Fishology Restaurant

We had an incredible experience at Fishology in Barcelona. Every dish felt like an explosion of different fish flavors in the mouth, perfectly balanced and full of character. We chose the 10-course tasting menu with the wine pairing, and it was absolutely the best decision, as it allowed us to fully discover and appreciate the depth and variety of the cuisine. Each course built on the previous one, and the wines enhanced the flavors without overpowering them. The creativity, precision, and respect for seafood really stand out, making the whole experience feel refined but still exciting. A truly memorable meal and a must for seafood lovers visiting Barcelona.

The ambience struck a perfect balance between warm and refined—inviting lighting, thoughtful décor, and an atmosphere that immediately set the stage for a memorable meal. The service was truly exceptional. Every staff member was attentive without ever being intrusive, knowledgeable without being overbearing. It felt like everything was done to a tee—timing, recommendations, pacing, and presentation all executed with confidence and care. And the food? Absolutely outstanding. Each dish showcased well-balanced, vibrant flavours that highlighted the freshness of the seafood. Every plate felt accomplished, crafted with skill and intention. From delicate starters to beautifully seared mains, the flavours sang, and the plating elevated each dish into something visually stunning. This restaurant doesn’t just serve great fish; it delivers a full experience—one that blends taste, technique, and hospitality into something truly special. A genuine standout Michelin restaurant where as far as ambience, service and accomplished dishes are concerned deserves more than the one star

During our trip, we reserved this restaurant in advance as it stood out among the ones we had shortlisted. The interior, themed around the ocean, the shore, and sailing, created a unique atmosphere, and the course menu offered a truly enjoyable experience. From the very first appetizer, our taste buds were captivated, and it felt truly special. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, but since it is a course menu, if the overall balance of flavors becomes a bit more refined, I believe this restaurant will become even more remarkable in the future.

Worth to experience. It was an beautiful art. Also, long journey from Barcelona Beach to all around the World with the foods was pretty impressive, and all the ideas nobody would have thought of were very fun to enjoy and share. My wife has not been in good condition recently so we didn't do wine paring, but some day, we would like to try again with wine paring. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Each dish unveils waves of flavour — at times bold and untamed, at others delicate and whispering — a rhythm as captivating as the sea itself. The journey finds its gentle harbour in two exquisite desserts, whose sweetness anchors you softly back to land, leaving a lingering sense of wonder. The wine pairing was a revelation, harmoniously tuned to every plate, unfolding with unexpected notes that danced beautifully across the evening.

The service seems to be quite good. However, the food overall tasted fishy, and there was too much smoking, which made it difficult to eat because of the strong smoky flavor throughout the meal.

Really unique experience at FISHØLOGY restaurant We took the abyssal menu that consisted of 10 plates with the paring (vermouth, sake and wine) Each plates makes you travel to different places and way of preparing fish and sea food This is very original dining, each plates tastes delicious and preparation is very visual A treat to the eyes and palate Service is very attentive, professional and warm Totally recommend

Lunch at Fishology was an experience to remember. Visually stunning, nearly every course was also superbly crafted with a head to tail approach to seafood but also incorporating local vegetables to balance the richness of the seafood.
