Okay the vibe here is so cute! I’ve never been here before but the bar manager Jesse so nice and welcoming. I told all my friends to go here next time. The music reminds me of the gay bars but cleaner and nicer and more chill. It’s like a hidden gem in Plano. But the decor has a sleek retro mod type to it. The drinks are so good and great prices. I can’t wait to go here again

had a great experience! the staff were very personable. we went at 6pm on a Thursday and it was pretty empty and we liked that. i asked for a drink with barbie attributes and they DELIVERED! the food was great as well. the spinach dip specifically smacked. we also happened to come on a thursday which is the day where drinks are half off!

HANDS DOWN ,the best happy hour in the DFW. 1/2 off drinks 5-7pm and the coolest, most comfy decor in Texas!! Hailey was our server and not only was he great, but ‘the most entertaining’ server you’re going to have 😂. One of the owners, Frankie, was checking up on folks and made us feel welcomed. They had some great drinks too, Woodford old fashion, whiskey sour, and Long Island’s were all hitting! J was behind the bar pouring his soul into those drinks 🍹 😎🙏🏽 And this was a Monday!! 10/10 will be back anytime I’m in Plano, Tx.

I found this place when looking for a nice lounge to celebrate my friend's birthday. I wanted to find a place with a laid-back vibe, nice cocktails and menu as well as good music and this place absolutely fit the bill. I came as soon as they opened to enjoy happy hour and while there were plenty of people at the bar, the seating area was pretty empty so the host allowed me to pick my seat. As eccentric as some of the chairs looked they ended up being SUPER comfortable. The also have an outside patio with tons of seating and it's own bar. I would have loved to sit out there, but it was one of our 100 degree summer days so that is going to have to wait for next time. I got there before my friend and told our server, Dominick, what we were celebrating. He asked her name and as soon as my friend arrived our server gave her a personal "Happy Birthday" greeting. Our first round of drinks was It Is What It Is and Paper Plane. We enjoyed them both, but my friend was looking for something particular and after asking our server a few questions about their liquor options, the bartender, Jesse, came out and sat at our table to figure out what we were looking for. After describing different things, the bartender went back and made something special for us. It was AMAZING and we named it the Badass. It's not on the menu yet, but if you ask for it he will hook you up. It's rum based and a nice balance of sweet and strong with a fruity flavor. We ordered more than one - obviously...lol. We also got the charcuterie board which was perfect and they even allowed us to pack up the leftovers to take home which was extremely surprising. We didn't stay long enough for the live music to start but I'll be back to enjoy that one day soon. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service, atmosphere, food and drinks.

i came here with 13 of my friends on 7/16 for a part of my birthday celebration. i had never been before - i had just stumbled upon it online, saw great reviews, loved the pictures and was interested in the menu - so i decided to book a reservation about a month in advance for my get together to try it out. the booking process was smooth to begin with. when we arrived, they had reserved tables for us in our own little section which was awesome. we received service fast as guests arrived, everyone enjoyed their drinks, the charcuterie board is just as huge as the picture (was a HIT and a great group food option), they had a wonderful woman come by promoting her own vodka and gave us two free samples for all of us as we were there (Neft Vodka is the name - a new fave of ours!) — they even put my birthday cake in their fridge until it was time for it. just so courteous and friendly! we were there from 5:30-7:30 so also while happy hour was going on so everyone was very pleased with pricing. all i can say is: i had several (3-4) different people in my group ask how i found Fizz, talked about how great the ambience is & how it’s just a super cool place! i definetely recommend Fizz to others and will be back in the future!:) thank you guys for making my 23rd birthday special!

So I realize that they were busy with a private party, so after having sought out an employee who was willing to take the time to give me some direction, I was told by a server that we could be seated anywhere on the patio (100 degrees) and she would be happy to take care of us. We chose a soft cushioned settee and started taking in the “vibe” the music was a little overbearing for a Thursday evening, and they could have used some misters but overall the atmosphere was nice. Our server presented a menu (not many food choices) when she seated us and told us she would bring us some water while we looked over the menu. After about five minutes no one ever returned. We felt totally invisible and with the heat being unbearable and that loud base beat of the music. We left. Not sure which Miami vibe they are going for but I lived there for a while and….. nope.

We had one hour to kill before a movie and decided to have some drinks at FIZZ. It was raining dogs and cats. With staffs help to lend us an umbrella, we were able to unload our wheelchair to get inside without getting rained on. Thank you! We ordered two rounds of drinks while enjoying the fun atmosphere. Adored their colorful decor and neon ambient lighting. Our server Bonnie was cordial and service efficient. Her genuine smile was contiguous, made us feel welcome and relaxed. Will definitely return to try their food. Highly recommend.

