⭐ A Perfect Geneva Dining Experience ⭐ From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt calm, cosy, and effortlessly classy — with a beautiful open kitchen and a breathtaking view of Geneva’s iconic fountain right outside. I was seated by Remi and he made my afternoon exceptional as he was passionately talking about every meal when he saw I was really interested, professional but with sparkle of true love of his work. Every dish was extraordinary: the amuse-bouche with delicate fish, pumpkin espuma and a crunchy beetroot crust, main course was designed individually for me between the absolute highlight was the signature oysters with fermented forest fruits — unforgettable. Huge compliments to chefs Olexandr and Pepe, who delivered perfection on every plate. A truly top-tier experience.

Fantastic Chef and unique menu! She only serves the best and freshest… one of the best chef in town, good atmosphere, also you can enjoy outside if the weather is good. Variety of vines, good service and delicious meals. Definitely deserves a visit if you’re in Geneva.

From the moment we stepped into Fiskebar, we knew we were in for something special. The experience far exceeded our expectations. We chose the signature tasting menu, and each course was a masterpiece. The flavours were refined and inventive, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced. It was a journey through Nordic-inspired cuisine that delighted all the senses. What truly elevated the evening was the impeccable service. Our server, Clement, was outstanding. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food and wine pairings. His warm and professional presence made the experience even more memorable. The ambiance, culinary artistry, and personalized service made this one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Geneva who appreciates fine dining done right.

I loved everything about this place, from the decor to the service. The drinks were really good, the service was top notch and the appetizers were great. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic experience. Chef Francesca’s fusion menu of Mediterranean and North European flavours is delicious. Great menu. First class service and a stylish laid back ambience. I will definitely be back.

Creative and tasty dinner, we truly enjoyed our meal. Great freshness in the dishes like the fennel salad, or deep flavors in, for example, the jus with the steak. The special (oeuf parfait) was out of this world! Despite its name, FiskeBar offers a selection of dishes for everyone: incredible fish and seafood, but also several options of meat and vegetarian dishes. Excellent wine selection. Service was very kind and attentive. A must go when in a Geneva!

Really amazing creative food by a superior and very creative chef - the cod gnocchi dish was incredible in particular. The three small appetizers to start were very creative and tasty. The bread and butter were exceptional. The steak portion was very stingy (given the very high price) but the asparagus was good. The Rhône wine by the glass was excellent. The cheeses on the cheese plate were very bland and all tasted the same, but overall the food was excellent. Very strange and incredibly rude experience sitting down where we had agreed on a table but the person told us we had to sit elsewhere. We were so upset we were going to leave but we couldn’t find another place. Otherwise the service was very good but they lose a star for this.

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Fiskebar in Geneva. The female chef is doing wonders with so many delicious dishes. Will go back soon.

Two tasting menu options (3 and 5 course) as well as an a la carte menu. Wine list featured small local producers at great price points! When we told the concierge at our hotel we were coming here for dinner they said "I hope you like seafood" which definitely caught me a bit off gaurd... I guess Swiss people aren't big seafood fans. I personally love seafood and thought all the dishes were absolutely fabulous! The staff was absolutely fabulous, told us about the chef upon arrival and gave great recommendations throughout the meal for wines! The chef came out to say hello at the end of the meal which is always a nice personal touch to a meal! She is truly a gem :) After dinner we went next door to the bar. Fabulous knowledgeable bartender with a great cocktail list! I love when I go to bars and have drinks I can't make at home and/or have drinks I've never had/seen before, this bar hit all the boxes!!! Looking forward to returning when I'm back in Geneva :)

I didn't except this level of unprofessional management from the restaurant. We had a reservation and we had a qatari vaccination certificate that clearly it shows we are vaccinated but the manager won't let us in he says that we should have a swiss certificate and all of the restaurants are allowing us to go in except this restaurant I wouldn't go in anymore or recommend this place for anyone.

The decor of the bar is amazing as you walk in. It's decorated in an old fashioned speak easy style. They have all sorts of different accompaniments to make lots of different cocktails. I tried the Love Me More martini off of there mixology menu. The drink was a perfect blend of sweet and tart with a beautiful rose colored aesthetic. The staff is extremely polite and attentive as well.

Exciting new Nordic inspired restaurant at the newly renovated Hotel de la Paix (Ritz Carlton). Great new un-Geneva casual/fancy restaurant. Seafood centric menu. Excellent wine list. Four and a half stars, a few of the dishes need a little work. We had three starters and split one main course. All dishes have a visually beautiful presentation. The octopus and herring were excellent. The trout tartar, while stunning, fell short on flavor. The fish main course (can't remember) was great. The carrot desert was a bit challenging. The service was excellent. The prices were Swiss stupid.

This is saying alot, but yes ... this just really might be the best restaurant in the world. Their chef has skills like no other! The people, the service, the apps, the mains, the wine, the dessert ... it was OMG good .... This place is something really special, and the people are just delightful, knowledgeable and awesome in every way ... go ahead and treat yourself, you'll be blown away!
