" If You Want To Taste A World-Class Blend. Firestone Walker really brought out the big guns for their blend of this stout - 55% fresh stout brewed using Weathered Souls’ recipe, 30% Parabola (their fantastic barleywine) aged in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels, and 15% Velvet Merkin (another excellent stout) aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 14 months. It’s a super-sweet, boozy blend that you’re going to love. Proceeds go to The NAACP Legal Defense Fund." - brett keating

"Paso Robles is more of a weekend trip than a day trip - it’s a bit over three hours from LA - but it’s still highly worth visiting for Firestone Walker Brewery. Firestone’s campus takes up an entire street, just off the 101, and you can get some of the best - and first truly great - California craft beer. They’ve got a restaurant on site, too, so take your food and (ideally numerous) beers with you up to Lake Nacimiento, in the northern part of the town. You have to pay $15 to get into the lake’s recreation center, but it’s worth it for the Shoreline Trail, which goes through campgrounds along the lake and has some excellent views. And if you’re there for a weekend, spend the rest of your time drinking at the number Central Coast wineries in the area." - brett keating

"Firestone Walker is one of California’s best-known craft breweries and its flagship location on the outskirts of Paso Robles is an essential pilgrimage whether you care about the flavor notes in your IPA or not. With three different factory tours, a brewhouse, a barrel room, an entire visitors center, and a full restaurant/bar, Firestone Walker is really more of a town than a brewery. You could easily spend the entire afternoon here, and you should. photo credit: Jakob Layman" - Brant Cox

Firestone Walker Taproom is truly awesome. The pizza and burgers were incredible. The wings were so good. But the star of the show was the beer, of course. The service was great, the music is cool, and it's a big spacious place. We'll definitely be returning soon. I highly recommend Firestone Walker Taproom for anyone looking for good beer in a cool environment. 805 Beer is the best!!!!

The food was excellent. The burger was my favorite. The hot chicken a close second. Tuna nachos were OK. The service was pretty clumsy. They brought us two baskets of extra fries which we didn't order (did not include on the bill) which is fine but then we also had two extra drinks on the receipt and had to adjust after we noticed.

Great food, service could use some improvement. The bartender was a little too busy to help the 6 people at the bar. The atmosphere is excellent. 💯 🔥 I’d definitely give Firestone another shot. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

This brewery is really nice. Service was extremely slow. Food was really good, but limited in vegetarian items. Beer was a bit pricey, but I'm from out of town. They kept running out of beers. They also have a gift shop. So, I bought some 805 merch. I did enjoy their Michelada and it was really good & super impressed. For 6 people with food and about 4 beers each the bill was over $300. We split it. So, I paid about $60. They did add gratuity.

Google
We were looking forward to visiting this brewery as regular drinkers of the beers. The brewery itself is good and a nice atmosphere, which is really the only reason this rating is 2 not a 1. Our experience with service and food was terrible. After ordering a kids corn dog to start for one of the party and a drink, that hadn't arrived by the time we finished our mains.... One of the drinks was lost/forgotten/order not placed - unsure which... The first pizza turned up with so much oil dripping off it, it spilt off the tray and paper as it was put on the table and onto my jeans. I raised the amount of residual oil on the pizza, after not even eating one slice with our server, Zac, I believe it was. It was soggy and in trying to cut the pizza, the paper underneath tore apart and I was pulling that out of the pizza also. The solution offered was to give me a pile of napkins. Behind our table the floor became so slippery with the oil that a yellow warning triangle was put up to warn people (great idea!). Sloppy pizza and service. At least the salad was good.

