First Baptist Abilene

My wife and I just moved to Texas, and my wife has recently taken on the honor of teaching music at Abilene Christian School. With this honor comes the opportunity to lead these children in performance at the First Baptist church. This place is beautiful, perfect for Christmas, and the folks that Staff and help with sound and video equipment are very professional and kind. It has been my privilege to watch many shows here, and will continue to be my privilege for the many to come.

Our kids do their mother's day out program here and we've had such a positive experience from the infant all the way through Pre-K classes.

We met so many nice people during our visit. And they are very busy! The church has so many local missions! If you are looking for a church that is about more than just an hour on Sunday, this is the place!

Very Based (in scripture) and Epic Church. I have absolutely no intention of leaving this gloriously constructed Church.

Just like everyone to know there may b many churches in Abilene But the same God worketh in all, I been to some churches that say well that church doesn't got it right, Well God's word tells me there are different administrations But the same God worketh in all

My first time visiting for Exalt 2023 & I had a great worship experience. I've also watch sermons from this church on Sunday mornings, always felt very blessed afterwards.

Many people are scared off by the size of the church. But I found it is filled with friendly and caring people. Wonderful music, great children and youth activities, engaging Bible studies and caring pastors!

It was an amazing experience just a few weeks ago after attending an important meeting earlier that day and nobody had shown up, got redirected without notice; it was epic!
