I’m giving them all stars. I’ve been ordering here for a long time. I live on Kernan. It’s great pizza and it shows up pretty quick. It’s not “5⭐️” pizzas, it’s not New Haven, but it’s so good, esp for the price.

I always order me pizza from here at least two times a month. I always get the cheese stick with extra cheese with pepperoni and sausage and of course those cinnamon rolls are so delicious. I’ll be forgetting to take photos because the food taste so good but I’ma make sure I start uploading my five ⭐️ 🍕 bTW The service never mess from from going inside great customer servers when drivers come to my house. They’re always kind and polite. One time I soda got loved at the store. They went and got it and brought it right back. Pretty cool people who work here

Five Star pizza is my family's go-to spot for pizza. The Pie-zilla is the best price per size of pizza. My family of 5 and our neighbors come over and can comfortably eat this pizza and have enough to go around. On top of the size, they did not compromise on flavor. Pepperoni and sausage are the go to toppings for my family. 5 stars (haha) for this pizza!

This business will TEXT YOU coupon codes that don’t work. Just happened For the second time in 2 weeks, and it was the same discount wings code that they told me “didn’t exist” 2 weeks ago. This time they tell me at lunch that the new code will be useable for dinner.

Ever since I moved to FL, I have tried several pizza places & 5 star is the best in my opinion. I would only get the pizza & garlic knots because their wings aren’t crunchy enough for me but pizza is a 10/10. I prefer the St. Johns location over Plymouth’s location because of the customer service. I’ll drive further for quality every time. Enjoy!

My kids love 5 star pizza they taste way better than Papa johns, pizza hut and dominos pizza. And I also love how they handle our food with care and they wear gloves so you want get sick .... Keep up the great work guys our XL Pizza was amazing. Thank you Guys!

Absolutely delicious! From the sauce to the cheese to the crust is nothing short of PHENOMENAL!! 10/10 would highly recommend. Shout out my man Connor for cheffing up a beyond delicious pie. The customer service was on POINT. Delivery was on POINT. Pie was on POINT! 5 star pizza??? More like the whole solar system pizza! Small update after ordering with another coupon. Tried the wings this time (10 Medium), and they were good. Nothing to write home about but good for the price. Not sure how much I'll be coming back but Five Star seems to be the spot for cheap-ish eats.

I would probably say Five Star Pizza is more of a 3.5 star on Yelp. We ordered delivery from Five Star after receiving a coupon in the mail. Hubby had eaten pizza from a different Five Star location and remembered it being pretty good. I called, placed the order and within a short while our pepperoni pizza and wings were delivered. Everything looked pretty good so we dug in. The pepperoni pizza was decent. Not bad but not great. The cheese and pepperoni were good. I thought the crust was too thick and not crispy enough for me. The wings were spicy and I enjoyed the sauce but they would have been better if they were crispier. As far as a late night option or after drinking option, not bad. I probably wouldn't order from them again useless I was in a pinch.

I tried Five Star Pizza for the first time this weekend. They sent me a coupon with a scratch off and I won a free small cheese pizza and for an additional $3.99 I could get a large cheese pizza. I was heading to my friends to hang out so I called in the pizza and was told it would be roughly 20 minutes. I also ordered a 10-piece sweet and spicy wings. The food was ready when I arrived. I took the food to my friend's house and we were all impressed. The cheese pizza was solid, with a nice balance of sauce and cheese. The wings were cooked perfectly however I wasn't a fan of a sauce. Next time I will try the spicy wings as I didn't taste enough kick in the sweet and spicy sauce. Service was fast and friendly for pickup. There were a few video games and video rentals with some rock music playing in the kitchen. Nice chill vibe. I would eat here again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've had five star before and it used to be much better. We just got a large cheese and it was literally all overly chewy flavorless dough and the THINNEST layer of both sauce and cheese. The sauce was essentially non-existent and if you peel the cheese off (which was really easy) you see a bunch of holes meaning the cheese didn't even cover the pizza. Garlic knots decent. Overall I rarely regret spending money on pizza but I'm left with an overwhelming sense of regret on the wasted money spent on this god awful thing they call pizza

We had a craving for thin crush pizza, garlic bread and cheese sticks and this place did not disappoint! We devoured the pizza in seconds so I wasn't able to grab a snapshot but the cheese sticks and garlic bread is also a plus for my husband and I. We have been trying different pizza joints all over jacksonville and do think five star pizza is in our top 3 favorite pizza places! They offer delivery and the prices are fairly reasonable. The food is delicious and fresh. I highly recommend!

