I ordered from them several times a week because my life is very busy as I am a therapist and have multiple responsibilities as a mother and a wife. Today, I guess they were busy because it’s the day before Thanksgiving. I ordered fries and a pork chop and repeated the order three times. The woman on the phone was sharp and yelled at us.
When my order arrived, they did not bring the French fries. I called back to ask about them, and she claimed that I didn’t order fries, even though I’m 100% sure I did. Then she said, “Well, they’re gonna be three dollars; you get nothing for free,” and hung up the phone. That was very disrespectful. No one was trying to get free food; I order from them several times a week and tip the delivery driver every time.
For her to tell me there’s no free food was very disrespectful because I’m not a bum and I’m not begging for anything free—I just wanted my French fries! Additionally, she hung up on me prematurely while I was ordering the fries and pork chop, forcing me to call back. This happens all the time; she yells and hangs up before making sure we understand our order. When I called back to tell her that her behavior was disrespectful, she said she didn’t care. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since we support their business with our money, yet they show no respect in return.
