Service is an absolute disaster. From the moment we walked in, it took a full hour for any food to arrive at our table. The staff were overwhelmed, inattentive, and far from welcoming. We politely asked to be moved to the patio once a table became available—this request was completely ignored.
They serve oysters but, shockingly, have no proper utensils to handle them.
The so-called “iconic” trout tartare arrived warm and tasteless.
To be fair, the soup and main dishes were good—but not good enough to justify the wait. The painfully slow service and lack of basic hospitality ruined the experience.
For a restaurant charging premium prices and flaunting a Michelin recommendation, this was deeply disappointing. They need to hire more staff and train them properly.
