The Flaner is an excellent hotel. Exceptional location. Quiet area but just a few steps to the happening places. The rooms are big and furniture is new. All the staff are amazing, courteous, friendly and ready to help and guide. Special mention for Ms. Magdalena, Ms. Alina and Mr. Derek but all the people though I don't know their names. The staff at the restaurant were very good. It's the perfect place to stay. Thank everyone for our stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Right from the onset of booking the hotel room, they were quick to reply my queries. Lena and Micai, were very helpful and helped me a lot with my special request. Service was efficient and friendly, breakfast was really good with a wide spread, room was very comfortable and spacious for 2 person. Location was also fabulous. Situated near historical sights with loads of cafes nearby. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, I had such a lovely stay here.¹

The hotel is elegant, beautiful, and of excellent quality. The rooms are modern, well-equipped, and cozy, providing all the comfort needed for a relaxing stay. The service is top-notch, always attentive and professional. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast offers sufficient variety with very good quality. The location is perfect, right in the historic city center, with quick access to numerous restaurants and points of interest. An ideal choice for those looking to visit the city either on a short trip or in greater detail over several days.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location itself is perfect if you are looking for something to stay in city center and reach various restaurants and places by foot. Also, the interior and overall quality of the room was super nice and comfortable, I loved the bathroom because of the window and all natural lightning, good to see a nice cosmetics. The bed was super comfortable. I would like to come back to this hotel for a romantic getaway.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect – right in the center, with easy access from both the airport and the train station. The hotel’s style is amazing, it smells nice, and there’s an elevator. Our room was very clean and beautiful, with a comfortable bed and soft sheets. The room and bathroom were bright with large windows. Breakfast was tasty. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very friendly. The only tiny downside was some street noise. Our windows faced the courtyard, and it sometimes felt like there was a humming sound. Still, I would definitely rate it 5 out of 5. Thank you!

Brand new, tastefully designed independent hotel with comfortable rooms, great service, and 5-star location next to the Nicolaus Copernicus Monument. Most notable is their friendly front staff, use of luxury bedding, oversized rain shower and softened water system. Overall nice boutique hotel in the heart of Śródmieście district. I’ve stayed in Warsaw over a dozen times and I will definitely choose Flaner again.

We stayed at this very centrally located 4-star hotel for 3 nights during the conference at the University of Warsaw, which is just steps away from the hotel. Location is great as it allows easy access to ewverything, inclusing the metro. Upon check in we were unlucky to get very novice front desk agent who struggled with our check in and allocated us the room 103, which is, as it turned out, one of the worst rooms in the hotel, despite our Diamond membership with their loyallty programme, which was totally ignored. Room 103 is next to the construction, which was noisy affair from 8am to 6pm every single day (no notice on the webpage!), and also during the night as sound insulation is non-existent and I was awaken multiple times when loud groups walked by in the middle of the night. Room was on the smaller size, but still nice enough, modern, clean, bed quality a bit too soft for my personal taste, breakfast was also quite good. Wi-fi fast and worked with no problem.

Everything was impeccable. The service is great, the rooms are very nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and polite, and the dark but elegant outlook of the hotel is just splendid! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we would recommend it to anyone! The breakfast alao deserves a shout, it is top notch!