Visited some family in Atascadero coming from Antelope Valley and did not know there was a Firestone nearby. I made sure before our weekend visit to make a stop here on our way home. The food was great, and the wife and kids loved it. Our bartender Zander was great. Service was fast as soon as we knew what we wanted. The atmosphere is great. After our drinks and food, we grabbed some merch. Will be coming back

Always a great place to stop in Paso Robles. I’ve only had their pizza twice which was excellent, and their brownie sundae which was ok. Their grounds are really well put together and kept. Still want to try their pretzels…

Yelp
Another great time at Firestone Brewery restaurant. All the food I've gotten here has been great. Today I decided on fish sticks. Love them! Always. We got the huge pretzel, which is so yummy and soft. We got a flight of beers and I tried a fruit seltzer, which was really good. I'm not a beer person so that says a lot. Didn't taste like beer, but taste like fruit and had more alcohol than the 805 had. We sat inside, our the waitress was wonderful. Always a great time. Not many people on this Sunday afternoon. Everything is clean and I love that the booths are elevated so you feel like above everyone else. Haha Great time!

Yelp
We did takeout yesterday for 3 orders chicken wings. And 2 pizzas. First they tell you pizzas take 40 minutes. How is this possible with a hot pizza oven ? Update, the manager made this right by refunding our order. Thank you! Well pizzas had crust that was not fully cooked. Not enough cheese on pizzas. I don't like just eating dough. We ended up throwing out both the pizzas. Pizzas were awful. Margaritas supposed to have basil leaves for flavor. It had what looked like clover from a lawn. Wings were good but the kids and my daughter complained the seasoning was too spicy.

Yelp
Delicious food, great beer. My wife and I stopped by for an early dinner. I enjoyed the choose-your-own beer flight with 5 beers to taste, but they also have 2 preset beer flights that you can order. The Nashville dry rub wings were good- mildly spicy. The Burrata salad with herbed salmon was delicious. The salmon was crispy and flavorful. The Burrata was creamy and divine, and arugula, cucumbers, and tomatoes paired perfectly with the vinaigrette for a great meal. The garlic Parmesan fries- we chose the thin fries version (steak cut fries are the other option)- they were so crispy and flavorful with just the right amount of garlicky goodness.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday for lunch and despite being very busy there was great service and we were seated quickly. We had the Union Jack IPA and cali squeeze blood orange to drink which were reasonably priced and solid beers. For the food we tried the chicken wings (buffalo) and Brussel sprouts, both were fantastic. These came out first and there was a delay with the fig and pig burger, but it was worth the wait. The burger was a thin patty complemented well with fig jam and thin crispy garlic fries. Would recommend!

Yelp
Drove on the 101 towards Los Angeles where I passed by tons of signs advertising 805s and Firestone Walker, had to make a pit stop here! We got there right as it opened and were seated quickly. Throughout the time we took to dine, the place got filled up quickly with people. They have seasonal/limited edition beers and their food is quite good. Our server checked in on us a lot of times which is great but it felt like it was every two minutes so we felt pressured in ordering quickly and eating. Otherwise, still a great experience. Across the street, they have a brewery tour (cost extra - about $15), and the emporium is a short drive from the restaurant where you get $5 off for showing your receipt from the restaurant to buy some cool merch! Tri-tip sandwich - 10/10, delicious and pairs really well with their 805 Mac & Cheese - 8/10, good and creamy but nothing particular that stood out to me Garlic fries - 8/10, it's skinny fries so not much potatoes in it and the garlic was just perfect. We got a flight filled with limited edition beers and obviously, 805. The beers offered got us overwhelmed since everything looked good but we didn't want to drink all day. Overall, loved the experience and would be coming back next road trip down!

Roxy V.

Yelp
Firestone Walker is an absolute amazing! The space is spacious, spotless, and has a welcoming vibe. From the moment we arrived, the kind host greeted us warmly and seated us immediately, setting the tone for a great experience. We started with some 805s ofcourse and Micheladas made with 805, which were absolutely mouthwatering. As for appetizers, the pretzel was a standout--soft, massive, and perfect for sharing. The Brussels sprouts were cooked to perfection, with a delicious char and they were accompanied by cherry tomatoes that made them irresistible. For my main course, I ordered the Big Burger with garlic fries. Although I was already full from the amazing appetizers, I could tell the burger was top-notch. Next time, I'll be sure to save room and dive into the burger first! Overall, Firestone Walker exceeded my expectations with its friendly service, delicious food, and relaxed atmosphere. I can't wait to come back!

