Great food, burger was tasty as always. The only reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because when you sit down eating cleaning guy is spraying cleaning chemical next to you, I changed the table to have some privacy eating but seemed like he followed me and cleaned one part of my table again that was already clean. So the second I finished eating had to leave to not be sprayed with chemical again.

Food was great, as always! We had the bacon milkshake and, althoug it may sound weird, it was actually pretty good! The place was not in its best day. It was crowded and not very neat. The staff was clearly under a lot of stress. Nevertheless, it's still a great place to go if you're looking for a great hamburger.

Five Guys was very clean and the service was friendly. The fries were plentiful, but both the fries and burger could have used more salt. While the burger was good, it wasn't quite the "Five Guys experience" I was hoping for in terms of flavor. The manager was there and she was making everyone work right!

Amazing cleanliness! Service with a smile and they help wash you if you spill food on yourself. The employees were so helpful. The french fries were so fresh and the burger was spectacular this is the best five guys I've ever been to I'll be back soon everyday

I am a big enthusiast or burgers and this is is my first time at Five Guys ever. I ordered a regular Hamburger (the real one). Got a small fries and a regular drink. For a total of 21,44$ (for one person!). Since it ain't really special, according to me, taking into consideration the quality, size and taste of the food : THIS IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE ! Read more... First, let's say a small burger isn't smaller in size. It only misses a burger patty. I was disappointed in that. It should say on the menu what the differences is. CAUTION : It is really weird that you have to order every ingredient, such as ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles, lettuce, tomates, etc... by yourself ! Otherwise you just end up with two buns and meat. The taste of the burger itself was okay, but by far nothing mind-blowing, nor extraordinary. I ain't a big fan of fries, but have to say, they actually were really good tasting (the best of all burger franchise)! Though, way too salty for my opinion. The drink, as quite common in USA, is free refill and they have a large choice of the most known soft drinks available in USA. The interior is really minimal and basic. Table too high in proportion to the height of the sitting surface of the chairs. But I appreciated the fact you can sit outside. Last, I didn't appreciate the stuff at all. A stuff-member clearly saw me ordering, though as I asked about the restrooms, she behaved like I randomly walked in to sneak into the restrooms and asked for the receipt. Weird ! I didn't like her behavior. Nor the one of the cook, as he called for the number of my order, I walked out from the restroom to the co in counter and showed up. He eyeballed me, in disbelief this really is my order. One more thing : though the prices displayed are without TAX, so you end up with a different price than you could actually sum up in your head leading to confusion. Dunno if this is any common or legal?! Conclusion : Since it really ain't anything special or beyond the competitors Menu (nor prizes), plus it's way more expensive in comparison, I would rather save the money and invest it in any other local food or so. Especially, for that amount of money you get some way better, more tasty and healthier food. By myself, I wouldn't give it another try, since I was overall disappointed, except for the fries. I love a good Five Guys burger. And this location is pretty good. My biggest gripe is that they're always behind, leaving customers and delivery drivers waiting for sometimes 30 minutes to pick up their food. They're very high volume, so I get it, but it's a little excessive. Anytime I order for delivery, it shows the driver waiting for my order for a very long time. To the point where they typically text me to apologize for the wait. I feel bad for the drivers, as I know this is money there losing out on having to stand around and wait. So I've recently started picking it up myself, and find that I have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes after the quoted pickup time. Otherwise, the staff is pretty friendly, food is always delicious and accurate. Fries are ALWAYS fresh (which is what usually causes the wait, I get it). Just a caution so you know what you're getting into when you order here.

Very good but the burger is double so if you want single go for little burger And regular fries 🍟 is really good and enough for sharing Clean Fast service

Food was good however, staff member calling out the order numbers was very aggressive in doing so. Somebody went up to collect an order which wasn’t his by mistake and was told by this certain staff member to “back off away from me”. We sat outside to eat our food and this same staff member sat outside whilst on his break continuously spitting on the floor in the area where customers were eating. We visited around 8pm on 5th June

This is a nice and clean Five Guys Hamburger restaurant, just next-door to Lincoln Road on Washington Ave. Fast service. They have outdoor seating with tables and on a hot day you can sit inside with the air-conditioning and watch the world go by through the windows. Great location!

