My birthday party was perfect! The dishes, the mise-en-place, the vibe, the wine & the cocktails... and Alessandra (our waitress) who made sure we had a wonderful evening at Flamel restaurant. Also, thankful for the bartender who took care of us at until past midnight. Couldn't recommend a better restaurant in Lugano! Thank you, Flamel! P.S. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely wonderful restaurant! The food and service in the evening are always excellent – everything is prepared with great care and attention to detail. The cocktails are extraordinary. 🍸 A special highlight is the seasonal Sunday brunch: it truly leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully presented dishes, a wide and creative selection, and top-quality ingredients throughout. The staff are simply outstanding – genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. You feel so well looked after every single time. It’s one of those places you keep coming back to again and again, because it just feels right. Highly recommended in every way! 🌿✨

The cocktails and food were really good. The pumpkin soup was heartwarming and flavorful with nice texture from the pumpkin seeds. The manzo dish was out of this world; so tender and flavorful! The pasta dish with shrimp was good but was on the heavier side and needed extra flavor to cut through the fat. Our waiter Gianluca was very knowledgeable of the menu and each plate. He was very attentive and served us efficiently even though he was serving many other tables without help. It was an enjoyable experience. Thank you Gianluca!

It was an amazing experience, it's my third time here, the galletto is always great as well as the papardelle. Davide has been of great support and provided an amazing service. Will definitely come back and strongly recommend.

We took the surprise menu paired with Mixology. It was new to us to have a tasting menu paired with cocktails but it is such a brillant idea. So with every course you have a double explosion of flavours on your tongue, from the food and the drink which are very thoughtfully paired together.

We came for brunch at women’s day. Great place, food and services! They focus on sustainable business and food, by having their own veggie garden, buying from local shops, etc. We’ll come back for sure

Our stay at Dante Hotel in Lugano was fantastic. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. We asked Mirko and Arber for ginger tea—two cups because we had sour throat and they helped us right away. We’re really happy with our stay here!

A favorite spot in Lugano just for cappuccino or chai-latte, a drink, breakfast brunch or dinner. Always superb. From culinary experience to friendliness and professionalism of any one at Flamel. My Poodle knows how to get to Flamel from any spot around Lugano center. She knows only the best! Not to be missed when you are in Lugano ❤️
