This place is great. We were deciding between here and another brewery with limited time before a flight and this was a great choice. BBQ food truck was solid. Vibe was awesome and chill. Merch is cool too. Beer was great, wish I could’ve had some more on draft but know that the law doesn’t allow above 5% so that’s not on them. Wish we knew about this place earlier! Would’ve stayed longer.

We had one after dinner at this brewery. It was busy on a Saturday night but we were able to secure some seats. The place has 3 different seating areas including an outdoor one between the 2 “rooms.” We had white wine and a beer, which was tasty.

This is a good choice if you're looking for a brewery to checkout while visiting SLC. It has a nice large open layout with some large overhead doors that open up as you'll find in many other breweries. In speaking with some locals I was told that they felt this brewery had a solid lineup of goof beers and was one of their favorites. I'd have to agree with the few that I did try. If you didn't know, and I believe I have this correct, the draft beers are limited to 5 percent alcohol content while anything in a can is able to be stronger. There is no food served at this location, BUT they do often have a food truck and as luck would have it there was a Mexican food truck there with some good eats at a decent price. I had a carne asada burrito for $12 and my buddy ordered a quesadilla for about the same price. Tasted great! Try and make this a stop on your brewery visits in SLC for a good beer selection and I should mention that the staff was super friendly and fast... and one of them was pretty cute and into pics of my frenchies.

A. Fisher Brewing Company is a true brewery. The outside building is brick, painted in light blue, with their name in neon across the top. It seems deceiving until you step inside. You are greeted by friendly and pleasant employees. They only sell beer, but there is a lot to choose from. They have their own brewery tanks visible inside for the public to see. To accommodate hungry guests, different food trucks park outside and come daily. A monthly calendar displayed on their wall shows scheduled food trucks. Lively, upbeat music was playing, and people were sitting and enjoying their meals at wood tables. It was a unique place to stop and eat. Visit the A. Fisher Brewing Company when in the area.

Highly recommend this brewery. Very welcoming. Great atmosphere with natural light and large outdoor area in the back. Great beer. Food truck was right out front. WiFi available.

Today was the first time I’ve ever been to Fisher brewing and the size of the beer was such a nice surprise. The two guys that helped me at the front were so nice and friendly and I’m super grateful and appreciative of them. Thank you so much! and thank you so much for having Bomb Dilla food truck outside of your establishment what a great pair!!!!

A totally funky atmosphere, great service and most of all, one of the best selections of delicious craft beers! We lived in Denver for many years and thought the Colorado microbreweries were the best. But hats off to the Utah brewers like Fisher for making outstanding craft beer given the restrictions
