, and sauce were delicious, but the brisket was bland, dry, and reminiscent of chopped pastrami lunch meat. For the price, I expected more from the seafood and meats in the dishes. I'd give it another try if I was out that way.

Yelp
We came here for a birthday and unfortunately did not have a good experience. Our food was brought out wrong multiple times (completely wrong items). Service was also not that great, we did not get drink refills or asked if we need anything, if our food was okay, we had to hunt down our server multiple times to correct things or ask for sauces/drinks. Food was cooked incorrectly (steaks undercooked and pizza contained wrong toppings). Most of our food was also not seasoned and it was something that required it so it was extremely bland. We will not be coming back and would not recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
Went here for my birthday when I turned 21, the selection of alcohol was okay but nothing special. The steak I ordered was lightly seasoned, but tasted great. Overall I had a good time, the service was decent.

Yelp
The food is truly amazing! Trent was not only the bartender but also our server and he made our meal very enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.

Yelp
If you live in the south end of town FireRock grill is the perfect spot of for Sunday brunch.. the prime rib is succulent and reasonably priced. The outdoor patio is inviting and relaxing. The service is top notch, especially in the bar area. A nice pit stop for a nice drink and sandwiches. Being going here for years.

Yelp
Waited too long to go to FireRock Grille, having lived in this area for a while. If you're a "bottom line" kinda person, I'd definitely recommend FireRock. I'm particular and want to offer details for you and management, so take my notes as they're intended.... - High level...it's one of those menus where several things look very good and you have a tough time deciding what to order (my favorite kinda place!). - The courses came out too fast, making me feel like my dinner was rushed. My soup came out with my salad and was getting cold while I ate my salad. The main course came out too quickly as well. I know...sounds picky...and better than waiting too long for your food? - Yes...a preference thing...but the Caesar Salad needed some more dressing, but was good. - I'm a sucker for Lobster Bisque and theirs was good. - The Whipped Ricotta Bruschetta Dip was good. To Management...the baguettes were perfect, but why only serve three of them (yes...large, but) with a generous portion of the "yummy"? People dine in twos. Throw on a fourth baguette? - Good variety of wine selection - The house-made Red Water Sangria was DELICIOUS! - The Peanut Butter Pie and Blackberry Cheesecake (my quick naming without looking them up on the menu) were also very delicious. - We will definitely be back! Enjoy!

Yelp
Seating and food service was quick. Nice view of the golf course from the large outdoor patio. But food portions are tiny and lacking in flavor. When you have chorizo, there's no mistake that you are having chorizo, yet the chorizo queso dip here was plain. It came out piping hot on their signature fire rock, but neither queso nor chorizo flavors came through. The blue tortilla chips were stale as well. Portion was small. The jambalaya tasted good, but again, portion was so small it was more of a side than an entree. Drinks ordered included a non-alcoholic "Meet me in Hawaii" that had passion fruit syrup with mango juice, blood orange and soda. That tasted sweet, tart, and bubbly without too much of a pucker and a bearable amount of carbonation. The other drink was a raspberry lemon drop which was mighty strong on the sour and alcohol taste. Overall: pricy food with tiny portions that does not wow.

Yelp
Food was delicious, service was fast and efficient! Only downfall was my food quantity and price was a miss especially when my boyfriend's quantity and price was really good.

Yelp
Stopped here for lunch after a morning of shopping with friends. Very nice atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly and prompt. My sangria was very flavorful and not watered down. I did the pick 2 where you get to choose a half sandwich and then soup or salad. I did the pretzel prime rib sandwich. It had great flavor and I loved the horseradish sauce. Gave it a nice bite. The French onion soup was also very good and paired great with the beef sandwich. I would definitely go back!

Greg C.

Yelp
Great food at a great price! We had the sirloin special with one side of mashed potatoes! Our service and atmosphere was great and our birthday dessert was awesome!!! 5 Star!!!

