Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill

First time here and it didn’t disappoint at all. Baby back ribs were stupidly delicious, tender, juicy, bbq sauce was delicious, the baked potato was really good too. Our server was this girl which name I don’t remember but she was super attentive, she came at least 2 times before the food made it to the table and at least 2 more while we were at it, and she always smiled and had great attitude overall. The host guy was a little weird he spoke so fast that we didn’t even know what he said, we just followed him to the booth and then he started to say some gibberish for a while and asked if we had any questions, obviously we said no. Great experience, great place and great food!

Been coming here for a long time. As of late this location is receiving some hate from some other patrons. I’ve never had an issue with any employee or any of the managers. I have however seen, Sloppy drunks come and see them get upset when the bartenders do their jobs and not over serve them. It’s negligent and childish to leave negative reviews about a location or their workers when things don’t go your way. I highly suggest that you come on down and make your own assumptions about the employees and their location.

Usually when I go to Flanigans I have a great experience, the food is usually always great and the service is usually on point but today must’ve been short staffed or something because I was being served by a waitress named Nikki or Nicole, she seems like she’s a stud based off her appearance and I can tell she was very busy because she was all over the place but she made a couple mistakes even though I’ve mentioned certain things a couple time. For example, I asked for a coconut Joe marg and ended up getting a traditional marg. I asked if there were any specials for drinks, she told me no but when I saw the drink menu, there were specials for shots and martinis. I guess she wasn’t in a helpful mood. Then our food came, it was good. I asked for To Go plates, I put half of our food in the To Go and I was missing the wings, I told her I was going to pack the wings and she said okay and still ended up taking our plate of wings so she had to get me new ones. I appreciate that but she should’ve been paying attention. Then my ice tea was watered down. I told another waiter and he got me a refill and it was still watered down. I specifically asked for the night owl cookie to be warmed up. I asked twice. She told me she was certain it comes warm, it was neither warm or cold, it was room temp. I was disappointed after asking twice. Anyway, my point is, if you can’t work under pressure, don’t work in a fast paced environment. The food was still good, not as great as usual but good. I didn’t tip as good as I usually do either.

My family and I visited Flanigan’s in Hialeah for dinner on Thursday, October 3, 2024 after a long day at the park. We were super hungry and ready for dinner when we arrived and we had a great time! We ordered quite a bit of food and were able to try a variety of dishes, including the fish dip, garlic rolls, baby back ribs, chicken nuggets for the boys, french fries, a loaded baked potato, and the Rockin’ Rib Roll. Everything was really good, and the portions were generous—we ended up taking some leftovers home! One of the highlights was how much the kids loved their meal experience. They got a fun kids’ meal pack that came with crayons, something to color on, a little tattoo, and a slinky. They were thrilled with their dinosaur chicken nuggets, french fries, and mini corndogs, and it kept them entertained throughout the meal. My husband and I both went for Joe’s Meal Deals, which was a fantastic value since it included a glass of wine. He enjoyed the full rack of ribs with sweet potato fries, Caesar salad, and garlic rolls, which were all flavorful. I had the prime rib steak with a loaded baked potato, Caesar salad, and garlic rolls. While everything else was delicious, I found the prime rib steak to be a bit bland for my taste—it needed some A1 sauce to give it more flavor. Overall, it was a fun and filling family dinner, and we’ll definitely be back! The food, service, and the kids’ meal experience were great, even though the steak could’ve used a little more seasoning.

I asked for a medium Bahama’s burger for takeout. Got home to find that if I took the burger to a good veterinarian they could’ve probably saved the cow.

My server was totally lit!! Mixed my order and apparently put it in like 45 min after ordered cus it took an hour and 1.5 to get out - mind you there were 2 tables that came in half an hour or more after us that got their food before us. Holy moly. Spoke to manager and the guy was so unprofessional and non apologetic. Gotta love the HIA!

Food was very good, though the place was quite crowded for a Tuesday night. Our server was a bit forgetful on following up with our requests, but perhaps because she had a larger party to tend to...
