FIVE x 5

SCAM ALERT: Do not give these guys your credit card info! We signed up for Five x 5 Solution's grossly overpriced "Distill x5" management software and were told told that we would not be billed until we had completed the onboarding process. The COVID 19 pandemic hit shortly after that and needless to say we were a little preoccupied with making hand sanitizer that we were donating to frontline workers. It wasn't until 6 months later that we realized that these guys had been charging our credit card every month for an app that they knew fully well we weren't using. They refused to give us any sort of refund and it was clear that they did not value our patronage, so when our contract was about to expire we told them we would NOT be continuing with their services. The following month we saw ANOTHER charge on our credit card, which now amounts to credit card fraud. We requested a refund as we have no contract to bind us to any further payments, however they denied the refund. We will be contact our credit card company to reverse the payment and report this company for fraudulent charges. I highly recommend staying far away from FIVE x 5 Solutions!