Yelp
Firerock Grille is located right by a golf course, and I assume with the scenery and it being so close to a course is the reason for its expensive price tag. We had MyKyra as a server and she was amazing and accommodated all of our needs and answered any questions we may have had. We got a spicy tuna bowl appetizer to start, for $13 you think you'd get a bit more slices of tuna, I forgot to take a picture because of how embarrassing it looked, rice was hard and crunchy which isn't what you want... Edamame was fresh and their tuna tasted great just wish it was more than a few slices. I got the ribeye on the rocks and when I received it, it had basically been cooked to medium well - well done and looked like a ribeye you'd get at the dollar store or your local cheap grocery store. If I ever had to come back here again I'd probably just ask for it to be cooked medium rare and brought out, I assumed when they brought out the ribeye it would've been uncooked for me to get it to the temp I like. It also seemed to be falling apart slightly with the fatty bits thinned out. Mashed potatoes tasted great! I got the truffle parm add-on for $1 and it was well worth it to add some flavor. All of the green sides tasted and looked very fresh. Fiancée says her chicken fajita was good, but wasn't the best chicken fajitas she's ever had. Chicken was dry, and the guacamole was basically just smoothed avocado with nothing else. No lime, jalapeños, onions, etc. I think you can understand the theme here... Overpriced food due to location and ambience, only good thing about this place will be the service you receive and being able to go golfing right after. Will probably never come back here again, solely because the food quality does not match the price tag.

Yelp
We sat at the bar which we enjoyed. The house white wine is excellent and the food was delicious. Attentive waitress for a busy Saturday night.

Yelp
Not going well. 1st time visiting this restaurant. We were seated quickly by a pleasant man. It went downhill after that. Waitress failed to see us. Told us a beer was in stock that the bartender then came and told us was not in stock. I told her no lemon in the iced tea; it of course came with lemon. The kids drinks didn't arrive until we asked for them again. Arrived at 12:54 in the afternoon.

Yelp
Love sitting on the patio eating dinner as the sun goes down! Food and service are great! The cheesecake is fantastic and the burger is always great! Plan ahead because it may be hard to get into. Our favorite date night go-to!

Yelp
The setting is right on a golf course so the outdoor seating has beautiful views (heaters) & a fire and amazing sunsets. Their menu has everything under the sun with a broad range of pricing which is nice. A little something for everyone depending on what mood you're in. Their drinks are great too. They make seasonal drinks as well which are awesome. The only problem is I like one too much and it's not always there. It's a great spot to go to and have an enjoyable dinner. Staff is super friendly as well which is a bonus.

Yelp
Always a fun experience at FireRock. It's way more enjoyable in the summer with a cocktail on the patio, but this last Sunday after church in the dead of winter wasn't too bad either. Great service and amazingly tasty food. The walleye dish was so delicate and perfectly cooked and every bite was just such an experience. The price was the only negative, seemed like some things were slightly over priced (fish and steak plates). However the kids meal on the contrary was an adult sized portion I'd say and a great value. Regardless the service is usually always quick, don't think you ever have to wait with how big the venue is (sometimes a patio wait in the summer though) . Definitely worth a stop in!

Deborah W.

Yelp
Ordered fish for pick up.. the fish batter was still not cooked so I had to finish cooking it myself...

Yelp
What a fantastic place. The setting is right on a golf course so the outdoor seating has beautiful views. Their menu is full of mouth watering food I ordered the lobster bisque by far the best I have ever had. I also got a coconut lime shrimp wrap talk about tons of flavor. I lunched with three other ladies and they all loved their meals. I will be back when I visit Michigan again. Our server Jaime was a delight and very accommodating. We had been seated outside and it got chilly and he helped us get a table inside.

Yelp
If your going out to find a place for a steak! Look no further! You'll cook your own on a FIRE-ROCK!! So if you like it from RARE TO WELL DONE! Your in complete control!! The finest steaks as well!