Yelp
One of those gotta try at least once spots. As you walk into the restaurant you find a vast dining area and open kitchen. The menu offers a wide array of items that complement their library of beers. Service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. I ordered the Bear Burger. Cooked to a perfect medium the burger was juicy and popping with flavor. The additional items really came together with the pillowy potato bun wonderfully to create a blissful flavorbomb. A raucous endorsement from me. Can't wait to visit again.

Aisha R.

Yelp
This places was really good and clean! The beer was very fresh. The seltzers were surprisingly really good I would definitely recommend. The food was really especially the fish and chips very fresh it melts your mouth. We had good service no wait for us to be seated. I can't wait to be back!

Kevin H.

Yelp
We've stopped by this restaurant a few times, and while I wouldn't call it amazing, it's solid enough that I don't mind coming back. The atmosphere is enjoyable, and it's a good halfway point for us when we're heading to the coast. The food has been pretty decent overall. The fish and chips are a reliable choice--crispy but not overcooked or greasy. We also tried the veggie kebabs, which were good, though we asked to leave off the onions (my wife's not a fan), but that request didn't make it to the kitchen. Not sure if that was the server's oversight or a miscommunication with the kitchen. Now, when it comes to the beer, steer clear of the Parabela--it was awful. It tasted like rotten black licorice, and I couldn't get past the first sip. The rest of the beer flight, however, was pretty good, so that was a relief. As for the service, it seemed like we had multiple people checking on us throughout the meal, so it wasn't always clear who our dedicated server was. But in general, everyone was attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself seemed clean, though I did notice some stickiness on the table, which is never pleasant. Overall, this place is decent for a stopover meal, and while it may not blow you away, it does the job.

Yelp
Vry nice brewery and taproom bar. Service was amazing as well as the food. I didn't get to try the beer but my family said they are tasty

Yelp
During a trip to Paso Robles we were up fairly late and was getting hangry. After checking through Yelp, one of the only places opened past 9pm was Firestone which just so happened to be close to our hotel so we headed right over. I love the atmosphere of this restaurant. The revolving beer cans on the belt high in the air is super cute. The place is gigantic inside! The menu wasn't too big which is nice. I found a few things that tickled my fancy but ultimately decided to try the dry rub wings and asked for a side of the Louisiana aioli. The wings looked amazing, cooked perfectly but when eaten, they lacked flavor on their own. Thank goodness I got the sauce on the side. The garlic Parmesan fries were amazing! The Brussels sprouts were delectable and I thoroughly enjoyed the cherry tomatoes that were in it. My friends both got the salmon and they both loved it. I would love to hit this place up again the next time I'm in town to try something different on the menu.

Ally H.

Yelp
I loved it here. We got the buffalo wings and fish and chips and split them both. The wings were cooked perfectly and had a great buffalo kick! (Get the blue cheese dressing!). We upgraded the fish and chip fries for garlic parm fries and that was a fantastic decision. Beers are good and service was great.

Yelp
This review is for the brewery tour and Visitors Center. I signed up for a Monday locals tour and enjoyed it! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The Visitors Center had Electric Eagle on tap which the Tap Room did not. The vibe at the Visitors Center also felt much friendlier than the Tap Room. The tour took us through their history, brewing and bottling process, with tastings along the way. A few hours well spent!

Cherish F.

Yelp
Are here for lunch and the brewery tour. The fish and chips were amazing and I really enjoyed their seltzer. Service was great and the tour was informative and fun. Our tour guide was very nice and we had a great time seeing the behind the scenes brewing process. Had a great time!

Nate C.

