I had such a fantastic experience at Five Guys that I just had to leave a review! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel so welcome. The service was exceptional—quick, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The store itself was spotless. You can really tell the team takes pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable, which made our visit all the more enjoyable. And of course, the food was amazing! The burgers were cooked to perfection and the fries were fresh, crispy, and delicious. What meant the most to me, though, was how kind and attentive they were to my young son. It’s not often you find a place that delivers great food and treats families with such genuine care. Five stars all the way. We’ll definitely be back soon!

It's ok. Messy. Severely overpriced. Insanely overpriced. Milkshakes are insanely priced too and made the cheapest and most generic way possible with the cheapest pre-made mix I've tasted so many times everywhere else. Im just amazed people still choose to overpay so much.

Probably some of the best burgers around. Not sure what the debate is between Five Guys and In and Out Burger BUT if you ask me, Five Guys win hands down. This place is always hopping. Service is fast and furious, and the fries are large and in charge.

Food is always good. Always load you up in the fries. Milkshake was good too.

I ordered curbside pickup today for the 1st time. The app told me to call when I get there so I did...3x with no answer. They said they were busy taking call-in orders. So much for curbside pickup. I went inside to get it. You must get punished for ordering curbside pickup because when I got home and opened the bag, I saw that not only was there no generous overflow of fries that Five Guys is famous for, but my fries cup was only half full. It wasn't worth the gallon of gas to go back and complain about it. Thanks Five Guys!

The service was very good. The food was even better. I requested that my sandwich went "all the way" and they did! Let us put it this way. You could get a fork or not get a fork. You have that option. At first, I didn't get one. But pretty soon I found out that there was no way I was going to be able to have all the toppings unless I had a fork! Everything about my sandwich, the fries, my soda, and the atmosphere was just great. I told them when I was leaving that I had a very happy tummy!

I got the BLT and the bacon was so hard I could not eat my sandwich. My fries were very good, nice and hot and well seasoned. The floor was wet in some places from drink spills but it was a little busy. My cashier was a real gem. She was just awesome. I am hard of hearing and she did her best to face me so I could hear her or atleast see her face.

This is actually the only decent burger joint in the area. The restaurants all have yucky burgers and McDonalds servers cardboard. Anyway, so many ways to have your burger made to your liking. Five stars Arrrrr

Its expensive. But good burgers. Order a grilled cheese and add a burger patty and grilled onions....bam...patty melt!!! Staff is good too!

Good hamburgers but WAY too pricy. I can go across the street and get a steak dinner for what I paid for a hamburger, fries & a drink. Love the food, but just can't justify the cost.

Five Guys is always good, but what makes this location great is the service. I've never had a problem with staff, they're always friendly, and the food comes out quickly. The SOMD Five Guys is a little behind Five Guys restaurants I've been to in other places (menu updates take longer to reach this area), so if you're traveling through you might not see the exact menu you're used to. Good food and friendly service.

Great food and customer service! Whenever I am there, its always clean! One of the fee places in St Mary's where the the customer service is top notch, from the cashier to the cooks and baggers. Keep up the great work.

One star for the cashier and peanuts. We ordered 2 hotdogs with grilled onions and mushrooms to go. The woman behind us ordered at least one hamburger, maybe 2. Well she was a friend of quite a few of the staff. We watched as the gal on the "build" counter placed hot dog buns on foil and slid them to the wrap and bag guy. Thought the grill gal turned with our dogs but there was so much "excitement" between the customer and the 2 gals behind the counter, thought we were wrong as we watched the pile of goodies loaded onto the buns in time for the burgers to be slid on top. As they were wrapping up her meal in foil, the guy walked over to the pick up counter, mumbled our number, handed me the bag and as I said thank you, just walked away. We got home anticipating our always delicious hotdogs only to be insulted with 4 mushrooms on one, 5 on the other, and barely a few more of onions on each. Our first bite each confirmed that we _had_ seen our hotdogs prepped and ready to go when hot off the grill but left until the friend was taken care of because what we bit into was cold. We used to frequent this place on a regular basis and appreciated how the staff took care of each customer. Over the past year, over all quality has gone down the tubes. I've let slide the mess the burgers have been, the lack of onions, etc, on my burgers and dogs, even some of the characters' attitudes, but I'm done with this location. My lunch today was ruined courtesy of this locations staff. I will not eat there again and I will warn my friends off.

Order online for curbside pickup @5:15pm for pickup @ 6 Arrived ,called to let them know I was there .."We will get right out to you ...Watch the line outside get bigger and more cars pull up still no food ! Tried calling to see what the hold up was ...no answer for the first calls ..picked up the next one and they hung up without saying anything Finally got through after 45 minutes to hear we may have to close ? Asked what about my paid order...we will see what we can do ..hadn't been started ..no I'm sorry ..nothing ! Told them to cancel order that was a week ago ..money has not been return to my account . Had called customer service gave all the info including order # location on the same day . Called them today file has not moved per cc no location on file after a week and calling in again they are sending it to a supervisor ..still have to wait for my money back ! Ridiculous The problem was resolved ,money refunded .

Horrible service, do not order from here. Food isn't as good as it used to be. Quality has diminished.

I'm not one for fast food chains but this one by far (as I've seen) takes the cake. Clean venue, quick friendly staff and fresh juicy burger made in front of you with real ingredients, right in front of your face - yes please.

Was a favorite place at one time. No longer. $4.50 for a very small portion of regular fries. Nothing like it used to be. Not going back. Prince Frederick 5 Guys fries portion and taste was more in line with my past experience.

Ordered 2 burgers to go. My firefighter husband working overtime. I have to omit haven't had 5 guys for a while. Well, I understand why.......not as it used to be. My burger tasted like " leftover from yesterday grilling and reheated up." I will never go to this place again!! Ps.....their condiments preperations are lacking as, well!!!

