José Andrés and Tyler Florence Will Watch Trump Deliver the State of the Union | Eater DC

"At MGM National Harbor I saw Andrés at Fish by Jose signing copies of his book We Fed an Island to kick off the casino restaurant’s truffle festival; every year his friend back home in Spain gathers truffles with his team of labs and flies them to D.C., and diners can add shaved truffles, while they’re still available, to a range of Fish dishes for $15 extra." - Tierney Plumb

What an amazing restaurant. We had excellent service and amazing food. I love the mission of Jose Andres World Food Kitchen and was so excited to be able to eat here. I have some food allergies but they handled it so well. A chef came to the table and took our order and then prepared it himself to avoid any cross contamination. What a comfort it was to be taken seriously and to have such personal service. The zucchini soup was incredible. So many options but I chose the Branzino and it was delicious. My husband ordered the shrimp and grits and said it was very good as well. The whole fish was ordered by another table, but what a presentation 👏

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fish Restaurant – Highly Recommended! One of the best restaurants we’ve been to in the Bahamas. The food is simply outstanding – incredibly fresh seafood and fish, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The staff was amazing – friendly, attentive, and full of fascinating stories about the island, the ingredients, and the local cuisine. They even treated us to extra tastings of different dishes! A perfect combination of flavor, atmosphere, and service. Don’t miss it!

Beautiful view and excellent food! Definitely coming back here next time! Shrimp and grits were the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot! The grilled striped bass very close to it! The avocado and goat cheese salad as I must have. Don’t get me started on the lobster mac & cheese…. To die for!

The restaurant has a beautiful decor and atmosphere. Staff very friendly. Our food was delicious. I had an amazing branzino, recommended. The only downside is that service takes a while. Restaurant is pricey

Ordered ceviche, conch fritters, vermicelli Mac n cheese (they ran out of vermicelli and gave us elbows.), and the grouper. Grouper was great but they way over did it the butter passion fruit sauce. Over powered the fish. The Mac n cheese was watery, very oily, and punching with salt. Conch fritters were okay, nothing special. The ceviche was good. Overall, this is a way over priced tourist trap and probably won't come back. Jose andres needs to come here for quality control. Also, we saw two whole lion fish get sent back, what's up with that

I just cannot say enough about this place. Is it pricey? Yes!! Is it worth it? YES! The food was outstanding. We chose the shared plates option which is a great deal considering the amount of food you get. If you like to try different kinds of seafood, this is by far a great way to do it. Hermaine was our server and "Oh My Goodness, did she ever go ABOVE and BEYOND!!! She is oustanding at her job and should commended in EVERY way!! I love it here! the key lime daiquiri was my favorite drink! The Fish Experience shared option was our favorite. There are 3 shared option experiences. The place is very clean and decorated very nicely! Reservations are a must! Fine dining takes time! If you order the shared option, be aware and plan to spend a few hours at dinner. IT IS SO WORTH IT!!

Ate here for dinner one night. It was only okay. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table even when arriving on time for our reservation. The food was average but the service was awful. The server kept forgetting our drink orders for over an hour. The twice baked potatoes were burnt. The fish was fileted beautifully. The chicken had bones in it, which made it hard to eat. But as I mentioned the service was awful and we would not return for that alone.

One of the best meals of my life. My girlfriend and I were enjoying our “baby moon” before the birth of our daughter in a few months at Atlantis. Reservations in advance were a must and we were glad we made them because the place was nothing short of incredible. Every detail from the decor to the service, to the meal itself was perfection. My girlfriend has celiac so they made sure to have fresh gluten free bread ready. The chef himself even came out and consulted the menu with her to make sure she would be happy and safe with her meal choice. Our server was excellent. Attentive but not a helicopter and sincere was he. The food itself was amazing. The best lobster I have ever had was on my plate that night. I can’t remember the last time I had an experience at a restaurant where there was so much love in every detail. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant as THEE must dine experience at Atlantis, Bahamas.