Yelp
Favorite stop when we visit the central coast! Food is amazing, service is always top notch and such a great Cali vibe! We stop every time we're in town!

Lena G.

Yelp
Always a favorite stop for us when we come to Paso! Quick service and good vibes here. I got an 805 to drink (a classic) and to eat I got the BBQ pizza. My husband also had a beer and ordered a burger. Everything was really tasty and came out fresh! The parking lot isn't super big, but there's plenty of street parking! I also recommend the brewery or barrel tours, which we've done in the past.

Eric W.

Yelp
We had such an amazing four-hour visit to Firestone Walker. We were in Paso Robles for an anniversary weekend getaway. While my wife likes wine tasting, I'm not as enthused. Beer, on the other hand, is another story. I reserved the Barrel Room Tour which is more expensive than their regular tour and only once on Saturday and Sunday. But before our 2pm tour, we needed lunch so we figured it was a good idea to use the Taproom restaurant. Went there and ordered via QR code which is how they're doing it. We are a large warm pretzel and salads. I couldn't decide on beverages so for a tasting flight which was delicious and enjoyable. The tour was amazing. Our tour guide Chris was knowledgeable and funny. He was super encouraging to ask questions and easy about time. We had 3 oz. samples during the tour and then more after the tour. You also get FW swag. As much as I love 805, I only tried other beers while on site. My biggest regret was not buying beer to go! I had tasted beers all day (via 3 oz. glasses and I didn't finish all) so I was burnt out on beer at the end. This is the Willy Wonka Factory for beer. So fun.

Rona S.

Yelp
Was in Paso Robles and looking for dinner options so we ended up here. I have heard of this place and everyone faves about it so I had high expectations. The place is MASSIVE. Inside was full of people but didn't feel too crowded. You can order drinks on your own at the bar while you wait for your food (as an option). They also had a wall of merch to take home and cans of beer. With all the chatter I didn't really notice how long I was waiting but I would guess the food came in a good time. I had the fish tacos and I thought they were good but not spectacular. I tried some of other peoples food and it was not bad. Overall the food was decent. Overall we had a great time. They had some nice mixed drinks, great beers, nice ambience and decent food. Highly recommend if you are passing by!

Yelp
Walked in around 11am on a Sunday. My fiancée and I were greeted as we entered and were sat down right away. Our waiter introduced himself and explained to us the ordering process. He was very informative and throughout our dining experience, he checked on us and made sure all our needs were being met! Even for a busy Memorial Day Weekend! The Pretezel was nice, the cheese dip---man was that a delicious!!!! It paired well with the Classic Flight. Speaking of the Classic Flight.... I'm not normally a Pils fan or IPA fan.. but Firestone beer NEVER disappoints and wow, I walked away with a 6 pack of the Pivo Pils... because it was that good! I needed to make sure I had stock at home! The drunk shrimp was delicious, the sauce was nicely seasoned and the bread had a nice bite. Without a doubt if I lived closer, I'd be in here frequently! Great food, and even better beer with excellent service!!!!!

Michael Y.

Yelp
This is a review for the brewery tour and beer tastings after the tour (although to be honest, we started before the tour). Could it have influenced my opinion of the tour? Absolutely and I'm ok with that. Best to go on a weekday if you want to see the brewing magic happening. You can smell the hops being cooked and feel and see the boiling liquid and the yeast being added! Very educational! Taste some of the unique fruit flavors!