This place was great, until it wasn't! I ordered one of their specials a large pizza and garlic knots. When receiving the pizza it was doughy and the cheese was cold and sliding off the pizza. The garlic knots were burnt and oily! My only questions are where is your quality control? Why do you think it's okay to send out burnt food?! I'm over this place and it's a shame. I don't even dare step foot into the restaurant to see what their operation looks like.

In our often "What's for dinner?" guessing game, I said aloud, "Pizza!" knowing good and well that I wouldn't be getting a pizza, at least not a normal one. I'd seen on social media that this location had Pizza Bowls: pizza toppings without the pizza dough baked in a pie tin. Was it really worth it to enjoy it this way? I was gonna find out. I chose the Veggie Pizza Bowl (green peppers, onions, mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes) with extra black olives because it's one of my favorite pizza toppings. He got a small Deluxe pizza (pepperoni, Italian sausage, green peppers, onions, mushrooms) and placed our orders in the delivery app. Within an hour we had them. I was initially confused because we had to pizza boxes but when I opened up the smaller one there was my pizza bowl looking very delicious. We sat down on the couch and ate. He enjoyed his pizza but was only able to eat half of it. I finished my bowl. In hindsight I probably should've asked for extra cheese but I would be greedy. The ingredients were delicious and I didn't miss the pizza dough at all. I definitely get it again.

Decent food but they never get the order right. They swapped out my cinnamon rolls for garlic knots last time. This time they apparently are out of pepperoni

Gave them another chance recently and am glad I did, as I had a much better experience. Everybody has bad days. No hard feelings. I look forward to visiting again soon.

We had the large pepperoni pizza & their insanely hefty garlic knots. Their pizza reminded me of what you would get at, say, Chuck E. Cheese or a Mr.Gattis. Basically a place with an arcade. Couldn't get passed the feeling of so.. Their garlic knots, hefty and loaded with butter. Delightfully enjoyed.

Whenever I order from Five Star I know its going to be good. Their pizza, garlic rolls, pepperoni rolls all amazing.

IMPRESSED! Super yummy. Skeptical at first since the pizza place in this plaza closed before Five Star took over. I was pleasantly surprised! We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. I really really liked the cheese they use. It's different than regular mozzarella, it had more flavor. Also the garlic knots were FANTASTIC! They weren't dry, they had plenty of butter which is always a plus. Will be returning to try the wings and other sides

So if. You've never had a pepperoni roll you have to try this one. It belongs in any pizza place. The ultimate comfort pizza food. Great even at parties too.

We love this pizza place. After the first time we ordered it I said to my partner something along the lines of "well hey, they really are 5 star pizza" lol. The pizza sizes are appropriate, we've ordered small and large. The pizza is hot and fresh when delivered. I get the pepperoni, my partner only gets cheese. But the sides are what seal the deal for me. Get the garlic rolls and get the pepperoni rolls. The pizza sauce dipping sauce is perfect. The pepperoni rolls are enough for an individual meal themselves, and the garlic rolls are huge and well cooked every time! This is my new favorite pizza place.

Delicious last minute pizza delivery last night! Large pepperoni with extra cheese and with Five Star, you get the extra cheese that you pay for :) Side of mild hot wings that were very generously sized. Getting back to what we remember!!

Updating. Can't have anything delivered to you and get it even warm. Terrible quality on wings. Undercooked and no flavor. Garlic rolls are hard to mess up but when they don't have garlic sauce on them that will do it. Philly pizza is ok , again you won't get it hot or even warm unless you place an order at the store and wait. Other than that great food

Not as good as the one in Tampa. Garlic rolls were burnt, as well as the pizza crust.They forgot our soda, and no icing with the cinnamon rolls. Also later as I was eating a cinnamon roll I found a hair in my food. And it wasn't mine or anyone into the household because it was basically embedded in the cinnamon roll dough

Wish I could give them zero stars. Just had a delivery for our school and as soon as they put their order on my counter ROACHES came out everywhere!!!!! Nasty!!! Stay away not clean at all

We get pizza and wings from Five Star all the time. The pizza is great and so are wings. We have had domino's and papa John's, this pizza is it on a different level always look great and they listen to special instruction. They deliver and always within a reasonable time. Please don't pass a chance to try them you won't be disappointed.

