Flame Burger Plus

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger from this place yesterday for the first time. The taste was excellent! And, having enough meat on your burger is refreshing. They used a flame broiler to cook the burger and the taste was very good, and the mixture of everything they put on it was perfect. The service was good. They were busy, but I did get taken care of. It's kind of a "hole in the wall" place but I would far rather go there again than any other burger place that I know of because of the taste. Anyway, that was my experience. Summary at the top: Their Sourdough Bacon Cheeseburger is something I’d get once a week if I needed a fix. The crinkle cut fries are solid, just enough salt on them. The portions were way more than I expected also. They took a bit longer than they estimated (10 min estimated, 15 min total) but it was well worth the wait and the reason they took a bit longer was because they were busy, completely acceptable. The crew there looked like they supported each other well enough, and the cashier was helping the cook whenever needed. Solid choice for a burger. I will be coming back for the rest of the menu.

This joint has excellent 👌🏼 food! The people that work here are very friendly and get everything right!! Their sourdough burger is yummy 😋 so is everything else from fish to chicken and different burgers to the Philly! Try them.....you won't be disappointed.

The one star is for the fries only. We ordered salmon and chip and cod and chips and they we very small and skimpy. I didn't know their mushroom and Swiss burger came with Lettuce, tomato and ketchup! What in the world! Bun was soggy from the tomato and ketchup and I even tried to salvage the meat patty but it was too salty! A big NO for me. I will not return and I won't miss it. Used to be good before covid hit. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning and the oil they were using was very dark. No thank you.

I usually get the Philly cheese steak sandwiches when I come here. The food has always been consistent and their other items are good as well. Customer service is great and never had to wait long for the food every time I’ve been here. Nice hidden gem in Federal Way. Unfortunately, no pics of food because we eat it as soon as I bring it home. Maybe next time.

The service was great. Nice people who greeted us warmly. I ordered a 1/4lb combo and found the flame grilled thin patty to be very dry and overcooked. The lettuce, onions, pickles and tomato were fresh and flavorful. The French fries were really crispy while others were golden. I didn’t understand how a batch of deep fried potatoes could vary in color so much. We will not be back.

New favorite burger spot in the state. Killer, fresh food and milkshakes. Inexpensive. Tons of options. And they were playing absolute bangers.
