Austin Restaurant Mockingbird Will Focus on Regenerative Farming | Eater Austin
"I learned that 5 Dutch Ranch in Liberty Hill is another farm Schlienger intends to work with as he emphasizes regenerative-agriculture suppliers to improve land health and reduce allergic-risk ingredients for his daughter." - Erin Russell
After driving an hour I was met by a woman who completely brushed me off telling me in her best California valley voice that she was out of eggs!!! I wanted beef so there you go. BTW it’s not a ranch. It’s a house

These eggs are so good. I don’t think I’ll go back to grocery store eggs. I don’t know if all farm eggs taste like this or if it’s just Five Dutch. They cook up different, I don’t even session them, and they taste amazing. I’m going to try them in some of my cookies and cakes and see if I notice the difference. Maybe chickens get more exercise and sunshine on the farm. Whatever it is, keep it up.

Fantastic eggs. Very creamy yolks and they cook beautifully. The hens are delicious as well. I'm very happy to have met Tony & Tawni recently!

I definitely recommend Five Dutch for the best eggs, and chicken! Their chickens free-range, and are fed organic, non-soy, non GMO feed, which is important to us for good health.
