Google
Five guys is by far the best hamburger place…. I hate writing negative reviews because I’ve never had a bad experience here but I was super disappointed in my bun being DRENCHED in oil, it was all mushy because of how much oil there was in it, also i really doubt that was the only lettuce they had left. It was yellow and all soggy. I also asked for no tomatoes on the cheeseburger and there was indeed tomatos.

Google
This location was pretty clean. They didn't make the milkshakes correctly, but they were still delicious. The employees were very nice.

Google
Awesome food and customer service. I had called to modify my order, but the call dropped and I thought they had hung up on me. Turns out, the employee went out of his way to find my number and order ticket and actually called me back. That’s unheard of. Their burgers are probably the best I’ve had.

Google
5 guys is really good. Burgers are similar to In n Out, but you can customize them any which way, tons of ways! The fries are always fresh and they offer a Cajun version that's pretty intense. Typically, I get a regular and a Cajun, mix them together in one of the bags, depending on how Cajun-y you like, and share with someone. They also have yummy shakes which can also be customized with a bunch of different "mix ins".

Google
5 guys always hits the spot but im sitting here right now and as you can see my wife's burger was not even cooked. that should be left up to the customer on how they want it cooked. Not everyone eats raw meat. As seen in the pic a piece of the burger before we threw it away. Gross.

Google
Great fresh burgers and fries! They have salted peanuts that you can eat while you wait for your order.

Google
I picked up some five guys, and it was really lovely. Love the fact they gave u extra fries and throw them in the bag it's badas*.

Google
Friendly staff, great burgers and fries, and this location has been very clean every time I've been there.

Yelp
I'm too indecisive where to get a burger. Stopped by here, never gotten a shake from here before, so I thought I'd try it. I got a peanut butter milkshake and it was BOMB! The flavor was perfect! I also ordered a cheese dog and a bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries. The fries were ok, and the burger wasn't bad, definitely not what I'm used to. And the cheese dog was just sad, I was expecting melted cheese you pour from a ladle. I wasn't expecting a cheese slice. I'd come back, but only for their shakes, I'm intrigued by their flavors and I want to try them all!!

Yelp
I love a really good burger, but am tired of all of the chain burger places that don't put B,L&T on their burgers, or those that dress theirs with Thousand Island dressing. No, I want an honest burger. Where I came from, there was a restaurant called Giant Burger. They were piled high with lettuce, tomato and had a whole slice of onion. I still crave this burger and have been searching Phoenix for something similar. While I have not found exactly what I've been searching for, Five Guys has come close. In searching Yelp for burger places, I found very mixed reviews for this restaurant, so, I decided to find out for myself. Upon entering the restaurant, I must say that I was surprised that there were so many tables and chairs missing. There was seating available, but the dining area just didn't feel welcoming. Still, the dining area was reasonably clean. There were four young people behind the counter who welcomed us as we entered. We ordered several burgers all the way and medium fries. Aside from falling apart in my hands, the burger was delicious and better than any that I've had in the area. It overcame any other shortcomings at this location. The medium fries overflowed the cup and filled the bottom of the bag. They were fresh cut and delicious. The service was good and the employees respectful. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. It filled my soul! We will be back.

Yelp
The service in taking the order was cool welcoming and helpful .. but in the actual food was a fail. We had a Togo order , and when we got home we found that our burger orders were mixed up so nobody actually got what they wanted. The burgers just weren't good . The fries that were ordered extra crispy seemed borderline line mashed potatoes soft and bland. I know they can do better because I've had better here but this just didn't taste good or give us the feelings of happiness as everyone was just finishing because they were hungry.

Yelp
a small cheeseburger, small fries and small drink OVER 20.00! that is INSANE. Even though they provide zero service, they pretty much force you to place a tip on top of that. The hamburger was ok but the fries were soggy. This was my first and last time to go to a Five Guys.

Travonis R.

Yelp
Five guys used to be my number one go to burger place. From there freshly made burgers to their hand cut fries if you have a fix for a delicious burger this is a place to be. If the Price was more in line with other burger joints then I would have rated this restaurant hire but unfortunately it's kind of spendy for two burgers, a large fry, and two soft drinks pan almost 60 bucks. If you have a family or you're worried about your budget this might be a once a month fast food fix.

