Five Guys always gets it right. Quality burgers, love the Cajun fries, Reeces milks shake is on point. Friendly staff gets orders out quickly. Hit up 5 Guys in Coral Springs in The Walk.

Ordered a pickup. 20+ minutes pass. Come to the store to get my order, but they haven't even started Preparing my order. I had to wait like another 15+ minutes for my food. In total it 46 minutes just for two burgers and a small fry. What's the point of having so much employees if half of them are just going to stand around and do nothing. This is why I hate places run by a bunch a kids that don't know how to do their job. Honestly, I think they forgot I was there at one point because they were giving orders to people who came 10 MINUTES AFTER ME.

Don Arnel

Google
Ordered for pickup - a Little Cheeseburger (Mayo, Ketchup, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes) and a Little Bacon Cheeseburger (Mayo, Ketchup, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes) and a large order of fries. When I arrived, I was the only customer left in the place when an associate asked for the name on my order. After about five minutes she handed me my bag and I left. After getting home, I found the two burgers buried underneath the extra fries they always add to your bag, which is usually a really nice perk. However, all of the fries were undercooked and greasy. The regular cheeseburger was okay, but the bacon cheeseburger was a complete screw-up -- it had no bacon, and instead of ketchup and mayo it had onions and mustard! How do you mess up an order that bad? Makes you wonder how many orders are done wrong when there is more than one customer present. In times like this when prices are high and dining out is more of a treat than a normalcy, you better make sure your employees are well trained, and capable of doing their job. We won't be going back to this Five Guys location and time soon.

Google
I walked into five guys with my wife for dinner. We ordered at least $30-$60 worth of burgers to take home. While we were waiting, I observed a female employee with longer than waste hair with no hair nut. She was a hair flopper she was standing in front of at least 15 patties. It was very busy. They had all the patties in the burgers, all laid out with with with the toppings on them, waiting for it waiting for the meat. The girl was doing the toppings. She did an abrupt turn her entire hair rubbed against every burger on the counter. That’s disgusting and sickening. I’m calling code. Do not eat at this location.

Leea G.

Google
Orders here Uber Eats. Ordered 2 double burgers for my kids and 1 single bacon cheeseburger for myself with a regular fry. Fries were COLD and my order was missing the single burger and I was hungry. My kids enjoyed their burgers but did not like the fries. I tasted the fries and they were horrible but can’t review my burger because it didn’t arrive. I called to the store and the Manager said he would write down my name and replace my burger when I had a chance to stop in. Once I get replacement, I will update review if it is better. Update: 12/2021: Kids love this place!! I’m talking love! We have ordered ubereats and for pickup! Amazing food! If I must say so- they have stepped up their game..:: moving up…!!!

Google
What a great experience. Food was fresh and was done very fast. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. This is a must try, five guys is rated one of the best burgers in the USA and this location doesn’t disappoint

Google
My brother and I walked in today, only to be met with blank stares from the employees behind the counter. One of them tried to get a colleague’s attention to come take our order, but it was clear she wasn’t happy about being asked to do her job. The blame doesn’t fall solely on her, though—everyone behind the counter failed to take the initiative to help us until they realized I was upset and ready to leave. In which I did, and was satisfied spending my money elsewhere. It was really disappointing, especially since I had been looking forward to spending my hard-earned money on a succulent burger and some seasoned fries. Unfortunately, the service and overall atmosphere completely turned me off. I doubt I’ll ever go back—especially if that’s the kind of culture this place is transitioning into. YUCK!

Google
Went today. There was definitely less fries, than in the past. However the price was the same. Was going to get a hamburger, however couldn't let myself because of the $ 8.00 price with tax. I have been a very frequent customer for a long time. Not worth it anymore. Just lost a frequent customer.

Yelp
Great food sometimes you have to wait a bit for it too cook but it's fresh and they still give peanuts Have lots of burger variety and toppings

Yelp
Five Guys is a good choice if you want a good burger. They prepare it to your liking, without compromising on flavor. Leagues above fast food alternatives but still reasonably priced. The location in University Dr. is what you have come to expect, a casual ambiance, fast service, and good burgers.

Yelp
What's to say? Five guys is Always good. The Coral Springs location is no different. The menu has a ton of options and everything is always good. The restaurants are always clean and staff is friendly. If you want a good burger you can always go To Five guys.