Five Guys is disgusting. Any location. $8 plus tax for a dog patty - are you insane? But, you do what you gotta do when your pup needs to eat. HATE this chain... "Ain't got no better price for no dog..."

The food was okay, I thought that the hamburger would be more juicy. I thought I have had juicy burgers from five guys, but their policy keeps them from undercooking them. This is a location in a spot where Tourist visit, so it's not perfect. I must also say that the line only had one person taking orders which made this dining experience a bit slow. Overall not my most pleasant experience.

I've been here a handful of times and the staff is always super friendly and polite, old school service where customer satisfaction still matters. Burger was excellent (got the cheeseburger w/out bun, lettuce wrap). Meat is good quality, ingredients are fresh, and management was very communicative while overseeing employees. I don't mind a little wait since burgers are made to order and attention to detail is clearly a focus here. Bravo to the manager and team at this location

I saw the reviews before and can't imagine that worse situation in this restaurant. I guess the pictures says more than everything. Five guys is our favorite fast food restaurant - but this store is a shame. We've ordered little fries and the lady entered regular fries which is not worse.. but they came raw! Even the burger wasn't well topped and looked super bad. Btw the restaurant wasn't crowded at this time. We will never go there again.

This burger was soooooooo good, it was bussin nice juicy burger with yummy cheese. They slapped it together really good

Chaos!. Lady taking the order has an inability to get any order I saw correct the first time. Took her 2-3 repeats before finally getting the order correct. Manager with dark cap seemed to encourage drama with the staff and actively engaged in long intense conversations all while the queues were building up and no one seemed to care. Overall sense that the customers were an inconvenience to them all. Thankfully the Burger and fries tasted ok but presentation was poor. Never again!

It's pretty much like all Five Guys. Cashiers are courteous. The burgers and fries are great. Even a "small" means a ton of fries. It's pretty much all they do but there isn't any place with a better burger.

I visited this location because it was a quick walk from Ocean Drive and 14th Street. I visited South Beach during Memorial Day Weekend, so the streets are blocked for normal traffic. I wanted something quick and outside of the formal dining restaurants on Ocean Driver, so my husband and I decided to walk over to get some fast food. The store is very clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurant itself is way bigger than any other Five Guys I remember going to. Plenty of seating, we decided to dine-in rather than taking the food back to the hotel as we originally planned. Fresh and hot food! The regular burger on the menu is fit for a King...took me awhile to even eat half of the burger. One order of fries was enough for the table. They have generous servings. Great view for people-watching. One thing I'll mention is price. This isn't your typical fast food restaurant, so be prepared to pay for what you want. $35 for 2 burgers and fries, but the toppings are endless and the food quality is good.

This is a unique location. When it's late at night and 98% of South beach is closed on a weekday... come here to grab a filling burger. I was so glad they were open because I really didn't want to go to sleep hungry. Lol I didn't like that this spot had creeps surrounding the outside near the entrance. I was literally interrupted about 6 times by nasty men who would annoyingly cat call. Bunch of drunks. But nonethless the burgers are great. The establishment could be a little cleaner. I felt the soda machine could definitely use a good cleaning too. I like that there is outdoor seating. I was able to keep my eye on my car.

Haven't been here in a while and was looking forward to going back. Well after a few years, I'm happy to report that thier burgers are still excellent. You can get the little cheeseburger $6.19 (1 patty) or the regular size $8.19 (2 patties) and all the toppings are free which include lettuce, tomoto, onions, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, pickles, relish, jelepeno peppers, green peppers, ketchup, mustard, BBQ Sauce, A1 Sauce and mayonaise. Their patties are feshly cooked and burgers assembled and wrapped together by a piece of tin-foil and when you open it up, the bread is super soft and the cheese has melted into a googhy substance that is so delicious. The fries also come in a large portion, enough for 2 to share, and of course peanuts are all you can eat when you're waitng for your food. Overall a great place to enjoy America's fast food burger leader. You won't be dissapointed at all. Oh and this place opens until 4am everyday!

Very unprofessional they will sit there for hours and talk to homeless people instead of the people who are actually trying to work I got to my interview 30 minutes early and had been sitting there for a extra 20 minutes on top of the 30 I had already been sitting I will never work or eat at this restaurant zero stars

Overcooked my burger, forgot a patty. Fries were white and salty. Like what in the world!!! Waste of money and time. This is ridiculous, it's not that complicated...........