Yelp
They load me up with fries... shhhiittttt ..... idk what you guys are complaining lol maybe because I go an hour before they close since I work nights :)

Yelp
Location is clean. Workers seem really busy and on task. We got cheese added to a patty on lettuce because of a food allergy to dairy today and had to have it remade. Then watched a bunch of other burgers be made but not our order remade which was a little frustrating since it was for the youngest in our party. The staff was understanding and quick to respond that it would be remade so that was appreciated. Paying $9 for a patty in lettuce seems a little steep these days though. The fries are so killer I'll gladly keep paying but the burgers seem thinner than they used to be. For dairy allergy info : the bun has dairy so you can order it plain or in lettuce but they don't clean the grill or anything or even put "allergy" on anything. I've tried ordering it plain but still react to the contamination. Fries are not supposed to have dairy according to their allergy menu so it's the only thing I've been able to eat. The dogs are fried on same grill ‍

Yelp
Good food but horrible atmosphere. It's so cold inside they had the air just cranked up to super cold. We and other people went to the cats to get jackets and sweaters. We told them to turn the air off but it stayed off for about 10 minutes and then came back on. So bring a jacket or blanket if you're eating inside.

Yelp
First time having a 5 guys burger.... hospitality was awesome. The crew working on this wed was super friendly and helpful. The burgers are great tasting, as are the french fries. Only thing is the buns here are not baked to withstand a double patty, mayo, lettuce, pickle, onion and tomato burger. It will fall apart on you. Nonetheless, I will be back for a burger without the extras.
google avatar

Chris G.

Yelp
Haven't been here for awhile and even though they are one of the more expensive burger joints I will have to say there bacon cheeseburger is one of my absolute favorites and there fries are really good as well . I wish they had better deals or meals that would price out cheaper just because 35$ for 2 burgers a regular fry and drink is a little much but there service is great , fast , and cooked to order fresh so you won't be disappointed . I will always keep coming back for that great burger .

Yelp
So I had my first bad experience at this Five Guys and it was pretty bad. So my significant other placed an order and we went to go pick it up. I went in and the manager--a large, heavy-set guy with shaved head--comes over. I show him the order number and he asks for a name, so I give my spouse's name, he goes, looks, and tells me that there's no order under that name. I respond about that being a bit weird. So I send a text message to my significant other asking what name it's under. He then addresses me again, but smiles and in a lightly mocking tone, "Maybe it's under a different name, or placed for a different day? Maybe it didn't go through?" Though at this point I've already shown him the confirmation number which has the time and date for the order and he hasn't offered to check the order number--so definitely not helpful. I thought to myself that he might just be having a bad day, but then he smiles and waves at another customer that he seems to know walking in the door. My significant other forwards me the confirmation that she receives and it has my name on it. I calmly tell the guy, "my SO. says that it's under my name," and that gets me the order. At this point I'm still feeling a bit odd due to the mocking tone and because he could have just asked to see the order confirmation again upon not seeing the name on any order. So one of the staff places a cup for the fries into a bag and fills it with fries. That didn't seem out of the ordinary until I realized that he'd done so with the cup in the bag with the burgers in it. At every other location and every other order I've always had the fries placed into a separate bag to keep the wrapped burgers from getting particularly messy and the keep the grease from soaking through the heavy burger bag. To make matters worse when I get back to the car and we're able to pull out all the fries to check to make sure that our order was right we find that the burgers weren't even fully wrapped; just a single piece of foil with the edges kind of brought up and missing the usual stickers to hold the foil together--a double-patty burger should probably be wrapped with enough foil to fully enclose the burger. The bottom of the bag is a mess of leaked sauces, fry oil, and cajun fry spice; burgers from Five Guys do get the bag, messy, but never like this.

Yelp
I understand inflation, but wow, they have really jacked up the prices! My burger meat was smaller than I remember it and we ordered a large fry to share between 3 people which used to be enough but now they don't fill the bag like they used to. The manager looked very rough and was kinda rude to his people. He was an older shaved bald gentleman. He was very short and demeaning to the kids filling the orders. They took out a bunch of tables too. So we ended up eating standing up with people all around us waiting for their food. Felt weird and overpriced. So sad.

Camille H.

Yelp
I ordered a large cajun fries. From two prior visits I had received more than enough that it overflows into the bottom of the bag. Last time, my fry cup was barely full but I let it slide. Tonight , I ordered another large frys and yet again the cup was not full. I complained before I left and they took the bag and came back with it. I opened it at home and yet again the fry cup was full but not overflowing as was expected. So, five guys, why are you being stingy? Is there a potato shortage? Or is this shrink inflation?? Or are your employees discriminating against certain race/age/genders??
google avatar

Greg H.