Yelp
The facility is very clean. Service was good. The burger and fries were cooked well. The fries were too salty to my liking; yet, tasty. I mistakenly order a large order of fries. Have they not been salty, I would have eaten them all. The burger was fine; yet, in comparison to Curver's, just okay. Yet, unlike usual fast food restaurants the customer selects burger's toppings -have it your way!

Yelp
I haven't been to Five Guys in a very long time and I'm not sure why because the burger was great! It's located in the Walk in Coral Springs so there is a ton of seating both at the restaurant and along the entire walkway. I am a huge fan of the unlimited toppings you can choose to add to your burger too. Nothing tastes better than a burger that is cooked on I order with the toppings you choose. It was made super quick so waiting was not an issue either! Now when you open the burger the presentation doesn't look as appealing as it tastes. It's a phenomenal burger and the peanuts really complement it well. I am not a fan of the fries at five guys. They are too greasy and soggy so they aren't what I am looking for when I am craving fries. I would definitely go back sooner rather than later to give five guys another taste!
google avatar

Yelp
Every now and then you just want a regular, good burger. Not one of the fancy-schmancy handcrafted things. Five Guys makes a consistently good hamburger. Today I had the "burger in a bowl" all the way with extra pickles and mushrooms. No frills. Nothing fancy. Staff is pleasant.

Yelp
TIK TOK MADE ME DO IT! I saw a lot of people reviewing the Grill Cheese sandwich with a patty. I had to try it! This was my experience! 1. I love how they make the food once it is ordered. The kitchen is open. So you can see everything when the they are making your food. 2.FOOD: I had the grill cheese and added the patty to it. 10/10. That sandwich was delicious. It had a nice crust mix with the patty and cheese . I also had the Cajun fries 9/10. The fries was hot and fresh. It was not too oily or soggy. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend this meal. 3. Service. I had mix experience. The front desk lady was meh . She might have been tired and exhausted. I did notice the manager encouraging the staff to move faster and she added extra fries since things took longer. I appreciate that. It did take a while to get your food but that is because they make the food to order. Overall, service maybe meh but the grill cheese with patty and Cajun fries definitely worth a try.

Yelp
I love five guys. It's so good. The burgers are the best!! The food is so good and you can watch them make your order the whole time. The restaurant does not have a drive-thru. You come in and order but it takes a bit to get. This is because the food is made freshly there. The restaurant is bright inside and has lots of seating even outside.
google avatar

Desiree S.

Yelp
We always order ahead because this location can be a little busy. But they are always quick and food is ready when we get there. The good is always good! I love the Cajun fries!!

David S.

Yelp
I'm a big fan of Five Guys. Not tonight. My name is David. The name on the order was Mary. My Uber order was completely wrong. They gave me the wrong order.
google avatar

Gabby R.

Yelp
Kisha and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. They're always smiling and welcoming, they're able to answer all my allergy related questions. The food is always hot and ready right off the grill. And they accept Apple Pay. My favorite five guys by far, best service with a smile in Coral Springs.

Yelp
Five Guys was founded in 1986 by Jerry & Janie Murrell, and their five sons... hence the name "Five Guys." Today they are providing good quality burgers at reasonable prices with hundreds of locations. I love the concept and I like the burgers. The fries are definitely greasy as promised. The meat is fresh enough to almost here it go moo. Ha! I do see a couple opportunities where Five Guys can take advantage. I think if they hone in on a there own version of a "1000 Island" sauce like several other competitors do they could be successful at it. I also think there is room for expanding visually in marketing. I think some good photos of their burgers on the overhead menu and take out menus would be great. It would also be good if they let the cheese melt on the burger while it's cooking. Maybe seasonal burgers, dogs, and shakes along with a couple other options for fries. Maybe buffalo drizzling with shaved mozzarella.
google avatar

Yelp
Great burgers and best fries I have had anywhere. These are the kind of burgers that melt in your mouth with a high fat content and soft rolls. Free peanuts to shell and eat while you wait. This is a chain counter-service restaurant that does two things very well. Burgers. Fries. Their shakes are decent. Hot dogs are decent.

Yelp
The staff is so friendly and the food is so delicious! A little pricey but that's not their fault.