Cleanest five guys in Miami hands down, i am very impressed. Food was amazing the burger definitely satisfied my craving.

Burgers are good, fries are delicious and you get a lot. Service is the worst. They dont have change, they take forever to make your order. Because of the service i dont think i wil visit again.

I love how they maintain the cleanliness of the area even though a lot of tourists are coming in and out! Also don't forget to order the milkshake! Just want to say that fries are way too salty

Sticking with my self made promise not to settle for Clowns, Kings, Little redhaired girls etc. I needed a filling burger to absorb the liquor I already had and was going to have later that night. The line was short and service swift. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and like always it was great. I went with A1 steak-sauce instead of Ketchup and what a wise choice it was. Five Guys was a life saver that evening.

Quarantine burger bliss! If ya can't get your hands on a Kush burger, Five Guys is THE burger to order. Get it All The Way on a Little Burger or Little Cheeseburger- the extra patty is totally unnecessary. All The Way is a must if you can stomach all the toppings- lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, mayo, mustard, grilled mushrooms, and ketchup. The grilled onions and mushrooms elevate this greasy and fatty burger- making this a vegan nightmare's sandwich something that dreams are made of for carnivores. Fries are the perfect balance of crispy, soft center, greasy, and salty goodness. I prefer the Five Guys Style fries over the Cajun style and if you like seasoned fries then you'll like the Cajun Style. I'm a basic B when it comes to fries. Never thought I'd be reviewing Five Guys, and felt compelled considering how much attention their competition gets. This is the best burger and fries of this caliber of establishment and well worth the splurge on calories AND dough.

Always a problem with delivery here. I've never had a problem in person, but every single time I order for delivery, it's wrong. And not easily fixable. Today, I spent $33 on a bacon dog and a bacon cheeseburger. The burger was 100% wrong. Ordered two patties with bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo. We got one patty, no bacon, tons of onions, ketchup, peppers. I reported the problem to Uber eats who did refund me $16.50. Which means I paid $17 a for a freaking bacon dog because I don't get tip or service charge or delivery fees refunded (I wouldn't ask for tip refund, driver was nice and professional). I called the store and had to hold 6 minutes but the lady on the phone did offer to remake the burger for me, but I'd have to come in person to get it. That would be a half hour round trip between getting there, getting back, waiting for food, and paying to park of course. But she was courteous and I believed that was all she could do, so they go from 1 star to 2 stars based on her courtesy and at least trying to offer a solution. This franchisee needs to do a better job on deliveries and coaching their team. Shame on me for both ordering from them when the history says they never get it right, and for doing the right thing and saying the bacon dog was correct (it was). I should have just disputed the entire order. Lesson learned.

Super easy and reliably great burgers. When my younger brother came to town and was making me pay for everything, I switched from expensive Espanola Way restaurants to Five Guys right quick. You want a free meal, bro? Well, it's only going to cost me $150 a few times -- then we're dining at Five Guys. from here on out.

Okay, somebody please please please explain to me why restaurants in touristy areas insist on blaring their music to make the food taste better? My wife and I stopped at a restaurant at Bayside Market Miami to look at the menu for lunch and wound up walking out because I couldn't hear her reading the menu while she was standing right next to me, the music was blaring so loud. We went upstairs to 5 Guys, figuring it would be quieter.... Wrong!, (well, just a little bit less LOUD). We ordered our food and drink, in spite of having to yell over the loud music inside this place. Pleasantly surprising, our order came out exactly as we had requested. My double burger with my requested toppings, my wife's well done hot dog ( it was National Hot Dog Day by the way) and the small order of fries were just perfect and quite delicious. I do firmly believe however that our food would have been just as great if the volume control knob was turned DOWN to 8 instead 28!

Ordered delivery from other locations but this one is consistent. The milk shake is as it should: thick and cold!

I like five guys, is a typical American burger that actually tastes good. So do the hot dogs and fries. And then you can have some nuts as an appetizer. Great spot

Not bad for the late night munchies. Located in the middle of the Washington Avenue clubs, this is your go to place for a quality burger pre or post partying. Place is always kept clean and service is typically fast and friendly

Thankfully god, this restaurant finally closed for well being. Unfortunately, we came here last time decided not to order anything else after we heard something loud and screaming over some fights from drunk customers ... This made us felt so disgusted and humiliating to see another huge blew up over places almost like empty almost haunting with no polices being around more to protect over this society (community). So heartbreaking Washington ave turned out like asshole Ocean drive streets! This is why we keep avoid those two craziness nights playing it by safe... Be cautious! Wish there have more security guards and police able to protect all residents nor tourists rest of this entire town!