This is a great new bar that serves champagne, wine and craft cocktails along with small bites plates and shareables. Great ambience and a fantastic patio! Order the hearts of romaine appetizer! If you have drinks before going to watch a movie they will drop you off at the theater in their convenient street legal golf cart transport. Try it, You know you'll like it!

This super fun flavored cocktail extravaganza is politely tucked away in the midst of all the restaurant madness here off Parker and the tollway!! Don't sleep on this place! The manager Logan will whip up pretty much ANYTHING that is going to float your boat! It's not only going to be picture-worthy but it's going to rock your tastebuds in the best kinds of ways :) it's different when someone creates your requests with love, ya know?? It's obvious he loves what he does and appreciates every single guest that walks through the doors!! Hailey, the server, is going to make you smile and feel welcome as soon as he greets you! And he's GOING to greet everyone! He not only is familiar with the menu, personable to all walks of life, but is just so damn kind!!! It's not as often as it should be that you find yourself in awe of the hospitality from any level of service industry staff but, Hailey is going to be that man for you! The food menu is finding its groove with the perfect bites to pair with their delectable drinks, but just know everything is worth the try! Remember, they're making everything for you with love! Fizz is such a cute bar! It's nestled in a strip mall near Cinemark West Plano Movie Theater. I've been here twice for drinks, most recently last night. We received complimentary housemate potatoes chips, which were great and a nice touch. Last night I had the Banana Rum Old Fashioned which was ok. My friend and I both thought that they had more rum than bourbon which kind of threw off the flavor balance. We then both got Manhattan cocktails, which were really good and strong drinks, but lacked sweet vermouth. Still, we weren't complaining because they were very good, especially after we asked for a dash of the banana liquor to be added. PERFECTION! Fizz is really bright and fun and the ambiance is really nice. There's always a lot of seating. I'll have to try the food options one day. My only small gripe about Fizz is the music. I wish that the music had more of a mix of house, r&b, hip hop, and pop, rather than all house/techno, but I accept that that's the vibe the owners like. This is a great low-key, cute spot for a drink where the vibe and ambiance are fun and cute, and the prices aren't bad. I'll be back!

Remarkable gem in Plano... great bar, great food, great service! Ambiance is really cool and DJ plays good mix of music.

Such a wonderful night here. The drinks were perfectly crafted and delicious. We got some small bites. The fried pickles were super crispy and the spinach dip was warm & cheesey. The music was awesome! It was a great variety perfect for a family gathering to connect and enjoy great drinks. Our bartender was super nice and knowledgeable they also worked as a team to check in on us & make sure we were taken care of. Looking forward to enjoying more nights at FIZZ.

Ambiance was nice but the kitchen didn't open until 4pm...on a Sunday, what about brunch! The food on the pics looked good but that did nothing for my hunger. Maybe next time.

I arrived at Fizz on a Sunday afternoon after leaving brunch. The first thing I noticed was the bright decor inside and outside. I love it! The second thing I noticed was the steep pricing on the drinks and bottles of wine. This economy is no joke. lol I didn't get a good feel for the vibe, as we were the only patrons in the establishment. After sipping on a glass of wine on the covered patio, two other parties arrived. This place is super cute and the staff is friendly. Based on the other reviews, I will have to return on a Saturday night to check out the vibe when they actually have a crowd. I might return next Saturday and order a couple bottles of wine (which is cheaper than purchasing by the glass), so that I can update this review. It's definitely worth checking out.

This was my second time visiting this spot. It's such a cute vibe with great service and food.

Another win in finding a new restaurant on yelp. on a business trip to Dallas, my boss and I wanted to celebrate with drinks at a local bar. I found this place that she has never been too. We were pleasantly surprised with this place. The bartender was such a cheerful, wonderful person with such a fun personality. I was so intrigued with the bar lighting up with different colors. The ambience in this restaurant was absolutely incredible. It was so much fun with the colors and detail that would make you want to come back and take more photos. We shared a meat and cheeseboard with a side of fried pickles. The fun drink recipes definitely had us thinking on which one to pick. We both picked a different drink and shared it between us so we got a little bit of both. Overall, this was such a fun experience and I will definitely keep this in mind next time I'm in Dallas.

Just wanted to update someone's review, because as of January 2025, they serve food on Monday & Tuesday after 3:00pm. So Happy Hour with food is available.

Talk about Miami vibes! I was extremely pleased with the food and incredible service at Fizz. Me and a friend went there not long ago on a Saturday night and tried beverages and all the snacks. Get the mac and cheese balls app to share. They are yummy with shaved parm on top! Goat cheese and pepper jelly with crackers for the cheese overload. I'll be getting a full dinner next time! Also very much enjoyed jamming out to 90s r&b. A much needed addition to this part of town! I'll be back and can't wait to bring more friends.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a place for ladies night last minute. Tonight we found the perfect place! The Fizz has everything you could want in a great happy hour spot! Great music! Great food! Great drinks! Lots of drinks to choose from! To top things off Thursday nights are ladies night! I hope you love this place as much as we do! Make sure to ask for Jojo! She was terrific!

