Mistakenly ordered at this restaurant via UberEats not realizing it wasn’t in the correct city, cancelled the order when I noticed the pickup up location was wrong on the top of the UberEats app in a few seconds. According to UberEats it depends on the restaurant for this policy. I got charged for the entire order even though I didn’t receive anything and they 99% likelihood weren’t even able to place a party on the grill in the amount of time I cancelled the order. Back in October 2024, I ordered burgers to-go from this location. When I got home, I discovered a long piece of hair in one of the burgers. This was an unfortunate and off-putting experience, especially since I had never had issues here before. I reached out to the store via email and was initially pleased with their response. They acknowledged the issue and offered to send me a compensation card so I could give them another chance. I provided my mailing address and they confirmed it would be sent shortly. However, months went by and I never received anything. I followed up in November, and they responded saying they'd look into it. In January, I reached out again and was told the cards had been resent on January 6th. Still nothing arrived. I sent one more follow-up in March to let them know I was still waiting. Still no response, and now it's June. What started as a minor mistake could have easily been resolved with a simple gesture of goodwill. Instead, I was met with repeated delays and ultimately, silence. It's disappointing that they missed the opportunity to make things right after showing initial accountability. Customer service shouldn't just be about saying the right things, it's about following through.

Our family decided to take the night off so we went to Five Guys in Bellevue for some burgers. The food was great. I didn't realize they use fresh (never frozen) beef patties. I could barely fit it in my mouth it was so big (and delicious). Also the fresh-cut fries tasted homemade (not processed) with the perfect amount of seasoning. The gal who took my order was super polite and friendly.

Yum yum yum! We love Five Guys as a whole. When traveling to visit a friend, I stopped in here to pick up a mobile order and the staff was super friendly. They communicated the order progress clearly and our food was fresh and hot. Glad to see consistency between franchises and states.

Over $100 for stone cold burgers that say it on the counter for over ten minutes because the staff couldn't figure out the toppings. Not one of the 7 burgers I ordered was even remotely warm. It was not busy there were two people ahead of me. They cool the burgers then slap them out on foil to sit and go cold. I'm pretty sure there's a food prep violation going on here.

This is the greatest burger restaurant I have ever eaten in. The food was high quality and delicious. The customer service was speedy and the employees were very friendly. The kitchen, tables, floor, and bathrooms were really clean and well-kept. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

The fries were a little too salty/coated in the cajun stuff this time, but the burgers are good.

Burgers are great. Shakes are great. Fries... are ok. Sometimes these "fries" are just mushy sticks of potato and sometimes they're cooked decently but they're never crispy. (I definitely recommend the Cajun seasoning on the fries because at least they have flavor then.) No complaints on the service - we always have our food in about 10 minutes. The free peanuts are nice to munch on while you're waiting too.

Why review a Five Guys, right? It's a fast food joint. We all know what to expect. The food was standard for Five Guys. Quick, made on the spot, and plenty good. Exactly what you'd expect. What I am here to do is review the absolutely top notch service we received. My better half had just undergone jaw surgery and we were in the car headed back home. I was hungry and she was gracious enough to allow me to get a burger because she felt she could handle some fries. Well, after some fries and some time, my better half decided she was hungrier than she realized. I ran back inside to place another order. At first, the staff thought I was there with a complaint, but after some talking, we cleared that up and they provided some absolutely amazing service. I ordered a bowl version of the burger for my recovering fiancée. I explained she had jaw surgery and wanted something a little more filling, but we had to be careful. Despite being very busy, the manager went out of their way to make sure the burger patty was broken up into extra fine ground beef and plenty of extra fries were provided to make it as easy as possible for my fiancée to have a filling meal. Let me tell you, she was a happy camper. Top notch service! If I'm ever in the area, craving a fast burger, I will be happy to come back. It takes a lot to make me want to get fast food and their excellent service means that I'll cave to that desire and return to them.

I really like Five Guys food, especially their fries. Both were perfectly cooked during this visit. Service was fast and friendly despite the issues they were having with their contactless payment system. Still getting used to the layout of this particular store but I do like it. Also appreciate that Five Guys serve Coke Zero.

Food is great as always! But I watched the gentleman working handle fries, then come take my order, handled my cash, went back to working on fries, then back to the register to help another customer. Sounds like great multitasking, right? Well, he did this all without changing his gloves or washing his hands once. Sure glad I didn't order fries.

The food was absolutely delicious, I got a bacon cheeseburger all the way with some little fries and a milkshake. The lobby was fantastic, barely dirty and the service was.... Interesting. There was a girl in the fry corner, she has maybe blue/green/grey in her hair and she was getting yelled at by another employee. It seemed like he was getting ready to hit her because she refused to give out another employees number (which good on her!) I will keep coming back but if that one employee, he might be Mexican, is there, I will be walking right out that door. He was very rude and impolite to everyone, including customers. But other than that, the other workers looked like they were having a good shift!

There were bones in my burger. I almost cracked a tooth on a bone. This is dangerous. Somebody could crack their teeth or swallow these bones.

I was there yesterday for Opening Day. People training, little chaotic, but still great food. My DH burger was huge and juicy, super yummy! The fries however were burnt and tasted as such. It's ok, first day jitters will do that. You know it has Five Guys quality, potatoes are local from IA, and the shakes are always good. So go check it out! Enjoy!

Ok let me start by saying they do move people through pretty good. My bacon cheeseburger was good, but not great. Fries didn't live up to the hype. They were way over done. I couldn't even enjoy them. The shake was good. The prices are more than I'd expect. One and done for sure...