Yelp
I just went to the doctor's office earlier and the habit seems to be to have a good lunch afterwards go figure. My wife recommended I go to five guys bless her heart since it was on the way home. As you can see prices are going up but that's just the way alive nowadays I guess. But I won't get into the politics. I had a cheeseburger and fries and boy those fries were really good. They are definitely some of the best fries as they come from fresh whole potatoes. I wish the service was a little bit better. They're clearly a lot of tables that could have been maintained and the weight staff was kind of just waiting around not paying attention. In fact I was trying to go into the bathroom and someone jumped working there jumped in line in front of me which I thought was odd. Anyway I know good help is hard to find these days.

Yelp
I have loved Five Guys for years and now there's one right here in my town!! Juicy burger and the toppings- give me grilled mushrooms and then more grilled mushrooms- and they did! Along with grilled onions, my fave!! Husband and I agree these burgers taste like beef and we really enjoyed our dinner tonight. I love that they have a sign telling where the potatoes are from. Tonight they were from Washington. And they were delicious. Spoke with Tony who was friendly as was everyone behind the counters. Smiles everywhere. Welcome to Coral Springs, Five Guys. We're glad you're here!!

Yelp
ive loved five guys since i first tried them in virginia on vacation. great product. but dang, you would think they were making them out of japanese wagu beef or something. 2 burgers, 1 order of fries and 2 drinks came out to $60. i remember when i could have a sit down dinner for 2 ribeyes and sides for that price.

Madox M.

Yelp
jerry helped alot he was great overall and the food was great and fresh i love how everyone is so nice

Yelp
No matter where you're from, 5 Guys is a popular burger chain all over the country! I was in the mood for a good burger tonight, and already trying Burger Fi, I felt that I'd give the 5 Guys in University a shot! Going in today, there wasn't a big wait, and plenty of seating inside/out. We ordered 1 regular cheeseburger (double patties), and 1 mini cheese burger (single patty) all the way with fries + a drink for $23! Moving right into my review; on the good side, the toppings on the burgers were very fresh, and the fries were seasoned/cooked well! On the other hand, I felt my burger had lacked some seasoning which would've contrasted well with the well toasted buns and fresh condiments. Also, I can't control 5 Guys costs, but I found the burgers to be as pricey as other chains such as Burger Fi. It would've been reasonable if it was 2 double cheeseburgers with fries and a drink for $23, but the fact that it was just 1 single and a double is kind of steep. Overall, 5 Guys burgers are just alright, but there are other places worth checking out if you're willing to go the extra mile!

Shameka B.

Yelp
Food was subpar for the store to have a full staff. Order was not made right at all. It was not the quality I expected for Five Guys!
google avatar

Saduline C.

Yelp
This place is so trash. Super expensive and the burgers have NO FLAVOR AT ALL. I can literally make a better burger at home and save my money. They need to close down
google avatar

Adrienne C.

Yelp
More than $18 for a burger and regular fries. I would've been aggravated if it was half that. The french fries were under done. I literally had to throw them away. They looked like they were done but when you bite into them, clearly they were not. I'm guessing the oil was too hot. The burger was just OK. It wasn't a large burger or anything out of the ordinary. As far as taste, nothing to write home about. At this price point, I expect much better. My first and last time eating at five guys.
google avatar

Janet B.

Yelp
Great burgers and fries! We mostly order to go since COVID and still are never disappointed with the food or quality of service. Also the fries are gluten free!
google avatar

Pat G.

Yelp
Unfortunately its the last time I eat at one of these establishments. I like the burger and fries however the price for a burger is pretty out ragious. 9.77 for a double bacon cheeseburgers before tax. Top it off my actual burger isn't even half the bun size. 15. And some change for a burger and fries.......
google avatar

Julie C.

Yelp
Great tasting, juicy burgers. Hand cut, fresh, tasty fries. But who can possibly eat such a huge amount of fries in one order? We munched on peanuts in the shell while we waited for our order and were very happy with the friendly atmosphere.
google avatar

Dan G.

Yelp
Burgers expensive but cannot go wrong with them. Best burger joint in Coral Springs. When craving for a good burger. The small fries are HUUGE!
google avatar

Tracyann B.