A friend and I came here on a Friday night and it was such a chill yet upbeat vibe. The lounge is located in a very nice walkable area with plenty of seating and fun lights. It's great for a night out or date night. The service was great and they even gave us chips on the house. Drinks were tasty, large, and fairly priced. Would recommend!

Excellent service, drinks & food! Can't recommend this hidden gem enough. Had the Strawberry Fizz. So yummy. Had the Bacon Ranch Flatbread! Spinach dip was so good and had the most amazing chips. Seriously not greasy, so flakey and crisp.

What a fun and funky place! I'm an 80s baby so I love the retro vibes and lights. Fizz actually offers coffee service then switches things up and turns into a lounge in the evenings. I've only been for drinks and light bites, but each visit has been awesome! The service is excellent and everyone treats you like one of the cool kids. They have a great variety of cocktails, champagne, and other spirits. Come on Wednesdays for half off drinks and 80s music (plus throwback music videos!) We ordered the small charcuterie board, which was huge! The buffalo chicken deviled eggs...I could devour them myself! And the port cheese dip was yummy. This is one happenin' spot!

The hottest coffee shop in town. I think they stop serving at 4pm for coffee, just around the time for happy hour. I practically got the whole space to myself, so theres PLENTY of room for everyone to go in the morning and chat and hang out. The owners are friendly and I got my coffee in a timely manner. Def one of the better coffees out there , plus the sick interior warrants a redo when I am back in town.

Fun place to have drinks! The flatbread was great. And the service was excellent. Atmosphere was cool.

we loved the vibes here!! the music was fun and not just like boring EDM. songs we could sing along to and have fun. we unintentionally went on an lgbt+ night & loved that they host an inclusive safe space! the drinks were also nice and all of the staff were lovely! excited to go again

Love, love, love this place! Stopped by on a friday for a drink and found out their happy hour is from 4 until 7!! What a deal!! We had a couple of drinks and cheese and crackers with fresh fruit! So good!! The specialty drinks were delicious. Jesse, the bartender, was the best! Great service and great conversation!! It was a nice, relaxing place to have a cocktail and appetizer! Great music, not too loud, so you can have great conversations. It's a great place to relax and chill!! The restrooms were nice and clean. There's street parking right out front. We got an excellent parking spot. We will be back!!

This is the cutest place! I wandered over here while waiting for a movie, and fell in love. This place is such a vibe. Even on a quiet Thursday night, there is a DJ and friendly staff. I am excited to come back and get to know this place a little better. I just know if I bring a couple of friends, we will be tearing up the dance floor (yes, a scary thought). P.S Great drinks that are reasonably priced are hard to come by in this area. I'm taking full advantage of Fizz's prices and quality

This place is cute. The drinks were strong unique. Ok since we are all dealing with inflation, order and individual cheese and meat board vs the more expensive boards with ads ons. Mine was really good and reasonably priced. This place is cool however they need more happy hour deals.

This restaurant has a creative design with colorful furniture. Great for brunch or date night. Dogs are allowed only in the patio but I was offered a water bowl for the dog which was nice. The food is served in shareable portions. The water seems to have a cool cucumber taste to it. They also have events that makes the place more interactive and lively with music.

Oh my gosh, if you've not been to Fizz, you are missing out! I recently hosted a Happy Hour for a large group of friends on the patio. The decor itself is conducive to having fun, and when you top that off with outstanding service, great food (the homemade potato chips are awesome), and an extremely gracious host, you've hit the jackpot for a fun night out for everyone!! Thank you, Frankie, for taking such good care of us throughout the night and your gracious hospitality! We will definitely be back!

This place was EVERYTHING!! The decor was insane, the owner was there and he and his staff were so nice, and there was even a woman playing electric violin! It was basically empty when we got there which was on a Saturday night at 11:30 ish PM, but it was so unfortunate because there was so much space and it had such an amazing vibe! Also the drinks were so delicious and had so many flavor dimensions it was inside. Whenever I'm back in Plano I'll definitely be coming back here!

Lovely fresh concept. I love the ambiance. It feels fun and interesting. Came in for an espresso martini and the bartender Shelby crushed it. Everything I wanted and more. Then tried a gossip girl and it blew me away! Everyone is so friendly! I could definitely see myself being a regular here.

Love Fizz, drove from Keller and it was worth it. Frankie and his wait staff are so friendly and attentive. I felt like family. The food is amazing, shrimp cocktail delish. Decor is cozy. Live music was so good. You will not be disappointed. Can't wait to go back.