Yelp
7 bucks for a regular fries and have a cup of fries that isn't even full. you used to get a full cup and a bunch of extra in the bag. i asked the guy doing the fries and he literally, "thats a regular fries". will not waste my money on that small portion. have pics, it was pathetic

Yelp
I used to work at Five Guys for three years when I was younger so I have a little bit of perspective when it comes to understanding quality expectations from them. This Five Guys was a nightmare. To start it's extremely poorly organized inside and makes it very difficult for an efficient flow of people waiting for their orders and eating. Everyone just stands around between the tables while people try to enjoy their meals. You could tell that everyone felt rushed or new. There were like seven young women working and one older gentleman who was manager on duty (black shirt, grey beard). You could tell that he was training a couple of the new folks but he was doing it in such an extremely rude way right in front of the customers. Essentially rubbing every mistake that they made into the workers faces. My order the first time at this Five Guys was made incorrectly of course. I had placed it "to go" and they hadn't even started making it by the time I got there 15 minutes later (was told it would be ready in 10). Unfortunately I didn't have time to wait for them to redo the order but while I was waiting I did happen to hear and notice several other complaints from other customers both calling in on the phone and in person. The ambience of this place felt very stressed and chaotic, won't be coming back.

Yelp
Cajun fries are everything and you get your money's worth !!! Facts!! Get a small bag and watch them fill it up

Alejandra C.

Yelp
Night crew on 3/25 definitely excelled in customer service great workers with friendliness and positive attitude 10/10
google avatar

Austin S.

Yelp
Good burgers, decent fries. But the 3 stars goes to the staff that was low key rude. They gave my wife and I that, 'I don't wanna be here, so get the f*** out my face' vibe. And one of the girls that was running the cashier straight up sprayed something in one of the cooks eyes and she got heated and started cussing at her...just turned in to this awkward moment... I dunno...I'm down for a little fun in a work environment...but show a little professionalism at your establishment.. Represent your company well ya know? This is the only 5 guys I've been to, so hopefully it's just this location.
google avatar

Mark B.

Yelp
I used to regularly eat at Five Guys, but the price has become just too much. The burgers are still decent, but the Cajun fries have gone downhill. It's not worth it to pay restaurant prices for counter service food now.

Bill G.

Yelp
The prices are insane. The service is sloppy with an attitude. The food was above average but cold. Other than that, great place. Simple order of two items was messed up.

Sandra Yvette M.

Yelp
Zero stars! The "manager," and I use that term very loosely, is a complete tool! And I am being undeservingly kind. A young man came in this evening (4/21) to pick up his Doordash order. He arrived in his Engwe bike. For those who are ignorant to what an Engwe is, as this store "manager" is, let me enlighten you - it is an electric bike - not a motorcycle! To simplify, it is a hybrid bike meaning you can use your pedals, full electric or electric w/pedal assist. Based on the ridiculous, embarrassing display by this piss poor "manager"/human being - he was not only CLUELESS and IGNORANT but full of himself. Only to look like a complete idiot! There, I said it! The idiot proceeded to approach the customer from behind the counter in a confrontational manner. Keep in mind, 1. His bike was not blocking any walkways; 2. He was next to be called and was; 3. His order was prepared, brown bagged and ready to go. When the young lady called him to the counter and the customer moved ahead, thatvis when the idiot escalated the situation and forced the young man out. Then he proceeds to instruct the female employee wearing glasses to cancel his order, picked up the bagged order stated that it was going in the trash before going out of view for five minutes with it in hand. He then came out with the same order and walked towards the customer who pleaded from outside the establishment for his paid meal so that he can just ride back home (30 minutes away). But he didn't stop there, ladies and gents! Nope! His fragile ego led him to posturing and aggressive body language towards a man about 4-6 inches shorter and 200 lbs lighter than him. I imagine it must've made him feel empowered and manly. In truth, all he did was reflect poorly on the Five Guys franchise, made the other customers and his high-school aged staff uncomfortable, and made a complete ass of himself. He was completely unhinged! As a NYer introduced to Five Guys in my home city years ago, becoming a fan and a faithful customer, it broke my heart to see this. You can thank this idiot for the many that will never walk through this establishment again. I hope that young man dumped that guaranteed contaminated meal, made it home safe and never wastes another dime in this location! He should also report this idiot to Five Guys HQ, the Health department, the Better Business Bureau and DoorDash! You, yes you, IDIOT - you should be ashamed of yourself!! You fail as a manager, as a human being and as an example to the younger generation! Or any generation for that matter!