Yelp
Finally got to visit the Firestone empire in SLO in March, after having missed it several years ago when I got as close as Pismo beach. The visit was everything I had expected and more. Just seeing the vast properties got my heart pumping. Found some parking on the first street on the 1st visit, but also found parking lot behind the taproom on the 2nd visit (had to hit it again on the way back home). Service was excellent on both occasion with multiple folks stopping by to answer questions and bringing food/drinks. Just scan the QR code on your table and you have opened a tab! Order initial beers and food, then order more beer or food whenever you feel like more, it was like playing a game! Beers were delivered so fast, just amazing ordering and service. 1st visit, the young man helped me figure out how to do the ordering. I mentioned I've always dreamed of getting a DBA at the "source". He immediately suggested I try the UDBA if I like DBA. What the heck is UDBA??? Unfiltered DBA, only available at the breweries and it was great! Was not expecting much on the food, but the burger sealed the deal for me. Cali-Western Smash burger was an amazing burger!!! Came with tons of fries too. 5/5 recommend! Also tried the 805 Cerveza Fish Tacos, and that was the opposite, very disappointing entree. Tasted very generic and nothing special. 1/5 do not recommend... Stick to burgers at breweries, this place easily had the best burgers of any brewery. Tried a 2nd beer before having to leave for Hearst castle. 2nd visit, I wanted to make sure to try out BOTH the DBA and the UDBA side by side to compare. UDBA definitely wins, just plain more flavor to enjoy! DBA felt clean in comparison. Can't go wrong either way but UDBA was confirmed to be my fav. Wife tried the beer flight. You can get their recommended set, or create your own by just selecting 5 of the 3 oz beers and it comes out as the flight setup. I tried sips, but UDBA is all I need, lol. Of course got the cali-western burger again on the 2nd visit, and tried the Lion's fish n chips. The fish n chips was excellent! Loved the big lion fries. Definitely get the fish and chips over the fish tacos if want fish item. Even my boy wanted a burger after getting a bite the first time around. Got him a cheeseburger off the kids menu and it was big and he loved it! (he didn't really like burgers before Firestone, lol). Just being inside the Firestone empire made me proud. All the servers were wearing various Firestone gear like hoodies and what not. I am not the kind that buys merch, but I was extremely tempted by the wicked looking hoodie one server was wearing. Checked out the merch on the hanger on the way out, but decided a bit rich for me. But I saw a sign locals get 25% off everything on Mondays. Wow, what a place for locals. Good thing I'm not local or I'd be there for burger and UDBA weekly lol. Also checked the tour area before leaving. Didn't make appointment for the tour since I didn't think we could with a kid. But maybe I misread, I think it may be possible to still do tour with kid, just kid can't do the tastings maybe? $15 for tour + basically the beer flight in tastins + souvenir glass? That's a NO BRAINER! Sadly didn't get to do the tour, but if you have the time definitely worth it I would think! Overall an excellent place and definitely the delight of my spring road trip. I know they have a location in Venice much closer for me, but never been. Seems you can get the UDBA there too and the food menu looked the same, so I may have to visit the Venice location when the cravings for UDBA and the amazing smash burger strikes!

Ashley M.

Yelp
Came to the taproom for an early dinner. Got the smash burger which was very good that came with shoestring fries. We also got a sweet deal they had for $25 for pretzel which is HUGE and a beer stein along with a beer. The pretzel was perfect and came with beer cheese and a nice honey mustard. The stein was a great souvenir. Service- can do QR code, go up to bar or waitstaff. All professional and attentive. Ambiance is spacious with plenty of seating inside. Saw an outdoor area too. Parking plenty and has even 2 level 2 chargers.

John D.

Yelp
How Do You Brew? I'm obsessed with brewery and distillery tours, as I can't resist signing up for them whenever we're on vacation and Firestone Walker's Brewhouse tour has been on my radar for years. We finally got a chance to check it out after a mini vacation in nearby Solvang, and it did not disappoint. The Good: *You meet in the FW Visitor Center, which is essentially a taproom that features fourteen rotating beers on-tap, as well as a nice selection of rare bottles beers to take home. So, feel free to arrive early for your tour and have a pint or two ahead of time. *$15/per is a great price for the tour that includes quite a bit of sampling, especially at the end when you basically get a flight of three beers out of the fourteen available--and you each get a Firestone Walker branded snifter to take home! *Tour guide was great, and kept the tour moving along and the suds coming. *The whole tour runs roughly an hour, which is just the right amount of time imo. The Meh: *Barrel Tour is weekends only The Ugly: *There was some kind of arbitrary rule with the three tastings at the end of the tour, as one was kinda chosen for you or something? I still don't quite understand what was going on, but whatever. Just gimme the beer, and nobody gets hurt. Conclusion: Fun and tasty tour that is a must-stop for beer lovers.