If you've been to a five guys restaurant you've been to them all. The same quality of food that you get elsewhere is no different here. This location is in a busy location on South Beach and the hours are open very late which is nice in case you happen to have the munchies late at night lol. The service is prompt, the peanuts taste fresh, and the restaurant is overall clean. You may just happen to run into a celebrity while you're here, you just never know

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a small fry. 2 huge patties and a decent amount of crispy bacon. While the hamburger was cooked perfectly, it lacked seasoning so the burger had no taste really. The fries were perfect tho. The meat tasted so good that I'll give them another try....next time ill add salt and pepper and add an extra slice of cheese. Or maybe even try a burger bowl. Burger-fi honestly runs circles around this place but it is a bit pricier and their patties are just a tad bit smaller.

I used to love this place and order a couple of times per week. I never leave yelp reviews no matter how bad (or good) my experiences are but this time I really had to share my frustration. Ordered a burger and fries (love the fries) through postmates a couple of weeks ago and after eating more than half of my burger I thought I broke my teeth. Guess what? It wasn't my teeth.. it was a FAKE NAIL!! Made me throw up and still makes me wanna throw up whenever I think about it and the fact that they don't care about hygiene and food safety. I tried calling the restaurant several times - no answer. The next day I went there and asked for a manager that was "too busy to see me at the moment". Sent an e'mail to corporate through their website and asked to be contacted via e'mail. Still nothing. Great company..keep up the "good work". Disgusted!

Exactly what a Five Guys restaurant should be. The perfect burger and fries with fresh ingredients. A great spot in a busy part of town.

Whoever within this company has made the executive decision to have hardcore rock-&-roll/heavy-metal music BLASTING at all times needs to be let go. This auditory abuse is not only unbearable for the workers and customers, it's also invasive to anyone living in close Proximity. Stick to selling food...not playing music. Miami Beach is NOT the location to CONSTANTLY BLAST mind-numbing noise. You've neglected to take your location and clientele into consideration with poor decisions like this. A fine example of the disconnect large companies adopt. One size does NOT fit all! Save that crap for some hillbilly village out west and take a listen to what type of music people come to Miami to hear...Or....just stay silent. Your burgers are great and a soundtrack (especially a deafening one) is unnecessary.

Yes everything in Miami is expensive but 15 dollars for a burger,fries and a drink come on should have just went to McDonalds or Burger King. Waited for a long time to get my food and then everyone else started to get there food who order ten minutes after me so I went up to the lady and she said well I called your number awhile ago and gave me my food....I was sitting next to the counter the whole time. Burger was okay fries ehhh nothing special and not worth $15. One bite everyone knows the rules I give a 3. Will not be coming back, so many places on south beach definitely could find somewhere better.

5 guys Hamburgers - ( East Coast answer to West coast, In & Out Burger ) South Beach corner Washington ave & 15th St., Metered SoBe little parking, SoBe, restrictions , Bathrooms locked must get access from staff, rules for soda fountain, must show recite to get food, answering to your order # , not good enough. For starters, I always enjoy the free peanuts. Order from walkup counter, wait for them to prepare , sit at window counter, or a few tables in the back. The hamburger combo single small w/ included grilled mushrooms & grilled onions consist, tasty & good. The Fries lightly season, the right amount of thickness, & not limp is probably one of the best, chain restaurant fries around. I like the quality, consistency & for fair price at All the 5 guys. This location sometimes open till 4am. Cost $ 10- value level - good Rating 8 of 10

Me and my boyfriend had the best experience at this five guys. I am not a fan of there food in the past but the hamburger I had was amazing at this location. They also have really generous servings of Fry's and they are hot and fresh. Best place to come after a night on the town.