OMG why I have missed this place! I am in love! We came in for National Expresso Martini Day and what a delight the best martini ever! Shelby was amazing! The vibe is Miami cool - love the music the ambience and the energy! This is my new favorite place! Come! DJ and live music! What a find! Amazing!

Fizz is a new secret. Incredible ambience and great music. Go when Leon Ziligson is playing. He's a trained concert pianist but can and will play anything you've ever heard. I always insist he plays a classical piece for me to show off his talents. He is also the best piano tuner in DFW. He tunes all of the pianos for almost every orchestra from Bass Hall to the Meyerson. If you go tell him Chris Hoover sent you and he will steal your heart. Go Leon! He introduced me to Fizz.

Didn't know about this place until I started the seeing the advertisements for Monday Castro Nights. Went yesterday after work for drinks and dinner so it was more Castro Evenings for me. Great ambiance and service. Even better was the food and the prices. Had a great Cuban sandwich with what had to been one of the best side salad presentations that I've ever had. My friend had a flatbread that was HUGE. Can't wait for it to cool down to experience what looks to be an amazing patio.

I love this place. It's such a vibe! Great drinks staff is super sweet and nice I have met the owner a couple times he will be in there helping us making sure we're taking care of. I got assisted by a new guy today named Haylee I believe he was super sweet guy who made sure our table was clean and that are drinks were refilled! And then told me it was his first night!!!! Great job Haylee!!!!

This place just make me sad. I live across from there and the music always so loud so I go sometime but its for only few old people and no one there knows anything about gin or whiskey or wine but they charge such high price. You have to wait very long for simple simple food that is high price also. In the morning when I walk the dog the coffee boy is all alone and I take a break and I look and it is very dirty and smell like sewer and the coffee it is nothing. When I take a friend there they say I do not want to go back there. Some of the workers are OK but they are earning very small tips money for this is bad place for customers.

We went to this bar after dinner on a Saturday night. The bar has a great vibe and wonderful drinks. It's the first bar I've seen that offers a Last Word on the menu. You should try it!! My husband had a great scotch. We met Frank, one of the owners, who really made us feel welcome and had a great conversation about New York City. The seating is really comfortable and has a chill vibe. Overall a great evening.

We got spinach dip as appetizer. It was not that great. They don't have much vegetarian options. The drinks were ok. The ambiance was good. It's a different decor than standard. The service was good.

Went there last night. They just opened on Mondays and Tuesdays as of 5/1/24, and only serve drinks no food. But the bartender was still kind enough to bring chips out to go with our drinks which were excellent. And I was able to recover my sunglasses the next after leaving them behind. Definitely wanna go back - service was top notch along with the ambiance.

How do I begin to share and tell you just how classy, chill and amazing my experiences at Fizz lounge have been? The ambiance at Fizz lounge is awesome; it's not hard to tell how management (Frank the manager, cool dude) has put careful thought into creating a classy, laid back, somewhat romantic and soulful vibe in the decor, lighting and live entertainment choices (don't get me started, they are awesome!). Staff? They are attentive, friendly and have a great, versatile sense of humor. I moved out to Plano 3 weeks ago and this is the ONE spot where I ABSOLUTELY feel at home. Did I mention Ladies night on Thursdays? I will be having my birthday party here. Don't overthink it, you can thank me later

We have been twice and enjoyed our experience both times. If the prices on bottles of wine/champagne we're a little lower we would come more often. The food prices are very reasonable however. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Keep meaning to try the coffee bar in the morning.

Horrible service. Advertised bottomless mimosas but charges $2 for refills. How is that bottomless? Brunch menu was very small and the fruit tray was awful! Everything tasted like onions. Only thing that was fun was the drag show.

Bad odor as you walk in. 6:00 pm on a Thursday. Very loud club music playing. Cannot have a decent conversation with anyone. Drink prices outrageously high. Service mediocre. Hope they get all worked out.

1st time visit, quick stop for a latte. Seems like it could be a cool spot, live music on the weekends sometimes, and a bar. A subsequent review after the next visit.

Weird looking place, good food, great drinks, phenomenal wine list, awful servers except Jessie is the best mixologist we ever seen and the music is so loud you have to yell to hear each other.

Good place to pop in for a quick drink, but only during happy hour because the regular pricing is really high. Sadly there was no Sauvignon Blanc offered by the glass, but their Tequila section was decent. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere felt a little off...like a retro attempt to a diner, but it is supposed to be more like a night club. Wasn't crowded by numbers yet, but felt a little cramped because of the furniture layout. We sat at the bar and the light up bar top made it difficult to read the menu. The shrimp appetizer was good and the shrimp were huge. However, whatever that shrimp ate before it was cooked was also huge and they were not deveined properly before it arrived on our plates. We had to clean it ourselves. Would be interested in trying their to go coffee bar one morning. Think the patio seating may have also been a more laid back setting, but opted for inside because of the heat.