Yelp
Super disappointed in Firerock this time. I have been seeing a steady decline in the menu, increase in prices, and a decrease in food quality/service over the last couple years. We were there on a Friday evening... it used to be packed back in the day. Now, only a few tables occupied. Bar area seemed a little cluttered/ dirty. The whole place needs an update badly. Atmosphere seems a little "tired". It is the only place in the neighborhood that could be TRULY GREAT! RedWater Group needs to give it some attention and restore it to its former glory. Until then.... We probably won't return.

Holly K.

Yelp
Great food, great atmosphere! Perfect outside seating in a nice day. Great views of the golf course. Perfect outdoor seating if you have children that want to walk around while waiting for food.

Kandis V.

Yelp
Great service and the view of the golf course is lovely. The steak on the hot rocks is very tasty.

Lorelei W.

Yelp
Delicious food! The environment is very nice. The servers are very friendly. They rotate menu items seasonally so you can always find something different.

Yelp
In our search for airline chicken breast, we came across FireRock Grille because they had one on special! My husband ordered the airline chicken and I ordered the walleye. I got a side of roasted potatoes and he got truffle fries (which he didn't end up eating because they were so oily and they were placed in a paper bag that just leaked all over our takeout containers. I tried one and it was okay - there was a lot of cheese sprinkled on it, which was unexpected. I was also surprised to see that we had 2 sides of roasted potatoes in our bag... either my meal came with some and I didn't know or they made a mistake because they were an extra charge for sides (which I thought was pretty steep since the walleye was $26 on its own). Sides weren't cheap either - between $3 and $4 per side. My walleye came with some sort of rice, cranberry, apple, limp bacon, spinach sort of concoction that I could have done without - it was just a weird combination. The fish was coated in a Dijon sauce and a light breading. I wasn't a huge fan of how it was prepped given that the fish was tough to get off from the skin and it wasn't super flavorful. The roasted potatoes lacked flavor - they were simply small potatoes with some salt and butter. Not much of a punch for $4. My husband said he probably wouldn't order the airline chicken again - was just flat. I think flat is a good description for our meal. While we were hopeful because we have liked all the food dining in, our takeout food just wasn't up-to-par. Next time I think I'll stick with a salad or something more standard on the menu.

CJ V.

Yelp
Great food and drinks in a casual fine dining setting. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Will return.
google avatar

Chris H.

Yelp
The atmosphere here is classy, but not pretentious! Very well dressed staff. Suprisingly for 6:30pm on a Saturday not busy. I ordered the Lobster Roll with Sweet Potato fries for $19. It wasn't the largest sandwich, but it did have real lobster in it. The lobster roll was very good and sweet potato fries were excellent. My waitress Camila was excellent. The whole staff seemed excellent. Overall 4 1/2 stars, rounded to 4. Would I return? Yes, I would really like to try the Wagyu Sirloin with the Cherry-Bourbon sauce.

Yelp
Soooooo FireRock is a solid three, which isn't a bad thing folks! The food is decent, a little over priced compared to the quality, but the views of the golf course and service compensates. I've visited FireRock a few times and can say that I've had a pleasant experience during each visit. I sat at the bar for a few, been to the Christmas Brunch with a large group, and hung out on the patio. This evening I visited for happy hour and Aaron was kicking butt working the bar! There's a tournament this weekend, and lots of gentlemen needing their to go cocktails before T-time(didn't know this was a thing), but Aaron was doing his thing while still making time for little old me :) Happy hour is great, $4 craft drafts and $3 off starters. I opted for the Moroccan Meatballs. These spicy, lamb morsels were good. They were cooked nicely , a little dry, but I'm thinking the reason is due to the lamb not being so high in fat. This was served with a side of naan and cherry tomatoes. I nice grazing meal for me. Aaron served me the wrong beer initially, I ordered an All Day but instead got a Railtown brewery mango something. I didn't say anything because he was pretty busy with the tournament dudes. It wasn't bad but was a little too hoppy for my mood. After a while, he did come over and apologized for getting me the wrong beer and served me the All Day. He also removed the wrong one from my bill. I appreciate that! Would I be back ? Uh ya, it's close to my house lol The patio is awesome & has a nice feel. There's lots of shade and a great view of the golf course. They also have live music on weekends. SYOY!
google avatar

Candy H.

