Five Guys

Usually eat Harris Steak and Seafood when staying in Brunswick while traveling. Just wanted something and chill in the room. Ordered a cheeseburger all the way.... absolutely delicious and a side of regular fries was enough for my wife and myself. She ordered a little burger and drink. Order came to $30 which is high for a burger, but they are good for sure.

Such a shame since I wanted to give this location 5 stars because of the friendly staff, and fast service. However, half our order was not correct with 1 burger only having 1 patty instead of 2 (and we were charged for 2 patties) and it also had cheese on it which we did not order (which I wouldn't have mind, but the other person is lactose intolerant, and it was kinda hard to scrape off all the melted cheese). Half of the fries were also a bit overdone. We couldn't go back as we were already over 45 min away by the time we found out. Moral of the story, check the burgers before driving away.

Always a great meal at 5 guys. We walked in to get burgers before going grocery shopping and Mary Lou greeted us and took our order. We love this 5 guys. It's always so clean, the staff is so friendly and they always get our orders perfect. Shout out to all the staff there on 8/17/24 around 1:50. My go to is a cheeseburger with raw jalapeños and boy it hit the spot!

Food is good but the service was abysmally slow and the staff were far from friendly. It's a Five guys so the atmosphere is just like a McDonald's

The food was amazing! We tried Cajun fries for the first time, it was wonderful and I would definitely recommend them! The service was impeccable ❤️

The restaurant was nice and clean. The cashier greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. The food was fresh and hot.

First time visiting in many years. Had the viral grilled cheese burger, so delicious! The staff was efficient and very nice. The tables and condiment stations were a bit dirty. While cleaning off a table the manager offered to have someone come wipe it down but I had already cleaned it. Great service and good food.

Highly recommended! Five Guys has the best burgers, hands down! Stopped here on our way back home, great customer service, very clean facility, and of course, delicious food! Stop by if you haven’t tried them yet, you won’t regret it!

What a great experience!!! We were welcomed right away by Timothy. He was so helpful and friendly taking our order! When I told him my husband and I were splitting the burger, he said would you like that burger cut in half. Most places you have to ask for that to be done. He has excellent customer service skills! We live in CA and can get In and Out, Shake Shack, The Habit and the list goes on.....but the burger we got today was BEYOND GOOD!! We ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. The patties were made freshly. It was served juicy and hot. The lettuce, tomatoes and onions were so fresh also!! The fries were crispy and hot. Do you know how many times I've gotten fast food and the fries are luke warm...a lot! Lol I've never written a review for a fast food place before, but the food, service and cleanliness of this place deserves an outstanding review!! It is a great team of workers here. I was so impressed with everything!!

Pretty typical visit to five guys. There's not much difference from location to location. Similar decor, quick friendly service, and over priced food. Even though it's not the cheapest grub in town, it's still nice to treat yourself to five guys burger every now and then.

This is the last time I step foot in a Five Guys!, the prices are out of control. I ordered a regular frie and paid $8.00 only to receieve the cup not even full to the top and about 9 fries at the bottom of the bag. What a joke.

The people who work here are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The food is expensive so I eat there rarely, but when I do it's an amazing experience. The food is tasty and the lettuce wrapped burgers are so delicious. The peanuts are a little messy, but other than that no complaints. Great place to eat if you want to treat yourself to a burger.

Have never had a bad experience at five guys until tonight drove 45 minutes one way for my wife because she wanted it got home and was shorted one burger and all the orders didn't match not what I expect from this business.

Super fast service. Fresh made to order burger and fries. Gluten free yum! Bowl or lettuce wrap are all gf and delicious!! Fries are delicious and the portion is HUGE. Burgers are flavorful and yum. Service was fantastic, smiling faces and quick service!!

It's ok but over priced, to me. If they didn't give out huge helpings of fries that are way too much!!!! when someone orders a small, they could afford to give a small portion of fries with each burger I might be the customer happy without wasting or trying to make their customers unhealthy. Just saying

Just like any other five guys, this place was good and filling. The burger was a double, cheese and the works. The French fries were plenty. Add you know, they are not cheap with there French fries. They always give you a bag full. They are not fast. It takes time to create and cook a good burger. So, good burger and tons of fries, equal a full belly. You get the same at every five guys. 4 stars only because this is a fast food place and they are, pretty much, the same everywhere. I went late and the restaurant tables were dirty, greasy and service was slow.

Should even give this place 1 star. The employees are like robots. No one even said a word to me when I walked up for my web order. Zero drive. This store was thriving last year. Sad it went down hill.

I called ahead for my order and it was ready right as I finished paying. The fries were piping hot and so delicious. Our burgers were juicy and the lettuce and tomato were crisp and chilled.

We enjoy this burger joint, always fresh. The employees are friendly and pleasant. The bunless version is awesome for those cutting carbs.

Very dirty and underkept, floor and tables were covered in crumbs and food. Burgers are pretty good but fries were too salty.

Showed up with 13 people for my graduation, food was good and came fast. Good service overall

Order made with Uber eats app. Order claimed to be"preparing" for over an hour. Order delivery time changed five times before cancelling. No contact from restaurant or Uber.
