This visit left me feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and honestly hurt. When I walked in, two young hostesses were arguing loudly while the manager stood there doing nothing. They were so busy with their own drama — not with the restaurant or the customers. One of the girls even told me it “wasn’t a good idea to sit at the booths,” even though I never asked. It was rude and made me feel out of place right away.
At the bar, things got even worse. I had ordered online but decided to eat inside, and the bartender, Daniela, looked annoyed the moment I sat down. She ignored me completely, helped someone who arrived after me, and gave me a look that made me feel like I didn’t belong — in my opinion, it felt racist, and that really hurt.
Nobody checked on me. Not even the manager, who I later saw chatting and laughing with the bartender instead of paying attention to customers. When my food was ready, Daniela didn’t bring it to me — she just told me to pick it up myself and didn’t even offer a napkin. I felt invisible.
I walked out feeling disrespected and disappointed. No customer should ever feel this way. I won’t be coming back, and I truly hope the restaurant takes this seriously.
