Five Iron Golf

This place we found on accident! Absolutely amazing! We came in on a Sunday night around 6pm and had the pleasure of the greatest staff members. Was relatively quiet as we were only 1 of a few downstairs! Boneless wings were a deal at $5 with fries and veggies sticks. Are you kidding me? $70 an hour to play, and got to watch the second half of the Seahawks game as the kiddo played. All around win! Appreciate the staff more than I can say! Need to restock the Men's medium and small gloves for purchase though!

Jordan, Tyler, Riley, and Sam are absolutely amazing. I’ve been to seven other 5 Iron locations, and never have I experienced customer service like this. These four went above and beyond in every possible way—from start to finish, they made the experience unforgettable. They didn’t just do their jobs—they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, comfortable, and having a great time. Whether it was helping with setup, offering advice, or just creating a welcoming vibe, they crushed it. I’m genuinely blown away. If every location had a crew like this, 5 Iron would be unstoppable. Massive shoutout to Jordan, Tyler, Riley, and Sam—you guys set the standard.

Caroline was awesome. She served us so well all night beyond our wildest dreams. Shit hit the fan when our boy shattered the glass locker but it was all good. Mairead (alleged manager) had our back so it was chill. End of the day it was a 10/10 would go again. Those people are legends.

Had an unreal night at Five Iron Golf with a group of friends. From the moment we walked in, the staff made the experience next-level. CK behind the bar was an absolute pro. Great energy, quick service, and dialed-in drinks all night without ever feeling rushed. Our servers, Kowalski and Chris, were on top of everything. Super attentive, friendly, and somehow always there right when we needed something, even with the place buzzing. Big shoutout to Justin for extending our bay an extra hour and making sure we could keep the night going without any stress. That kind of flexibility and customer care goes a long way and didn’t go unnoticed. Huge credit to Mairead, the GM. You can tell she runs a tight ship. Everything flowed smoothly, the staff clearly loves working there, and the whole place just had a great vibe. It felt welcoming, organized, and genuinely fun, which isn’t easy to pull off with golf bays, food, drinks, and groups all going at once. Whether you’re serious about golf or just there to hang out, Five Iron nails it. Amazing service, great atmosphere, and a staff that truly makes the experience. We’ll 100% be back.

Staff is extremely friendly and happy to help. Especially Caroline. She was delightful and practically a mind-reader when it came to what we wanted. Mairead the manager was so kind and even let us play longer than our reservation. This place makes you feel like home.

Hit Five Iron Golf with the fellas last night and the Guinness was perfect, food was great, and the sim bay was everything you could ask for in a sim. Joe and Caroline were amazing, the guys in the kitchen were fired up, and I believe a genuine flow state was reached leading to a few 380 yard drives; 10/10 we will be back. Cheers to everyone working there, y’all are the best.

The bays and simulators are top notch, can’t go wrong with Trackman. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - shoutout to Nolan, he’s the man. Good bar food at a fair price and nice selection of beers on tap. Don’t know what more you can ask for, great if you want to just practice or go with friends and hit balls while having some wings and beers. All around great place

We hosted an event at Five Iron Golf Boston today and had an amazing experience from start to finish! The space was perfect — fun atmosphere, great setup, and everything ran so smoothly. Huge shoutout to Mairead and CM for being so helpful during the event — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of (and the specialty cocktail they created was such a hit!). Also, a big thank-you to Heather for helping us coordinate everything ahead of time — communication was seamless and made planning super easy. Highly recommend hosting an event here — the staff and space make it such a great experience!

Had a great time at 5iron Golf. Top of the line simulators, free clubs to use, a bar and great food... can't ask for much more than that. The service was great and everyone was friendly, every simulator bay had couches to sit on which was perfect for hanging out drinking beers while your friends take their next shot. I have played at a handful of golf simulators and 5iron was the best experience yet. Keep up the good work, can't wait to come back.

I hope this is the right location but my boyfriend and I were walking around Boston and we saw this golf bar that we've never seen before so we checked it out. A 2 floor golf bar with mini golf, alcohol and golf simulators. We played an hour I think on the golf simulator and we both had the best time, the areas were clean and the bathrooms have great amenities in them for women

I went here as a walk in on a Friday night and was able to get a 30 minute bay reservation right away. I had a lot of fun here and the drink service was efficient as well. This is a cool place overall and I'd definitely go back for more simulated golf in the future.

I've been 6 times now. Probably zero more in the future. Have to check out other places. The premise of this place is that all of the hitting bays have a trackman and projector screen. You'll get all of the data in real time after each shot. If you have the trackman app, you can get all of the info stored on there to review. Data including distances for each club, in addition to things such as spin rate, attack angle, face angle, etc. Additionally, there's a putting green for practice. All great in theory. The reality is that the trackmans often have problems, the fraction of data that is collected often isn't transferred from the computer, the putting green is an afterthought, and the place is severely understaffed. It's just not worth the fees they charge here. Go on a weekend morning at opening and it's $40 for an hour. That's about what it's worth. Couldn't fathom paying $100/hr during peak hours. Checkout other options.

It's nice to have this spot right in the city for hitting some balls, getting some putts in or even just for hanging out/ happy hours. It's easy to order beers and food right at your bay and the service is great. It is mostly groups of guys in here but still a good vibe. If you're really looking to practice, the stock clubs are about as basic as they come. Cheap set and they don't even have every club in the bag available. Which is a bummer because it's tough to bring your own clubs to this location. Also, it's a bit pricey if you don't have a group to split the costs.