Tom T.

Yelp
Great food; great staff! Ray, Anna, Simon are the best! Anything on tap is worth trying. Vintage in bottles are available by bottle

Lianne L.

Yelp
Not bad! The chicken sandwich was good. The burger was good. Just do NOT get the tri tip sandwich that was lowkey dry and not a lot of flavor. Mac and cheese was valid.

Michelle F.

Yelp
As always, the food, beer and service were amazing. I enjoy the flights, and the south of the border salad. Our server today, Zander, went above and beyond. He was very attentive and made our experience extra special. We'll be back! :)

Becki H.

Yelp
We had just flown in and dropped our stuff at the VRBO, so food was on the forefront of our thoughts. Parking was a breeze right out front of the taproom, and we were sat immediately in a booth tucked in the back. The setup is an order-at-the-bar concept after you choose your meals from the menus at the booth. We walked up, ordered a few dishes to share and a couple of drinks and headed back to the booth with our brews. The servers brought over our collection of platters and dropped them at the tables, and that's the last we saw of them. We shared the ahi wonton tacos, mac and cheese with bacon and jalapeños, and taproom wings, the husband got the tri-tip sandwich and I got the herb crusted salmon over a Mediterranean potato hash. I paired the unfiltered DBA with my salmon - a subtle English pale that definitely didn't overwhelm the flavorful salmon. We all sampled from the mass of dishes on the tables and somehow managed to finish every single dish. We enjoyed the meal so much we planned on going back again, but their kitchen was shut down for a remodel after a fire that had happened a few days prior, so we returned anyway for a few beers at the bar and sampled from the food truck they had stationed outside.

Erik S.

Yelp
Come for the beer... yep that's about it, just come for the beer. And while you can get delicious farm-fresh 805, be sure to try out some of their limited-edition brews that you won't find anywhere else. The restaurant has gone very, very downhill over the years, however. My burger was gloopy next to some warmish fries. The do-it-yourself ordering system is a pain, involving a Covid-era QR code, the need to manually enter a credit card number to pay, and a forced agreement to consent to spam in order to pay. A real live person did bring food however, and water for my pup. No clue if the real-live person would chase you down if you didn't consent to spam and didn't pay.

Stephanie O.

Yelp
Stopped in for a visit since this was our first trip to the brewery. My husband and I were very impressed with the selections they had available and the layout of the brewery. Firestone Walker is one of my favorite beers and the selection is phenomenal. We were so happy to be able to bring some beers to come and try so many more options. The live music and open patio was so comfy for the summer evening we spent there.

Liz I.

Yelp
Unfortunately I was not the biggest fan of this place. We came by here for a bite to eat and a drink. I ordered the mac and cheese and Nashville dry rub wings. Oh boy was it disappointing. The mac and cheese hardly had any flavor and my wings were extremely under-seasoned. By the way, 8 wings cost about $16 if I am not mistaken. At the table a salad and kids meal was ordered as well, most of the food besides the salad was left behind. What was pretty good was the beer, I had the California IPA which was $5 for a 10 oz. Overall if I was to be back in the area I would swing by for a drink but eat elsewhere.

Randy B.

Yelp
I've been back and forth to LA and SF many many times. Never stopped. C'mon, it's right off the freeway. Finally, I moved to Paso Robles, and I made plans to go in. Love 30+ beers of Firestone on tap, I tasted 3 of them, and had 2 of them. All I can say is "Oh yes". Bar area (and nice outside seating, too), but also a restaurant side -- I had no idea. Bona fide grub filled with burgers, sandwiches, salads, and more. I had a burger (and upgraded from fries to a salad for $2), and it was very worthy. Nice service, too. I'll be back often.

