Beautiful store, super friendly service. I came looking for Veja shoes, and they were helpful in finding the perfect pair. The store clerk must have known how the sizes of the shoes run as well, because they gave me a size down and they fit so perfectly that I didn't notice until I looked at the box after the purchase! Overall an easy and delightful shopping experience.

Interesting mix of items. Not too hip for uptown but then what is? I liked a few things and even bought a dress. Be prepared, this is not for the inexpensive shopper. I also like Kirna Zabete in Soho and Pilgrim on the Lower East Side. Both complete my downtown and uptown girl vibes. The sales staff was very helpful and it was a good experience, but I found the selection missing a few things. Maybe they like to keep it very well edited. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Beautiful selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories. Mix of brands you’ll find at a dept stores as well as lesser known designers. The shoe selection is particularly good stuff. Really well curated. Staff very helpful

As one of the previous reviewers said, it’s been 2 weeks since they told me that they’ve issued a refund and I am still waiting. Placed an order through PayPal and they confirmed that Fivestory actually issued a refund just a few days ago, not 2 weeks ago as they told me. I was expecting more from the store on Madison Avenue. Never again.

Returned purse the same day I received it. Was told 7-10 days for refund, it has been over 15 days, with multiple emails to the company, with no response. It seems that this is their normal, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will report them to BBB, shady company, I've NEVER had any retailer take this long for a freagin REFUND. Stay away!!! I ahd to give one star, but should negative 00.