Yelp
My review is more for the service. I stopped in today to grab a few burgers with the kids. Ordering food with picky eaters is interesting... lady at the register was awesome and unbothered by my changes. After ordering we wait. They call our number after a few minutes and I look at the worker, by the time I turn to grab my items and walk over another customer goes up and grabs the food and is rummaging through the bag. The customer realizes the order is not theirs and the server simply tosses the bag with its contents without an issue and asks for the order to be remade. Once the items are ready again I thank him and acknowledge that I appreciate what he'd done. Having worked in the food industry and experiencing sub par service, I appreciate the little things. I didn't have to ask for him to remake it. Way to go!
google avatar

Janny Y.

Yelp
The food is like other Five Guys, but the service was great. The cashier and the cook were very nice. I was pretty happy to see that they serve Gold Peaks tea but I was kind of sadden that it wasn't very tea flavored and the sweet pot of tea were overly sweet.

Anabella M.

Yelp
Today we went to have a late lunch. There was a water leak coming from the roof. Some water on the floor. The fries (large order) had more small bits of fries and the rest were not crispy. Just 1 big clump. Very disappointed ! Won't be back. I should have taken pictures. Not just complaining.

LaShaunda R.

Yelp
Mgr I'd very unprofessional. I spent $16 on a burger and small fry. She got onto the employee for putting a HALF PIECE of BACON too much on the freakin burger. Never get my business again
google avatar

Yelp
Is this some kind I've joke, this garbage is a laughable at best. I have no idea what happened to Five Guys years ago when they first started opening in Florida I ate their weekly for lunch and they were very good but I kind of fell off and hadn't eaten there for several years I heard one opened in my city Coral Springs so I decided to stop in and give them a try, and it was probably the worst Burger I've ever had in my life I have to say it was just as bad as one I had in Orlando several months ago. I thought the bad experience I had in Orlando was just a fluke but apparently all five guys have gone downhill. First as you can see in the picture the cheese isn't even melted the same as the one in Orlando, and the meat is so dry and the texture is strange. I remember when they first opened in Florida they were very juicy and the cheese is always gooey and melted but this isn't even worth feeding a dog. And on top of that the prices have about doubled so roughly $15 for a burger and a drink. Hopefully this place doesn't last long cuz it's just taking up valuable space at the walk that could be used for something worth Wild.

Yelp
My first experience and maybe my last. My daughter wanted me to have a guilty-pleasure meal for my birthday. We went to the Five Guys in The Walk location in Coral Springs. Didn't want to get all dolled up and go to a restaurant, I opted for a burger, fries and a shake. Now, I realize businesses are starting to wake up from Covid restrictions, but really? I ordered my meal online, and it was supposed to be ready by 7:52 pm...I arrived at 7:55 pm, not ready until 8:15 pm. Meanwhile other online customers (4 people) came in and picked up their orders and left. No one flinched or even cared my daughter and I were still standing there. Then we decided to buy 2 milkshakes ($11.50 something cents)...we waited until 8:35 pm! The worker just walked away from me and my order like we didn't exist. Her excuse was she didn't have the 'stuff' available to make the shakes....she should have told us that from the beginning instead of ignoring us and waiting on other customers coming in to order food....I'm sorry, but there is no excuse for horrible customer service. I was TIGHT! To save from losing ALL of my ish I asked another worker how long does it take to make a couple of milkshakes, I thought maybe they had to ground the coffee beans and pick the strawberries, you know, maybe they get fancy with it. No. Just basic milkshakes. Very disappointing. So many people out there WANT to work. All I wanted was to be treated like a paying customer, pick up food in the promised time, and not ignored. And I held back everything I wanted to say, only to belt out as I was leaving, "This is bad, I ordered online, I waited. I asked and paid for milkshakes and was ignored. Poor customer service". The one guy said he was wondering why I was still there. Meanwhile other customers there knew I was livid, refraining from throwing words. Embarrassing! To add the burgers and fries were as cold as the milkshakes by the time I got home. I tossed it in the garbage. I feel so 'taken'.
google avatar

Gabriel G.

Yelp
Awesome burgers and fries as always and I am glad the place still going on because the food is always perfect

Dakota C.