Yelp
HAIR IN BOTH MY BURGERS! I was half way through my burger and found a hair. Of course before flipping out I thought maybe it was mine. BUT NO I pulled out a long ass piece of hair right out of the patty so much so a piece of the burger was still on the strand of hair. Then as my friend eats their burger there's hair all over their tomatoes! Unfortunately I'm too far now to turn around to inform them so yelp will have to do.

Yelp
I use too love coming to five guys with a amazing crew and burgers. It hasn't been like that for the last past years. The employees look super unmotivated and their prices skyrocket. Five guys doesn't feel like a fast food restaurant anymore. It feels like a restaurant to me. For 2 burgers and a drink it came up to $30 dollars with no fry's to me that's Ludacris!!!
google avatar

Jennifer T.

Yelp
This place is filthy.... the tables are all dirty, the floor is disgusting and the drinking fountain has drink splatter all over it and is dirty in general.... Update: while we were eating, an employee came out and tended to some of the mess... on a positive note, the burgers were great ...

Kevin B.

Yelp
Over $10.00 for a burger and $5.00 for fries. Didn't expect to spend over $32.00 for a party of two. Took 20 minutes until it was ready. They let there employees eat where the customers eat. They should have a space in back for that. Music is so loud it's annoying Food is ok, a bit greasy but it's good but not $10.00 good. Employees were polite and hard workers. Doubt I will go back.
google avatar

Jim J.

Yelp
Five Guys is always awesome. Fresh cooked burgers and toppings with the best French fries on the planet. They actually know how to properly cook raw potatoes to make French fries. However, carbs and I are no longer friends. A bun less burger with grilled veggies - mushrooms, onions, peppers, and fresh lettuce, tomato and pickles makes a nice "naked" meal served in an aluminum tray. The only problem is I have to smell the awesomeness of the French fries without partaking. At least they don't have cheesecake - that would be too much of a temptation.
google avatar

Stephanie M.

Yelp
According to Nashville Five Guys has the best frys. Lemme tell yah Five Guys has THE WORST frys. They put an extreme amount of salt on them and they appear to look fully cooked but they're actually super soft and light which is not a good taste in my opinion. However, the burger was good! I got the bacon cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. A classic burger with a classic taste! I also got a strawberry milkshake which was yummy! I just can't fully enjoy a burger without a good fry.
google avatar

Jason L.

Yelp
Worst experience ever, was told five guys does not make milkshakes, as it is on their menu and was treated auful the whole visit.

Alex G.

Yelp
Way overpriced, portion sizes are super small, especially for the price. Cheese was not melted at all on anything. Every drink we tried from the soda tower tasted weird. No sauces except for ketchup?? Not even ranch. Fries weren't cooked all the way and were soggy. Just all around not great.

Sanford J.

Yelp
OMG, this 5 guys in goodyear sucks, the employees are rude, the kid doing the fries was really nice. The manager was rude. The guy cooking is slow as s***I have never been in a place where it's this slow for a pick app order. That I took 15 minutes to get here. And still, my food wasn't ready for 10 more minutes. Horrible service and the manager's like we'll call you when it's ready. Really? Dude, I can't stand here and wait for my food. I have to go sit down at the table, just bad service here. It's the second time I've come here with the second time being bad service. This kid is cooking, he is slow. I'm not gonna talk about him too much. But let me just tell you this whole crew needs to be revamped.

Pvlomv A.

Yelp
Super annoyed right now , I payed almost $4 for like 8 fries ??? I've been here pretty often and have never gotten close to nothing amount of fries. I don't know if it was purposely or not but there was also like way more ketchup than I would need for even the normal amount of fries so that made it worse (probably why the girls were laughing) It wasn't even busy either. -.-

Christopher B.