Five Star Pizza really is 5 stars!!! Been ordering for over a year now and would have to put the in the top bracket for pizza in Jacksonville. The go to is their Philly Cheesesteak Pizza with their amazing garlic butter!! They always accommodate and will make the pizza well done for you! Will continue to be one of their best customers and you can't find a better place that is open till 11am-3am everyday!!!

Decent chain pizza served hot. The setup is delivery and takeout - there is no seating inside. Online ordering was a challenge as I couldn't order ahead more than an hour before opening. Two main things make a pizza for me and that's the crust and the sauce. This sauce was ok but nothing special - it's passable for feeding the masses but not something I'd drive out of my way for. I felt the same about the crust. Now we did order a gluten free crust and I was pleasantly surprised by this offering. I don't have gluten issues but wanted to give it a try and it was just as good as the gluten-filled pizza. According to the website this location is opened until 3:00am daily. Maybe it's because of the proximity to UNF and if that's the case, kudos to them.

If you are on a diet, I cannot recommend this place. But, if you aren't or like to cheat on your diet, I definitely advise you to check out five star pizza. We have ordered from here twice as of today and ordered the same thing both times and both times the food was hot, fresh, consistent, and delivered if a jiffy. Both times we ordered their special that includes a large one topping pizza, 10 wings, and garlic knots with marinara for $22.99 which is a steal in my opinion. Especially since the food is pretty good. The pizza has real cheese, fresh ingredients, and a dough that is better than all the other pizza chains. Their pepperoni is a tad spicy, just the way I like it. Their hot wings are hot and and the best part is that they ask you how you want them cooked. This is a huge deal for me because I like my wings extra crispy, no exceptions. Now, onto their garlic knots. They are the best is the biz. Extra buttery, extra garlicky, with plenty of herbs. The marinara that comes with them is pretty good too. Overall, five star pizza puts out some good chain pizza and sides for a great price and I will continue to order from them if they stay consistent.

When you hear five star your expect a lot to come from an establishment quite like this one well those expectations were quite met from the pizza to the dessert I find quite exquisite. They also provided a free magnet and coupons which I find quite unique and this is what I find very different from other pizza establishments.

I love their pizza. I crave it. the sauce is great the crust is great the cheese is great. They're the closest to pizza from New England

FIVE STAR PIZZA ON ST.John's bluff in Jacksonville Florida is the best pizza establishment I have had in many years .. . They also have great specials and always have new specials. The pizza is great the pizza rolls are amazing they come four in a order due to they are about have the size but works perfect for multiple meals or multiple people eating .. There cheese bread is great and priced good . My son loves there wings and garlic rolls o and don't forget the cinnamon rolls so good . They have multiple locations and more being added all the time. The hours are the best given I am a night person and I just got home from there picking a order up . With it being. So late (or early lol) can't find many places open at this hour. But they are. Love it . If you haven't had before you must try .. yummy Deluxe Pizza,wings rolls etc everything is amazing

Ordered for Delivery. Pizza was great. However they forgot my 2 liter soda I ordered. I wouldn't have been bothered if I wasn't pregnant but I was craving soda:/ smh ruined my night. Thanks Three Star pizza!! -_-

Got a coupon for a free pizza from here. It was pretty good, but the breading is pretty tough. Standard pizza I guess. Really nice customer service though.

I never thought my favorite pizza would have no meat on it Then my girlfriend turned me onto their pizza with just tomatoes and peppers and extra cheese and it was so good that we have been doing it about once a week. That Was not even the icing on the cake literally the icing on the cinnamon rolls are fantastic wrap them up and eat them for breakfast the next day or eat it for dessert that night Yum

Since I discovered that Five Star Pizza was so close to my house I've been coming here regularly. I haven't been disappointed yet. I love their pizza crust and the garlic rolls. I was getting the mail flyers all the time and kept ignoring them, I just wish I would have come here sooner.

For a pizza joint the wings were pretty good !!! I got the garlic parm and they were yummy. I got the deluxe pizza and that too, is good. Thank you guys!

This is good cheap pizza on the go. Good flavor, nice crust, and bites well. If you are still going to the pizza chains with tv commercials, give this a shot instead.

Bad service. They delivered the wrong order. I showed proof that the ordered placed was different than what was delivered. Upon calling to rectify, they blamed it on grub hub and said they couldn't do anything about it. They provided zero assistance in correcting the order, didn't want to refund either, and then when I tried calling again they kept picking up and hanging up on the spot, horrible service and even worse that they won't acknowledge their own mistake or try to correct it.