Yelp
Had lunch with my husband Tuesday afternoon on their patio. It's a beautiful setting, overlooking a golf course with many tables and large umbrellas for shade. The service was great and the food was terrific. We had a pick 2 and enjoyed a salad and half sandwich, with their home made chips. Plenty of good food and a really great price. We plan to go back for dinner to celebrate our anniversary in 2 weeks, and this restaurant is 56 minutes from our home.

Chad C.

Yelp
A unique experience. My steak was brought to me sizzling on a rock, name is not hyperbole. Service was solid. Only challenge was that I ordered extra mushrooms on the steak and the rock wasn't quite big enough to catch them as they fell off - far from a tragedy.
google avatar

Kara J.

Yelp
Purchased a couple filets to cook on the hot stones. Food was excellent! Service was excellent! Manager Todd even came by to check-in and make sure all was well.

Tracy P.

Yelp
This used to be a favorite place to go but the last two times have been disappointing. The steaks were lacking flavor, the walleye, my go to wasn't good. This last time we had the special which were bay scallops with pasta. The scallops were over cooked and the "spicy sauce" it was supposed to come with was runny, tasted like vinegar, and was so bland. The chicken sandwich was more bun than chicken. I am not sure if there is a change in cook or what but I hope they can get back to the caliber of food that they used to be.

Tony V.

Yelp
Came here on a Wednesday night, was seated promptly in the bars side. They do offer outdoor seating though! Ordered two appetizers and two entree to try a variety of dishes. The chicken lettuce wrap came out first and although the looks of it doesn't look too interesting, it was bursting with flavor. The chicken mix was warm and had a variety of spices in it along with a mango flavored dipping sauce...overall delicious. The smoked whitefish dip was also impressive - massive portion for the cost as both of these items were $3 off. The pita bread was warm, fluffy, and flavorful - dip was as expected. Entrees were not as impressive. The spicy chicken burger wasn't spicy (just chipotle sauce?) and the mushroom risotto tasted very one dimensional. You tasted mushrooms...and that's about it. Other flavors mentioned in the description was nowhere to be found. Environment was very nice. You walked in and immediately knew you were walking into a hotel-like resteraunt and everything looked very sleek. Service was on point. Server was attentive throughout the time we were there and was very willing to give recommendations and explanations of any dish. Overall would give it another visit ...mostly to try more of their appetizers as they were the star of the visit.

Yelp
Sat in comfy seats near bar. Got water right away. Long time for a drink and nobody here. :(. Finally. Decent Manhattan. See pic. Service is good. Jamie gaood service. Ordering food. Good food.

Yelp
My family chose Firerock for a combined birthday dinner for my dad and brother in law. We made a reservation for 7 and when we showed up, the table was ready with water poured. The service was very friendly and attentive throughout our dinner. The Sunday happy hour specials were fantastic. The appetizers we tried were the goat cheese and lettuce wraps. Both were tasty and had large enough portions to pass around. The food was great for everyone in our group as well. The 500 degree rock was a cool feature that I've never seen in a restaurant before. Each person who had an entree with this feature enjoyed their dish and the uniqueness of allowing it to cook further at the table. This was a great birthday dinner and we would definitely recommended Firerock to others.

Ron H.

Yelp
So, they take no reservations for under 6 people but yet the bar will not let you get served unless you are currently eating. There were no other people standing around the bar, just people eating at the bar. Attempted to order drinks while waiting for our table but was told the bar was to busy to serve us. Never had that happen in any bar or restaurant I have ever been in. Nothing to drink while waiting for our table. Crazy!!

