I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent experience here was disappointing enough that it warrants a warning to others.
From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. Despite having a reservation, we waited nearly 30 minutes just to be seated and that was after standing awkwardly at the host stand with no acknowledgment from the staff. Several employees walked by without so much as a glance or greeting. Once seated, things didn't improve. We sat at our table for over 20 minutes before anyone came by to offer water or take our drink order. There was no sense of urgency or even basic attentiveness.
What really pushed this from a bad experience to an infuriating one was our attempt to speak with a manager. After politely asking twice, we were told the manager was "busy in the back" and couldn't come out. No follow-up, no apology, just a flat out refusal. I've worked in hospitality, and I know how tough the industry can be, but the lack of accountability and unwillingness to engage with customers is inexcusable.
To be fair, the food was decent, but nothing special and certainly not worth putting up with the neglect and rudeness. In a city with so many great dining options, there's simply no reason to subject yourself to this level of disregard.
Bottom line: SKIP THIS LOCATION unless you enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and made to feel like your presence is an inconvenience PERIOD.