Cara M.

Yelp
Go for the beers- stay for the food. You would imagine it being the typical bar grub food from the menu- but honestly we were surprised it was more upscale than we thought- the tri-tip sandwich tasted very artisanal with the rosemary aioli sauce and the steak was cooked to perfection- along with the soft ciabatta roll it all paired very nicely. I liked the option of the steak cut fries also as a nice addition and change from the regular fries usually offered on menus. The mac and cheese, and wings are also done really well- nothing too greasy and great flavors. The beer list is pretty extensive but they have lots of options! Enjoyed a few different picks from the menu. Menu is scan and order at the table once you sit down- they don't have waiter servers to take orders- a nice streamline idea i think. Food was quick once ordered and no fuss from the waiters serving food- they all seemed pretty busy so it was nice we could just order from the QR code instead of having to wait on a server or track one down for something. Lots of seating inside and out- it was busy when we went at the weekend so had to wait 10 minutes or so to get seated- the bar area decor is funky with the bottles rotating with led lights above the bar.

Dennis T.

Yelp
Stopped by Firestone on the way home from Paso Robles. We had our dog with us and we were prepared to sit outside but to our surprise they let her in with us. We ordered a couple of beer flights, pizza, and got a growler to-go. Pizza was decent, beer was good. Overall a pretty good stop, only wish it were closer so I could fill up on 805 from the tap.

Cindy R.

Yelp
On a trip to Paso Robles we couldn't resist visiting the Firestone Walker Brewing Company. We went early as soon as they were opening and there was already a small line waiting to go in too. It's a pretty big place so they fit a lot of people. It had a good ambiance and nice servers. Price was average. The food was okay, your typical bar food, if you will. & of course their wide selections of beer. We ordered flights to try all the beers we hadn't had and they were a hit or miss, depending on your palate. Overall chill experience.

Eric R.

Yelp
Amy was a great waitress. Give her a raise! The salads and beer were very tasty. I need to post more I guess.

Frays were cold, burger didn't have any flavor. Server was slow, I ask for split check and he add somebody else drink on my tab because he couldn't split it. Food menu supper simple and not that many choices. Not recommended at all.

Yelp
It has become a bit of a tradition stop here for family dinner on the way to our final central coast destination. I haven't been into beer lately but my husband can vouch for the beer that it's good. The food is excellent, good variety in the menu. Little one very much enjoyed his fresh mini corn dogs. They even offer milk as a drink choice. The smash burger was great, fries are crispy and skinny, pizza was nice and thin. Big booths keep a little one contained until they want to move a bit, it's a big space so it's never uncomfortable with neighboring tables.

Yelp
Firestone has become a staple in the craft brew scene. The brewing facility and taproom has become iconic to central California's 101 - it can't be missed. I have been coming here since the early 2000's, and remains one of my favorite breweries to visit for both the food and beer, not to mention setting (Paso) and people. My favorite appetizer is the drunken shrimp - so good! The beer never disappoints; they have something for everyone. This is home to 805, which I here commonly mistakenly call the brewery itself. But my personal favorite is the Hopnosis. Wookey Jack is a great winter chunky beer too. Service is quick, location is great, and the smell of brewing beer in the air is amazing. The tour is fun also, I've done it twice: I had to take my wife on it! Once of the best, if not THE BEST breweries in California. Their Venice Beach location is popping too!!

Yelp
Was out for the Firestone Walker Invite and had to stop by the brewery afterward being a first timer. Being such a huge fan for so long I was taking it all in. We stopped in and ate, walked around a little bit and loved the vibes. Can't wait to make a return visit

Yelp
Had an amazing time at Firestone Walker Brewing in Paso Robles! Stayed in town to visit and enjoy the brewery, as we headed up north. For dinner, we had the 805 Smash Burger w/ bacon and the Brewmaster Pizza w/ pepperoni. Our daughter Bailey said the Smash Burger was "immaculate." The pizza had roasted tomatoes, fresh garlic, beautiful fresh burrata, basil and thyme. Everything was delicious and fresh! The beer and wine didn't disappoint, and the service was friendly and very accommodating. Love coming up here from Southern SoCal to enjoy the local provisions. We will be back...cheers!