Yelp
Please note this is a complaint sent to the corporate office in reflection of the service provided on my visit 4/23: I hope this reaches the franchise owner of this location! My fiancee placed a online order for pick up for approximately 6 pm; I arrived about 6:30 to pick up the order. Upon arrival in walking into the store I started to receive "non friendly stares" from one of the associates (whom I later identified as Maritza-I apologize if the spelling is incorrect). To add this is not the first time I have noticed her in the establishment, and she has given off similar types of vibes, but have brushed it off in the past. Even as I attempted to greet her with a short hello as I walked over to the other associate who was packaging the orders (I did not catch her name; young African American young lady; very polite) she gave off a look and vibe without acknowledging me back as if I was bothering her. I went about my business at that time and as I was greeted by the other young lady she asked was I there to pick up an online order and I stated yes. I initially gave the name of my fiancee (not realizing she had put the order under my name) so initially the other associate then looked up at the other bags above to see if there was an order matching the name I provided, and because there was not she then turned to Maritza to ask her a question about the order and at that time Maritza then turned to me with an attitude on her face and stated with an abrasive tone "you have an order for who???" I then stated my fiancee's name and then after thinking about said or it could be under my name as well. The african amercian associate then said oh, yeah that one is right here. I said thats my mistake I didnt realize she put it under my name for pick up; she indicated oh its no problem we just need a few mins for your fries (which I know from frequenting the store and other five guys locations past and present). I said ok, thats no problem and then proceeded to walk away to use the rest room. Maritza again gave off some type of stare/gaze as I was walking away and I initially was going to shrug it off until I thought about it after I came back to grab the food, and wanted to escalate my concerns to the manager of the store. I then asked to the main associate I was speaking with what her name was (at which time she stated Maritza), and then asked was the manager present and what his name was as well. Maritza immediately began to get defensive with her colleague asking her why would you give him my name, etc. and as I was waiting for the manager (Mark) to make his appearance I could continually hear her complain to her colleague about me stating I don't know what his problem is, and other remarks I will not repeat on this thread. I then stated to her its ok I heard you; you will find out what my problem is in a few minutes as I don't care for your attitude nor the way you are speaking to me, and repeated you dont need to speak to me any longer at this point. As soon as Mark comes out front without hearing much of what I need to say he is immediately defensive of the employee as I state to him I dont care for the way your associate has been dealing with me from the moment I came into your store. He immediately cuts me off and saids whats the problem I dont care for the way you are speaking to her (which I wasn't even speaking to her at that point), and I won't have any associate speaking to my employees that way, etc. and continued to be rude, disrespectful, and abrasive in his demeanor and tone at which time I also became upset and immediately retaliated accordingly and walked out of the store as I will not allow anyone to disrespect me in any, way, shape or form especially as a paying customer. I then stated on my way out I would be reaching out to corporate to file a complaint. I do not appreciate this type of behavior and feel it needs to be addressed accordingly by the appropriate parties. Furthermore what makes the situation worse upon getting back home the order was not fulfilled correctly . This is completely unacceptable and by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. It seems the service today is something of a constant as a reflection of a few of the yelp reviews (as I will also be providing one as well in addition to google) there are many complaints about the store; more in particular about the manager which tells me that because he acts this way its is encouraged by the staff; although not a reflection of the entire staff. I would like to be contacted regarding this matter and speak to someone further, and also would like to know how as a consumer this will be addressed. Thank you!

Lisa H.

Yelp
The burgers are still good. Small for the price. They no longer give a lot of fries like before but the fries are still delicious. The service at this location is absolutely horrible. This is the second time that I have experienced their rude staff. There is a young girl that is always staring at customers when they walk in. She does it to me, gives dirty looks, rolls her eyes and is just plain rude. We reported her to the manager which was a blonde lady at the time and they both just started laughing at my husband and I. So we didn't get anywhere and left mad. The staff thinks everything is a joke there. Second time I went she did the same thing. From reading other comments, I now know that her name is Maritza. Corporate needs to be involved at this point. Staff & managers are rude and just don't care to correct issues.

Donna M.

Yelp
We picked up 2 burgers and 2 fries to go. That was the biggest mess I've ever seen. Cut the burgers in half and they fell apart, the bun wa so soggy we had to eat the meat with a fork and couldn't eat the bun at all. There were tons of fries which looked and tasted like they were left over from yesterday. This was the worst hamburger I have ever had.
google avatar

Yelp
Always great service, the gentleman working the register around 2:50 was a true demonstration of customer service. Really appreciate that kind of service in today's world. Good job. I believe his name was Mark.
google avatar

Matthew C.

