WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF GOING TO FITZ OR BUYING TICKETS I had a terrible experience at Fitz in Madrid. Even though I was entitled to a free drink, I was charged €15. First they took my ticket, then they pretended I never gave it to them. The staff were completely inexperienced and unprofessional. To make things worse, there was even a fight in the club that night. If this is how the owner wants the staff to behave, it says a lot about the place. The only good thing about here is the second DJ was good!

My first impression for someone well traveled is that the club has great sound system and visuals. The staff at the door are really cordial and diligent. The male bartenders are super nice but females have a less positive attitude. In general the audience is 18 -25 max. Music selection is only Latin reggaeton which makes it super local and less international. This to improve 1) International music selection with good bangers 2) Female staff at the bar better attitude. I’m not planning to visit it again.

Do not come here. Worst club in Madrid. Boring. the security suck. they are rude and power crazed. If you’re not dead sober they won’t let you in so you have to spend a ton of money on their drinks which you need to enjoy the club because it will be dead and the worst atmosphere. So many other clubs in Madrid don’t waste your time. Even if you have a good time once don’t be deceived it will not happen again.

Great disco, huge side . Great DG , lot of monitors and shows , Lot of WC . Great location in the heart of Madrid . We really enjoyed a lot of. Thanks

The place is really nice, and security is top-notch. The only thing that made the night not the best was the server that decided to follow us the whole night and kept harassing our group over small stuff like leaving our jacket in a corner of the floor we were dancing next to.

Not worth it unless you get vip. Extremely crowded, and they only play reggaeton by the restroom so everyone is pushing each other in there.

Best experience so far. This club is such a vibe! Worth going to. Also the bar itself it’s very nice. It’s best to go when it’s for Zsongo club.

Dangerous place!!! I was assaulted by security on 04-05 may after reporting that a man touched me inappropriately. I was choked, dragged down the stairs, and left with bruises. Instead of helping, staff mocked me and faked injuries. They gave false statements to the police and refused to show the camera footage. This was a traumatic and humiliating experience, and I hope no one else goes through the same. Being a female in this club is dangerous