Went here based on Yelp. It's 300m from our hotel Royal Palm and had very good grades, but wth... their burgers are not good at all. The beef is boring, the buns are like sponges and the filling is ridiculous. Their peanut-oil cooked fries are without taste so if you're up for burgers don't go here. Their waiters have no customer service and we had to ask twice for getting all that we ordered. Stay away from this place

Rarely have I seen such NASTY attitudes by workers in my life. Some crazed worker called Sugar Pie (?) rolled her eyes so much, I thought that they would eventually get stuck! The service and pick-up, was a disaster. Who's the manager??? The food was good always, but I need to stick with the Five Guy locations that I know. What a disgrace to Five Guys!!!

This is our go to South Beach 5 Guys. My kids are super picky eaters so when out on the beach we often end up eating here. The food is always made quickly and our order is always done right. I can't complain about this location really. The employees are very friendly and have a great disposition. It helps make the experience that much more enjoyable if you ask me. Five guys keeps it simple. Single patty or double. Cheese or no cheese, and they also have other toppings to chose from (bacon, mushrooms, onions, etc). They also have a grilled cheese and hot dog option if you aren't feeling like a burger. The fries are made from real potatoes too. They come regular or seasoned Cajun. For the drinks they have beer options and bottled water. They also have one of those fountain dispensers that has every flavor you can think of.

Long time in lines... not prepared to receive people, just to pickup. The space is dirty and small. I would recommend another place. The burgers are small.

I have been eating Five Guys burgers for over 20 years. Live in VA. I know burgers and I am a once a week customer for them. This was the worst burger I have ever had at a Five Guys, it was over cooked like a hokey puck, when I asked them to cook a fresh one for me not over cooked, they looked at me like wtf. Second one was no better. Fries were over cooked also. I was there early, so it wasn't like they were jammed with customers. The staff needs to be trained to treat their customer more friendly and clean the place, it was filthy.. My sugestion for anyone looking for an amazing burger in SOBE, its right across the street. Cheese Burger Babies. they know how to cook a qulity burger cooked the way you like it. It might be a dive burger joint but the quality..

Outstanding service! Super clean and organized. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. Restrooms were immaculate, but then also cleaned by staff before we left.

Food is great but staff is not. Albany P should do something else other than take customer orders. She really looks and act with zero patience and tolerance, everything a customer facing worker should NOT.

I have eaten so many burgers in my life and I have to say I think this place is decent. I do like the concept and the peanuts are a bonus. I'm just not sure if it's worth all the hype! Still a decent place. They originally started on the East Coast.....now they are poppin up everywhere.... at least it will get ppl in Cali out of thinking that In & Out is the bomb! - which it's not.

This is not the Five Guys that I'm used to other cities because they don't cater to "secret menu" items. My biggest complaint is that I was unable to order fries well done. I asked on two separate trips for those and was referred to the manager on duty who (first time) said "We don't do that" and (second time) a different manager who said (loudly) "Oh, so you want them burnt?" Go down a few blocks to Burger Fi if you want crispy peanut oil fresh cut fries. Picture posted is how my regular FG back home cooks my order.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff despite it being fast food! Fast, friendly, and funny! The food was just like any other five guys. The workers really made it an enjoyable experience. We had a great, quick, and affordable dinner after a long day of traveling.

I like this place more than Shake Shack. Sometimes after an evening out - you just want a burger...yeah yeah yeah...should drink water and have something nutritious like a fruit salad or whatever - sometimes you just want a burger...if out at South Beach - this is place to go. It feels more spacious than Shake Shack and more conducive to slowing the evening down with friends before heading home...

The atmosphere and the employees are pros of this restaurant however the taste might be considered as one of the cons for it. It is far away from being delicious, both the meat and the fries.

This is my second time here. FACTORY. SANDWISHES are good, fries are ok, but about sauce ketchup only. No mayonnaise today. Not impressed at all

Place looked terribly unsanitary and dirty. Two large trash bins were over flowing and people were just stacking garbage on top. Chairs scattered everywhere. Utensil and ketchup area looked gross. This was on a Saturday evening around 8pm. Burger was good, like all 5 guys restaurants. I just don't think I would ever go here again due to how unclean it looked. Shake Shack on Lincoln is a far better experience.

It was 4:45am and they close at 5. They locked the door before that time. We were denied service and they didn't want my money. 1 star

Keep your receipt! Waited over 20 minutes for my burger and only got it because I showed them my bank account transaction. The burger was just waiting behind them. Otherwise food is fine.