Yelp
Came in right near open, the restaurant smelled like sewage or dirty mop. The person running the register had never used the register before, which wasn't the problem... the problem was the manager (dude in black shirt) seemed to be getting annoyed that he had to help the guy. The guy told him we were his first order ever and he just walked away and had to keep getting other people to help him. You could visibly see that he was annoyed. The register dude kept apologizing, which I understand... but maybe help the dude vs walking away. My wife said the women's room smelled really bad. Food is great as always!!!

Yelp
Super friendly, fast And delicious food! We all had bacon cheeseburgers and fries. Everything was perfectly cooked! The restaurant was very clean though the bathroom could have used a little work. Plenty of seating inside and out. The bacon was crisp and delicious. Lettuce was fresh. We love our Five Guys burgers and this place was better than most we have been to. Highly recommend this location!

Yelp
Ok, so we came here to try Five Guys again, it has been some time since we came last. I was shock with their prices, didn't remember being this expense..... However, we stayed and had lunch, the hamburgers and fries are good, didn't get the Wow factor, but ok. I know a while back in a food survey it said it had beat "IN N OUT". It's all about the taste, there's no wow factor at 5G, but a huge difference in price $$. The food is good, however not better than INNO.... What got me choosing INNO over 5G, Is the price, for the same order I paid almost $10 more at 5G. Conclusion: if you're driving and INNO and 5G, are close to each, I recommend INNO, not only because of the taste but also the price. See the pic the receipt. Enjoy!

Iveth O.

Yelp
Food took forever... Customer service is terrible the workers talk amongst each other when someone walks in and take their time before helping take orders. Love to gossip and work slowly to get orders out. The place inside was not clean or well kept.
google avatar

Connie P.

Yelp
No bacon!! I asked for bacon, paid for bacon but no bacon on my burger!! Dont get me wrong my burger was still delicious but wouldve been better with bacon!!

Herb H.

Yelp
went to this place at 5:30 pm and only 1 person inside the staff behind the counter looked bored. Here's why a burger is now $10.20 a bacon cheeseburger is $12.60 fries are $6 and a fountain drink is almost $4. At these prices I can get a full meal at a sit down restaurant for less. they will go outa business soon the lobby is empty at rush hour.....

Ron K.

Yelp
Staff was great at this location, but $17.50 for a bacon cheeseburger, small fry and no drink is unacceptable for fast food. It was good, but by no means worth what they're charging. I've had better and cheaper at full service restaurants. My fault for not looking closer at the menu prices...I just assumed it would be a "normal" price for what I got. Maybe 1/2 the cost ($8.75) for burger and fry and I'd consider returning. Need to make $$$ instead of $$.

Yelp
Don't ever order food from here online. They handle food off to people that ain't supposed to get the food and won't help fix the problem by even offering to just make the food over, when they made the mistake of handing it to the wrong person so just a heads ups

Yelp
I recently made an order from Smashburger delivered by GrubHub. I was very very impressed with the quality of the burger the mushroom truffle burger was absolutely fabulous ...the items arrived exactly at the time they suggested at 11:30. Later, I called to inform the manager how pleased I was with the order. and please pass it to his cooks that the meal was very very good . Sergio the Manager that I spoke to at the Avondale store. The GrubHub staff observed the distancing rules and was very accommodating and delivering the food. thank you again for being there in this time when we want to have some semblance of normalcy and still be safe. establishment and it was well worth it those burgers were absolutely wonderful thank you Y Watkins

Yelp
Ran in here to get some dinner before a long road trip. The gentleman who helped me was so friendly and helped me with the menu. Thank you, Darion! Very clean, awesome music, great atmosphere!

Yelp
My first time going to the location on Litchfield Rd., will not be returning! Their claim of made to order is just not so, soggy fries and a "cold" burger!

Yelp
Delicious burgers, fries and shakes. These are so good that you don't feel that guilty devouring them. My exwife should feel real guilty and she's knows about what.

Yelp
Little expensive but worth it, the hamburgers are really good and tasty and don't forget the fries.

Yelp
So my only grief are the prices. But in fairness, nobody put a gun to my head to pay $10.00 for a bacon cheeseburger (+$$ for fries +$$ for drink). So getting cost out of the way... I can genuinely say the burger was very good. Service was pretty friendly and fast. It's probably a $5.00 burger but you're paying extra for the service. Not sure if it's $5.00 (extra) worth of service I experienced. Honestly... if Five Guys has "Starbucks Customer Service" I might/likely would rate them higher.