This location is always an awesome experience . We eat keto so it can be tricky eating out. They have gotten our specific orders correct really consistently and always have awesome attitudes .

I get this every Saturday, never a problem! Definitely my FAVORITE place! BEST BURGERS I'VE EVER HAD. I always hit up that secret menu, grilled cheese burger!!! IT IS LIFE

I love coming to any five guys, every restaurant I have been to is awesome friendly customer service and I think a model for all restaurants to follow.

I'll gladly pay more for friendly service and fresh food. The customer service is fantastic and the employees seem to like their jobs. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a real burger and fresh fries!!

The staff are alway friendly. And the burgers are so delicious!oh and I can for get about the yummy fries!!

They put way too much mayo on their burgers and I hate the smell of their grease cooking... Plus last time I went there, there was only one other couple in front of me & it took them probably 20-30 minutes to cook 3 burgers! Their fries were overdone & cold. I would not recommend Five Guys...

Love this place. We come in about once a week to various stores. BUT the headbanger jangly music today is so loud it hurts. Then of course you can't hear when your number gets called. PLEASE reduce the volume!!

The burgers are great the hot dogs are just as good. Its hard to pick just one. Service is good probably the best in town. When you walk in all 5 guys say hello. They have the updated coke machine with over 100 drinks as well. Try the bacon dog its the cheapest thing on the menu but probably the best. Prices are high for a burger but it is worth it. Dont come here with 5 dollars expecting to get something everything is pretty much 6 bucks and up.

Pretty good for the 2nd best burger in the USA (as any burger lover knows, in and it is best by they don't have those in the east coast).

We dine in and take out from this location. The food is always good and the staff is friendly and quick. The only down side is this price. A bit high for me to be a regular and I kick myself for being lazy and not making burgers at home that can compare. The fries are always hot and delicious, be careful what size you order or you may not be able to finish your meal. Never had a bad experience at this location, we will continue to stop in once in awhile.

My first visit to Five Guys, and if I weren't just here for a business visit, I'm sure I'd be back on a regular basis! Even though I showed up at 12, I was helped right away and the wait for my burger wasn't bad at all. LOVED the fries! I really should have read the other reviews before ordering the Bacon Cheeseburger. Thank goodness I didn't order a double. To agree with Stacie H., my meal was fattening deliciousness.

Definitely a great burger. The regular burger is two hand formed patties piled high with the fixings of your choice. The small fries are freshly made, enough for two people to share and are exceptional. A step above the fast food burger places.

Five Guys has consistently provided me with delicious burgers and great fries. Seriously, their food is so yummy. The peanuts while you wait are an added bonus. All the employees have been extremely helpful and personable, and the place is always clean. The next time you're in there, take a look at the bulletin board by the soda machines -- some of the cards people leave behind are hilarious.

My family loves 5Guys. It's our go to place for a great hamburger at a great price. We love their Cajun fries. Staff is always very friendly. Our order is always accurate! If you wHt a quick great tasting burger this is the place!

I was very pleased with how fast I got my food. And the Cajun fries are the best. The staff was very pleasant. I went to get ketchup and one of them were empty, I made the staff aware. Less than a minute later it was filled. The store was clean. The staff keeps an eye on the store and asked me if there was anything else I needed. I will be coming back again.

The food was fine, burgers were good. I'd go there again. I will say that it was a bit unkempt; our table was dirty and the floor around us was pretty messy.

This place never disappoints! Great tasting burgers and fries and at a great price. I always order the 'little' size burger because the large size is just too big to keep under control. Be sure to order the season fries and pour plenty of vinegar in your ketchup tub!

Great burgers served any way you like. The fries are absolutely perfect and even the small is big enough to share between 2 or 3 people.

Freaking amazing!!! Burgers are totally delicious and they have a ton of variety. Servers always greet you with a smile and you get your food really quick! If you are ever in the SoMD area then this location is a must try! Now that I live in CA I gotta try the one in Vista to compare the two! Overall- Yummy!

Great burgers, clean and FREE PEANUTS! The air conditioning is a bit on the cold side, usually but, now I'm just picking at nits! Great place for a juicy burger.

Always fresh to order. Fav is the Bacon buger. They always have the perfect crispness. Service is always good.

Great food, terrible service. Seems to be a theme around St. Mary's County now. Recommend not going during the lunch rush. Not very clean but still love their food.

The burgers and fries are very good and have voted worlds best burger by many different companies, newspapers, and magazines world wide. I can very much agree. Five Guys has the best burgers and hot dogs in they world and they have almost any type of soft drink you can imagine. Their milk shakes are the perfect milkshake, they are very smooth and thin, but give the feel of thick and creamy. If you sign up on a site called Marketforce, very cool site, you can do shops where they pay for the food and them give you some more money. So, you make money eating there, in exchange, you have to tell them about the restaurant (are the workers cleaning, are the bathrooms clean, does it smell good, did they get your order correct, were the employees nice) every time you sign up to do a shop. The employees eventually start to recognize after a few years of doing it. If you do it for this long, they begin to treat you like a king, you get top of the notch service and get cheap food. This may be why i gave the fifth star, but overall Five guys is tied for my favorite restaurant, I don't think that I have ever had food better than the food I have at Five guys. Additionally, the food is constantly good, some restaurants have off-days where their food is not as good as it usually is. Five guys has no off-days, they are the best and most satisfying restaurant I have ever been to. Ultimately what I'm saying is GO TO FIVE GUYS!!!

Love their burgers. I just went there, they're closed. It looks like they are remodeling. Did they have a fire? Are they moving out?