Yelp
Y'all closing the milk shake machines early now??? I worked for multiple palm beach county locations and never got the privilege, literally came to this location just for milkshake, Uber employee walks in for their pickup, has milkshake on order and has to inconvenience the customer after they paid $6 for a shake ridiculous.
google avatar

Yelp
I understand times are tough. Restaurants and retail are experiencing labor shortages, supply shortages, rising food costs, and pandemic politics. I supported many local businesses and essential workers before and during the pandemic. But. If you're a fast-food restaurant specializing in burgers and charge $12 for a bacon cheeseburger, it should be hot and fresh. If you're a fast food restaurant specializing in fries and and charge $7 for a large fry, they should be hot and fresh. If you're a fast-food restaurant specializing and serving 4 menu items and 2 of them are mediocre, what does that say about your fast-food restaurant? When I arrived, my burgers were waiting for me, and I had to wait for my fries (per usual). But, they filled a small cup (instead of the large) and lied. My burgers were cold and dry and tasted awful. Service wasn't friendly. I'm over this place. For less money I can get prime ground chuck from Whole Foods and make a better burger myself.

Sophia P.

Yelp
The service at this Five Guys is horrendous. I made an online order and went to the store to pick up my meal. I made sure to take my time since these guys tend to be slow at making the orders. When I got there, the burgers and fries were ready but my milkshakes weren't. I went to the Jamba Juice a few stores down, which took about 10 minutes, came back, and the shakes were still not done. After a while, this girl finally hands the shakes to me. As if that wasn't annoying enough, when I got home, I discovered that my little bacon burger had no patty in it (I wish I had taken pictures of the "burger.") I then drove all the way back to the store to get the burger replaced. I spoke to the manager (who had an attitude and was very disrespectful) and was told that they were busy and that this mistake wasn't a big deal, and that they were doing me a "big favor" by making me a new burger. At this point, I would have preferred a refund for the burger, considering that I paid almost $9 for it. After going back and forth between my house and the store, I finally arrived home to cold fries and a melted milkshake. This is certainly the last time I will be coming here.

Yelp
Today 9/19/2020 @5:35 pm, I placed an order with the shift manager. My order was 53. I asked for a single cheeseburger with: extra mayo, mustard, ketchup, pickles, tomatoes ,lettuce, and onions. I asked for fresh fries. The manager who took my order never acknowledged my request, she only looked at me and said okay. The person who bagged my order didn't give me fresh fries because he was never informed by his manager. My order 53 was called before order 52. I get home, it's a :double burger with jalepenos and mushrooms. Mind you there's a Burger Fi, less than a block away from this location but my daughter wanted 5 Guys. I called back to 5 Guys to explain what happened, it was the manager who took my order on the phone making excuses, that their fries are made to order- if that was the case why was there an attempt to give me fries that were not fresh. Needless to say not only will Burger Fi always get my burger business. I will always vote against raising the wages of fast food employees! Thanks for showing my daughter why Burger Fi, is a better choice. To think this person is an actual manager! 1

Yelp
Can't believe this place can charge as much as they do for these little burgers and not even offer veterans or first responders any discounts. And on top of it the regular size burgers and little burgers are about the same size. Dont have anything too bad to say about the food but I think they need to show a little more appreciation to veterans and first responders.

Ira R.

Yelp
4 burgers, two large fries, and three shakes. $68. Are these people out of their MINDS!. Plus, it stunk. Fries were inedible (pure grease), burgers were a sloppy mess, and there was no way to tell which shake was which, or which burger was which. Also, counter girl kept getting my order wrong...rambled way too fast to repeat it for anyone to understand...and she got it wrong 3 times. But put that aside. She was still very nice. The food SUCKED, and for the money!? I can't believe this chain is still in business. Never, EVER again!

Gary M.

Yelp
Closing time in door & website shows 10p close. Got there at 9:10p, "Open" sign on doors locked.

Drake H.

Yelp
There's a Five Guys in Jupiter FL that is S tier. This one, not quite. Burger is almost perfect but a little dry usually. Fries are never as crispy as they are at other locations. That being said Five Guys is a very popular, as well as my personal favorite fast food chain. Have to give 'em three stars.

Kc S.

Yelp
I probably won't be coming back after the literal disrespect I just encountered. All I wanted was a milkshake, the lady at the register is always nice but this other girl was just rude as hell. When she called my order she asks me some silly question about what I ordered off the menu and proceeds to talk to the lady at the register "I thought I told you no milkshakes, it's too hard to clean and I don't want to mix it" then slams everything and says "There's no Oreos!" And keeps complaining about how she has to make a milkshake. The register lady came and took over the process of making my milkshake and someone else's as well. I understand everyone wants to go home but you work in the food industry, your job is to serve the people. Not once was I disrespectful to her or anyone there.
