Five Guys Burgers and Fries Canary Wharf

Visited today - friend and I had a bacon cheeseburgers and shared a large cajun fries with custom milkshakes. Five Guys food never disappoints, yes it’s a little more pricey than some other burger places, but the quality is consistently on point! Only critique is the open kitchen area produces lots of excess heat and it makes sitting in the restaurant a little uncomfortable.

Always love the Cajun spiced fries at Five Guys! Tried the cinnamon bun milkshake this time — absolutely heavenly. Thick, rich, and indulgent, but totally worth it. Delicious as always! The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, making the experience even better. Everything tasted fresh, and the portion sizes were generous as usual. Five Guys never disappoints

This one is specifically for the five guy shakes - out of this world. We ordered a banana, chocolate, vanilla, peanut butter shake and it was so delicious. I’d highly recommend this combination if you are ordering a shake at five guys. The quantity is super sufficient, even if you want to share half of it with your someone else. The shakes are chilly and thick, as expected. Like the five guys fries, the shakes there have won my heart and I’m going to go back and have these again and again. This branch is located in Canary Wharf Jubilee Palace and stays open until 12 am.

I visited this Five guys on two separate occasions during my month long stay in London, and I can't wait to go back. My first Five Guys experience and it was to die for. Food is absolutely delicious, and the portions are massive! Well worth the money. The service could be a little better. It wouldn't help for people to smile while they do their job, but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. The food makes up for it!

Quite small for the price - unless you get the BLT (which we did). Double cheeseburger was good - standard 2 patties and double cheese - we appreciated being able to customise the toppings and sauces to our liking. The fries here are quality and up there with the top fast food chains, although these guys rotate their spuds and where they’re being sourced to maintain quality 🥔

After trialling numerous locations of this burger chain, I have come to the conclusion that it’s not for me. Receiving my burger in a foil that looks like someone has sat on it is not the nicest thing. It would could be my naive excel ration of the burger bun being nice, firm and fluffy that you see on ads. Once it’s in the foil it loses the appeal.. As for the contents of the burgers, I know they try to pride themselves for the local more upscale ingredients etc. but the meat is sometimes flavourless and I can’t tell the difference between the slices of whatever veg here or the ones from subway. I think they had better drinks options too with the strawberry and raspberry flavoured fantas etc which seem to have narrowed down. Also, where have the trays gone? My meal looks like a doggy bag from a cheap takeaway. Not worth the nearly £40 I’d spent to enjoy eating out. Experience has gone down. It’s just not for me and I personally don’t get the appeal. Interior reminds me of Fat Boy restaurants. Perhaps I should give their milkshakes a chance to try flip in another star..