Yelp
Checked out the tap room, Was a very cool experience, fun little industrial set up, I got the classic flight and was a good deal, had the wings and fries, I liked the vibes it was chill and sat in the patio in the nook by the fountain they have cool merch and it's along side the brewery, service was good but you order thru a QR code on table but servers are always checking in on you and very helpful

Yelp
We were looking forward to stopping into this brewery for a while, but feel like was just ok due to the QR ordering system. We were greeted right away by a friendly guy where he discussed how we could use the QR ordering or come up to the bar. We've used QR ordering so shouldn't be a big deal, however with ordering wings didn't have the aoili sauce option and was confusing in general. We also scrolled a few times and couldn't find the blond draft. We didn't have anyone circulating we could ask at the moment so decided to go up to the bar to order. Not the biggest deal, however, we were annoyed since have traveled a bit and really wanted to just sit and order without any hassel. Once we ordered we did have a few different people stop by to ask if we needed anything. The wings which were dry rub with a side of aoli and bluecheese were also just ok. The food came out quickly, the sauces were tasty but the rub lacks zest...bland honestly. We absolutely love the blond ale, which was the best part and reason for stopping. One our favorite beers! So that was great. We also bought a few t-shirts. Cool ambiance, not a bad spot but was annoying with the ordering.

Yelp
My wife and I came here after a wine tasting experience, and having already had toured their brewery before, we roughly knew what to expect. Between us both, we tried about 12 different beers via flight and regular glasses, and the food was delicious! The service was fairly quick at first but slowed as the place got busier, which is understandable. Everything was a bit pricey, which is the only drawback, but we enjoyed every moment of our visit. We will definitely be back again!

Yelp
Food was tasty, the place is big. Great beer. We had the Cal Poly beer and ended taking a six pack home. Service could have been a little faster but overall it was really good. Ambiance is great. The tasteroom is really big. Everytime we go around the area we make it a point to stop by!

Yelp
The beer speaks for itself. Busy atmosphere at the bar - friendly staff. Hard to go wrong with a quick pour at firestone tap room.

Yelp
I ordered the portobello Burger, I don't usually enjoy portobello mushroom, but this one was cooked really nicely, impaired really well with the pesto and Rosemary aïoli sauces! The Oktoberfest beer was well balanced with the wheat flavored and the sweetness of a typical Marzen. The paraboloid barrel aged stout, offered nice barrel aged notes, along with chocolate notes, not as syrupy as other barrel aged beers. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come again! It's a great place to stop on your way to San Luis Obispo or Santa Barbara !!

Yelp
This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. We had to wait a long time to be helped, which I understand given it was Valentine's Day, but it was still frustrating. I ordered a drink, but it never arrived, and the waiter didn't check on us until after we had finished both our appetizer and meal. On top of that, our water glasses were left empty for long stretches of time. While I get that it was a busy day, the service was lacking, and it really impacted my first impression. I'm hoping they can improve service during peak times.

Yelp
If you haven't already had the food and a pint you should. Great patio for dogs and kids if you got em.. One of the best spots to hang and have cold, fresh beers on tap. Service is fast and simple if you can use a QR code.

Yelp
Make reservations for a tour and then have lunch/apps next door. Make sure to wear flat closed toe shoes. Great tour. Went on a weekend so no bottling was going on. So if you want to see that, come on a weekday. Check in and sign waiver, they give you a tag to wear. Get a 15 minute history and a headset. Tour through everything. Then a glass to take home and 4 tasting/person. Very recommended and I don't even drink.
