DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They have botched two repairs that cost over $1000 each for me. I had to take my car to a different Firestone to have them fix the botched work on a head gasket that was done at this location the first time (I had the following work done for free and they paid for my rental because they were able to tell the work was done improperly). Once I brought my car in for an oil change. I left with a bend in my car door that stuck and popped every time I opened my door. They of course denied any responsibility. This last week my car was originally billed for a 3 hour job. I had to return my car three times and eventually had to call corporate before I got my money refunded. On top of that, they still hadn't fixed the problem, had me buy a part that turned out not to be the problem, and when I brought my car home I still had the problem.. The mechanics move at super slow speed, they have you replace parts you don't need, they are unapologetic for having you repeatedly bring your car back, they don't respond when you speak to them and are apparently incompetent. I only brought it back to them a second time because my belt came off a couple blocks from the location and I had a Firestone credit card. I think they are used to ripping off wealthy locals and tourists. Stay away!

I don't usually go to this auto shop, but one of my rear tires was giving me trouble on my way to work (deflating). Once I was at the shop, I was quickly addressed and one of the mechanics immediately inspected the tire. He gave me an estimate and I left the car there while I went to work. This would've been a 5 star review, but once I got out of my 8 hour shift my car still wasn't ready. I had to come back the next day to pick it up after I was told it would be ready by the time I got out of work. To be fair, the shop was packed with cars when I brought mine in. I would suggest to double confirm with them if your car will be ready on time if there's too much going on in the shop.

My husband and I live on Miami Beach and regularly take our cars to this Firestone location. We've been pleasantly surprised by the customer service and the quality of the work. I've often heard that happy customers don't take the time to give positive reviews, so the negative ones can skew opinion. Here's my experience from just this morning: I took my car in at 7:00 for an oil change and a tire rotation and was out at 7:45. Ozzy was extremely professional and even took extra time and effort to answer a few tire and hubcap questions, etc. We've never been "up-selled" or ripped off and have been coming here for a long time. Thanks, Ozzy. (Carlos is great, too!)

DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT!I took My Lincoln to get two front tires to be replaced and everything seemed fine. A few days later the rear end had dropped .I googled the symptoms Results indicated that the car was put on the lift without shutting off the air suspension damaging the air bags. Called a few mechanics & confirmed this. Went back to Firestone and was told to come back tomorrow the master mechanic wasn't in until; 8:am. I called Firestone corporate who contacted the store and conferenced me in with the mechanic who had suddenly appeared. I brought the car over and he said the damage wasn't caused by that but would fix it for just the cost of the parts and no labor charge. He gave me an estimate in writing of $754.18! The estimate Stated $627.99 parts and $72.50 labor! What happened to free labor? I called the local Ford dealer only to find the part was $499.66. I took my car to Shorty& Freds got a much lower bill. I will be suing Firestone for their negligence and dishonesty and to restore my car to it's original condition STAY AWAY!!

I felt a wiggle in my steering when i drive fast and heard a noise also. I asked for a tire rotation and balance. Instead of charging me $50 for all 4 tires, Alonso made a special request for only one balanced tire charging me $35. Edie the tech balanced my front driver side tire and found where the noise came from my back left tire that had a slight warp, but Edie and Alonso assured me a peace of mind that it was safe, and only would make noise. They recommended to not rotate the tires since my tires were otherwise fine and to keep the noisy tire in the back where it is. Edie also educated me that even though my max pressure was on the tire 44psi, i should refer to inside the door which is 34psi and mine were too high at 38psi. He put on my tire after balancing and charged me $13! I gave Edie $5 tip and thanked them for the peace of mind because i am driving from South Beach to Tampa today. I did not even have to wait, i pulled my car up and out within 30 minutes, and Alonso said if i get annoyed by the noise then come in on black friday and he assured me that i can get an even better deal than the already afordable $60 tire. I think i took longer writing this review than i did getting a great experience here :-)

Made an online appointment for the earliest possible slot on a Saturday morning. They told me it would take two hours to complete a simple oil change and tire rotation. I came back in three hours to find that my car wasn't even touched by a technician. They said they were extremely busy, which I found funny since their garage was empty and all five technicians were just standing around. Poor service, so I took my car to Jiffy Lube and got it done in an hour. :)

I'm generally the first person to complain about service anywhere, but I've never had a problem at this place. I do just take it there to get my oil changed. The car is ready when they say it will be, and I'm pretty sure the price is good. Sure, they're not all smiles and giggles, but they do what they say they're going to do- in the time they're going to do it. I'll continue bringing my car there.

Beware hidden charges! They "automatically" add Road Hazard Insurance to tire purchases, adding $100.00+ to the overall cost of four tires, without prior explanation to, or authorization by, the customer. Also, they disregard the Speed Rating of tires when recommending replacement tires. Absence of professionalism.
