"Famous for snacks and noodles made with fish, this stall sells playful items like deep-fried minced fish in the guise of French fries, or fish skin nachos. Fishotto, where minced fish is shaped like rice grains, is also good." - Michelin Inspector

nice location even for the fortress hill shop, nice and tidy, and understanle that the seat is not as comfortable as we all would have wished, given to the usual shop size in Hong Kong, but its cozy enough for the both of us to have some nice moments. foods and drinks are nice and its interesting to see how they turn all the fishes in to some nice dishes, and that shows by 2 visits within 2 weeks, and is planning for a 3rd soon.

A very small restaurant and gets auper busy over lunch hour. Staff are not very friendly and patient during the rush hour. Frozen takeaway dim sum available over the counter. The fish noodles are less interesting as it sounds. The fish skin nachos is good though.

Visited this Michelin Bib Gourmand resto in Fortress Hill with my family for lunch, since I got a HKD5 coupon from my colleague. . Our meal started with the free Imitation Shark's Fin Soup provided by the resto. The soup was quite rich with a gelatinous texture. My dad ordered the Pork Cutlet with Fish Noodles in Cheesy Dressing. The thickly sliced pork cutlet arrived piping hot, with an extremely crispy skin and a tender, succulent interior. Dipping it with the cheesy dressing elevated its savoury. My mom ordered the Cilantro Lover. This bowl of noodles came with two dumplings and a generous amount of cilantro, emitting an intense cilantro smell. Both my sis and I chose My Noodles My Choice with Three Toppings. My sis selected Fishy Spring Roll, Cuttlefish Ball and Duck Blood as toppings, Rice Noodles as the noodle base, and Snow White Fish Soup as the soup base. I chose Cuttlefish Spring Roll, Fish Dumplings and Duck Blood as toppings, Fishotto as the noodle base, and Clear Dashi Soup as the soup base. The Fishotto, made from fish, resembled  rice grains, giving a sensation similar to soaked rice. The broth was clear and flavourful. The Cuttlefish Spring Roll was elastic, while the fish dumplings were juicy. . The resto, with a turquoise blue colour scheme, brings to mind the sea. Although not very large, the seating is generally comfy.

The fish rice risotto is quite special! It’s creamy and the black truffle is very flavourful! I also enjoy the spicy marble beef fish noodle tho it’s a bit greasy!

Seafood themed restaurant where almost everything is made from fish and seafood. The concept is really cool, but the actual implementation doesn't meet expectations. Food is good but portions are tiny. Long wait and the shop is pretty small.

That is amazingly tasty 🤤 and wonderful place I’ve visited for a very long time. As passionate foodie Londoner and partner to French man - my standards are high, and this place fully meets all the criteria. We found it by accident on our way to hotel and ended up dining up twice during 4 days HK visit :) the crab noodles is something I’ve never tested before, same for fish tacos and fishotto 😋😋😋 The chef creates a true magic to this place and I would love to see how it’s going to get more and more loyal customers. The interior design is truly modern, perfect for lunch of early dinner, the service people are super nice and making sure you feel welcomed :) please add this place to your to go list!

We went here because it's a Michelin Bib Gourmand place. Not disappointed. Very tasty and inventive food. We loved everything we ordered, from the fish risotto, fish skin tacos, fish noodles with cilantro broth to the radish cake and the fishy drink (names may be different from what I remember hehe). Every component in the dishes were very well-thought of. It's also very easy to order here and very foreigner-friendly, especially since we don't speak the lingua franca.

Busy. Food is fine, just nothing special, and perhaps a little disappointing considering it's Bib Gourmand. The fish noodles are good, but I've had better. The siao Maia excellent. Definitely worth a try, not forget about the Michelin recommendation.
