Fishtown Urby Apartments

I’ve been living at Urby since mid-April and love it. When I moved to Philly, I was hoping to find a place with a real sense of community, and Urby has delivered. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciate the front desk team (Emma, Angel, and Ali) who go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. 😊 The building has great amenities (the gym and rooftop are my favorites) and is super dog-friendly! Plus, the neighborhood is full of great restaurants and things to do. I’m so happy with my experience here and would recommend Urby to anyone looking for a welcoming place to live.

Urby Fishtown is such a great place to call home! The apartments are beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making move-in and day-to-day living a really enjoyable experience. From the start, the community here feels welcoming — you’re greeted at the door by name, and the entire staff is so pleasant, kind, and attentive that you instantly feel at home. A special thank you to Anna, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for me. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free with her professionalism and genuine care. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here, and I highly recommend Urby Fishtown to anyone looking for a place that combines great apartments with an amazing community feel.

Absolutely wonderful new development in Fishtown! Staff is very gracious and accommodating. Apartments and amenities are wonderful. There is a retro chic’ feel to the deco and now with the addition of the Percy…the Urby is the place to be!! Natasha and Barbie did not hesitate to allow us several visits before choosing the best fit! Both of these ladies showed excitement and patience with each visit! I urge you to tour and rent with the Urby! They are a well operated and organized development and again a beautiful place to rent!

I am at a lost for words. I can’t believe a building can be so tasteful. From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. Natasha was absolutely phenomenal. From her charming energy, knowing the property inside and out, and simply being attentive to the needs of a new tenant, made this experience exceptional. URBY Fishtown has been my home for a few months, and I’m so glad I moved here! Chic decor, fun atmosphere, really cute apartments, and amazing amenities. Everyone is also super friendly and helpful - always going above and beyond to help with anything, and very responsive with work orders which is hard to find… would highly recommend moving here

I'm a bit late to writing this review, but I wanted to give an outstanding shout out to Barbie, who I believe is the assistant manager here. I toured with her last month, and she was extremely attentive to what I was looking for, as well as being very kind overall. While I didn't end up moving, Fish town Urby showed very well, and I'd definitely consider it again in the future. Thank you for everything!

Simply put, this place is awesome! The staff here is very friendly, helpful, and puts in a lot of effort to make sure everyone feels comfortable and at home. From the initial walk-through to signing the lease and now living here, it's been a really nice experience. I'd definitely recommend it - especially for pet owners and people who want to live in an area with a lot to do while still having a community feel. Very happy with my choice so far!