Five start offers fast and efficient service. Their garlic rolls are the bomb and the garlic parm wings are finger licking good. I'm not huge on pizza but I definitely enjoyed the pizza my sister ordered as well. Everything was great!

I am so happy they built a location near me! Five star pizza has way better pizza than most of the local pizza chains. Their garlic knots are the bomb! I have eaten here several times and haven't had anything that I didn't like. They have super late delivery,which is nice also. I encourage you to give them a try if you haven't.

Speaking from a delivery driver standpoint , I really love this place . The staff is always kind and working with urgency . They are as efficient as can be , especially considering they are the ONLY pizza place open until 3 am . I really just want to thank them for always being consistent , and I know my customers appreciate it as well.

Idk where to begin...let's start by the name...can we change it to match your yelp rating?? Highly disappointed after a very satisfying first try...second try it's like y'all just gave up hope...super excited to get this pizza and rolls for the draft day shenanigans we embarked on...it is like Jags fans drooling over QB Trevor Lawrence...like top notch boner excited...my buddy, GoFor, made the now dreaded phone call...he explained not 1...not 2...but 4x we wanted thin crust Chicken bacon ranch Large pizza with half side added onions...and two orders of these "fire" pepperoni rolls...the wait for it was short since they basically didn't cook the pizza or pizza rolls...ever eat pizza dough with toppings?? During this wait though we were "entertained" by perhaps the worst pregame musicians alive and a horrible rendering of our beloved National Anthem. Seriously the Draft is in Cleveland, you couldn't book MGK and Kid Cudi?? I digress though...maybe it's the yeast that we consumed that makes me...ohhh shiny quarter...wait...pizza rolls right? Trash. We got a regular hand tossed pizza... however comma they did manage to get the onions on half the pizza hence the 1 star...back to the pizza... apparently thin crust means regular...do y'all have a special name for thin crust? Skinny crust maybe? As a matter of fact as i type this in the morning to start my dreaded day (only to be blessed by the sight of my beautiful girlfriend later on) I'm "baking" my pizza in my toaster oven and just noticed that the temp was set to "off"...kinda like how y'all delivered our order... Anywho...Bears selected Justin Fields and I'm super excited for it...i just hope I can stay off the can(this is on you 5 "star" pizza) to actually watch him play... Pros: Huge pizzas, fast & affordable Cons: Hairy millennials working behind the counter without any hair nets & just a pair of clear gloves. Over the past few months the shop has been opened I've seen more 'kids' working in and out of there. They're nice, just wished they'd have safer sanitary conditions.

Truly the best and fastest delivered pizza you can get. It's very similar to New York style, and it's still burning hot when delivered. They should expand their delivery a few miles (in between Gate and Baymeadows) there's a lot of students, condos, and million dollar homes in gated communities that would love to take advantage of this. Although, I'll have to say, they'll usually make an exception and deliver. So, I'll compensate the driver for his time and their exceptional customer service for delivering.

the left over pizza still has cheese pulls when reheated in the microwave... and that's how you know this place has fire pizza

boiiii them pizza slices are thick and there's plenty to go around for real! i love how they're not too greasy or salty and it fills you up. when I bite into a slice I feel like I just saw Jesus and I'm sitting at the dinner table beside hun at the last supper!!!

This place is DISGUSTING! Just watched the people in the back making the pizza. Answered the phone without rewashing their hands. Zero use of gloves for any food handling. Saw one guy have the dough draped over his hairy arm. No hair nets, etc. Have fun with hair and grime all in your pizza

5 star all day. I placed an order through yelp (Grubhub) last night. I noticed that there wasn't an option to add mushrooms to one of the pizzas I ordered so I put it in the notes. I figured they were an additional charge and my wife basically told me if mushrooms weren't on her pizza I might not wake up in the morning. So I called and spoke to a fine young man and asked him if he could just ring me up a separate ticket and I could pay for the difference in cost. He explained to me that he couldn't do that but he would definitely add the mushrooms to the pizza for me. Good sir you saved my life last night and have forever earned my business. Don't know your name but thank you bud. The pizza mind you was amazing. Hot but not too hot where everything falls off the pizza. Crust was perfect 1 bite pizza challenge review knocked it out of the park with a solid 9.2. One bite everyone knows the rules.