Yelp
FireRock is a solid bar and grill attached to the Stonewater Country Club. It is open to the public and has a ton of dining space. There is a large bar area with a members only section - swanky! The staff was nice and the place was immaculate. The whole place has a sports/golf theme and there are many TVs to watch a game. They have a wide variety of items on the menu ranging for vegetarian options to burgers and steaks. Prices are very reasonable for the large portions. I had the turkey club and really enjoyed the sandwich. The bread was fresh and crispy, while the bacon and turkey were both extremely flavorful. The huge onion rings were a wise upgrade. Check out FireRock for a casual meal without the country club price tag.

Yelp
Have been several times with family and friends. Service was great. Food wonderful. One of the few places to find Walleye on the menu. Lots of parking, easy access. Has a formal look without feeling like it.

Yelp
Great food! Great drinks! Friendly staff! Recently had the artichoke bruschetta! It was so good we took one home.

Yelp
Probably the worst restaurant experience I've had in the past 5 years. To be as fair as possible, I'll start with the good: -seems like an interesting concept cooking steaks at your table on a 500 degree stone. Ensures you have no one to blame but yourself if you nuke it. (In retrospect, this seems like a very wise option). -interior decor quite nice. -our server seemed to be trying hard, I think. The unfortunate remainder of the review is less positive: -We arrive at 1:15 on a Sunday afternoon and are told that there would be a 15-minute wait. We wait 20 minutes for our table. As we are seated we note that the restaurant is less than half full. -We order drinks; root beer and iced tea come quickly. Beer arrives 10 minutes later. Bear in mind there are 2 people seated at the bar and restaurant is less than half full. -We are issued the brunch menu (brunch ends in 20 minutes) no option offered for the full menu. (We assumed it just wasn't available.) So we try to cobble together something from the limited menu. Wife gets BLT salad, son gets onion soup and side cedar, I get steakburger @ about 1:45 pm. -circa 2pm I order another beer. It arrives in 20 minutes. -at 2:30, 45 minutes after our order, food arrives. Kid's onion soup is topped with a nearly impenetrable layer of what appears to have once been cheese, but is now a dried out husk. My burger (which I requested tomato and bread and butter pickles on the side has both pickles and tomato on burger--totally not a big deal, but a sign that that either the kitchen or server just don't care) arrives. Top bun is a hockey puck, so is burger, which I ordered medium. Fries (a two dollar up-charge) appear to be the nasty crumbs left over from a frozen bag of Ore-Idas. Its painfully clear that our food has been left sitting out for over a half hour. -contact a manager who removes burger from bill. But really doesn't seem surprised at this kitchen performance. When asked if I'd like to order something else, I simply politely declined as nothing coming out of this kitchen is worth the wait or money. -as we wait for bill we note birds feasting on food left dirty plates from a table next to us that departed 20 minutes ago. Dont worry, I captured photos of this for posterity. Avoid this place at all costs. I've had better burgers at McDonalds, better soup at Chilis...and I hate big chains. This place was just truly awful.

Yelp
We arrived at firerock grille as a party of six on a Tuesday evening. Both the outdoor patio and inside dining room are available for seating. We preferred an outdoor patio since it was such a beautiful night. Unfortunately, fire rock only takes reservations for groups of eight or more. We had approximately 15 to 20 minutes of wait time for an outside table. We were seated and given paper menus. I ordered a raspberry Moscow mule That tasted amazing! That was fresh and light and the perfect amount of fruit and ginger. I ordered a new menu item, the roasted cauliflower entree. It was above and beyond my expectations. It was so so fresh and so good. It came out on the infamous firerock platters. I ordered chicken for an additional $3. The chicken was perfectly done. I would completely recommend going to fire rock grill to anyone. I enjoyed our dinner so much! I can't wait to come back for more roasted cauliflower.

