Fischerhaus Moosburg

Beautiful space outside, shame that the rooms look like they were decorated by a someone with the tackiest taste alive. Think faux fur throws and flashy paintings. Additionally, the restaurant plays loud music at night - not the sexy, smooth jazz that they play during dinner, but trashy, badly remixed italo-disco. Given that we stayed in the austrian countryside to breathe the fresh air at night, this severely impacted our night’s sleep. With regards to the restaurant, the wine selection is great but like the food, overpriced. You can eat much better in any given italian village. For the price point here, one could expect staff that wouldn’t serve meat based amouse bouche to people who did not order a single meat dish, but alas, you would then be dissapointed (as we were).

Wunderschöne Atmosphäre mit Liebe zum Detail in einer ruhigen Lage. Traumhafte Location für Hochzeiten sowie Veranstaltungen. Das Service ist sehr aufmerksam und das Essen wundervoll. Regionale und saisonale Küche trifft auf vietnamesischen Touch in Perfektion. Das Team lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nur zum empfehlen. Bis zum nächsten Mal!