I'm giving this establishment 5 stars! The parking lot was full and the restaurant packed so I was super surprised to walk in on a Saturday night to no waiting! We were seated right way which was fantastic! It took a little while for our waitress to come around but once she did we were very well cared for. Our dishes came out hot and very timely! We started of with the goat cheese appetizer and oh my, it's huge! I was slightly disappointed that there were only three thin slices of goat cheese in a fairly large amount of sauce but it turned out to be the perfect proportions. The goat cheese didn't completely over power the dish and was not overpowered by the sauce. One criticism: no one removed our appetizer dishes from the table throughout the meal. For the entree I enjoyed the garlic and herb chicken which was also wonderful. It was cooked well and perfectly seasoned! It's clear to me that the ingredients are fresh and well prepared. The spätzle was handmade. My husband enjoyed the 4oz petite filet and wild mushroom risotto. It was slightly under seasoned for my taste but my husband felt it was just perfect. The cook on the filet was exactly to his temperature specifications and he thoroughly enjoyed the dish. We finished our meal with a peanut butter brownie and a chocolate torte. I was so full but it was totally worth it! I definitely recommend giving this place a try or a second chance!!

Yelp
The best part of the meal was the chicken tenders, fries and pizza that my kids ordered- The bread was good too. Our $25 a plate meals had no flavor and service was spotty. The place was clean and followed COVID-19 guidelines.

Yelp
Great steak had the ribeye w/mushrooms so perfect. Hot rock was experience but eat fast rock cooked my steak fast. Old fashion was perfect.

Yelp
First time I've been here was for my 26th birthday. Prices weren't too bad, especially for the quality of the food. They also give you a birthday discount on your entree, so I decided to get the most expensive steak they had and it slapped. The wife also enjoyed her dinner as well. The cocktail I order was mixed a bit too sweet but nothing to complain about. The only problem I encountered was when the bill came, they forgot to add the birthday discount to my entree which was a shocker at first but after I communicated it was taken care of. I had to wait a few days before my bank was refunded but it is what it is.

Yelp
The whole concept of food served on a 500 degree rock, or 'firerock' sounds pretty fascinating, right? It is and worth the experience. Although, the quality of the meal was simply whelming. The service was expedient without reservations, and our server was kind and made certain we were not without a question answered or full beverage. They have three dining areas: bar, open restaurant, then members only. Go for the bar if you want a more cozy experience. Otherwise, prepare to sit in a large square room with low-top wood tables in the center and booth seating along the walls. Our bar area table was with wall-side bench seating, optional wood chair on the other side of the table. Can't speak on the members only area but it was on the other 'half' of the horseshoe shaped bar. The noise level was moderate, including music, with approximately a 90% occupancy. I had the mixed vegetables and my partner the steak - both served on the firerock. Beware, your steak will keep cooking. The mashed sweet potatoes were on the sweetened and buttery side. My martini, though, was made just right. Cocktail list is meager with average house wines.

Yelp
Firerock was a great experience, very relaxed and a great date night restaurant. The waitress we had was nice and our service was very friendly. Appetizers: Crab & Artichoke Dip, Lettuce Wraps The lettuce wraps were delicious and was served with fresh lettuce and the meat that goes with were great and juicy. The Crab & Artichoke dip was delicious although the bread served was a little burnt on a few pieces. Entrees: Wagyu Steak, Ahi Tuna Ahi Tuna was delicious and the sauce served had a lot of flavor to compliment the tuna. The side that came with the tuna was okay, didn't match well with the tuna for a good combination. The Wagyu Steak was flavorful and was served beautifully on a fire stone. Mine was a little under-seasoned and the sauce that came with was very rich and tasty but was overpowering when dipped with the wagyu. I preferred either barely any sauce on the steak or just the wagyu by itself. Also the potatoes served as the side were overcooked, dry, and crunchy. Dessert: Creme Brulee Probably always the best part of dinner! And the creme brulee did not disappoint. Awesome crack to the torched top and had nice flavor to the maple flavored creme. Overall, the food was great and the view of the golf course and inside is stunning. Also on certain nights they have great specials and deal with a wide selection of wine

Yelp
We have been here a few times and the food has always been good or decent, but never great. Love the seasonal cocktails though. It has become an easy go to for a cocktail and appetizer.

Yelp
First time here .... great experience! Did the Firerock 8 oz steak. OMG... the sauces! Loved them all but the Cherry Bourbon ..... holy smokes! I would totally recommend FireRock Grille!
