Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill

First time in Miami I found this place. I didn’t want to dive right into Cuban cuisine my first night here so I searched google and found Flanigan’s. They serve American style steaks,burgers and seafood. We sat at the bar to have a drink and get some food. I ordered a steak and potato and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. The service was great and atmosphere was fun. We liked so much we returned the next night and had a huge, fabulous burger. If you’re in Miami and want some great food check them out.

I know I'm going to sound repetitive, but I have to say it again: the best ribs are here at Flanigans. The service is always great, and the flavor hasn't changed in years. I should also mention that the prices are always very reasonable.

1-Star Review This visit left me feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and honestly hurt. When I walked in, two young hostesses were arguing loudly while the manager stood there doing nothing. They were so busy with their own drama — not with the restaurant or the customers. One of the girls even told me it “wasn’t a good idea to sit at the booths,” even though I never asked. It was rude and made me feel out of place right away. At the bar, things got even worse. I had ordered online but decided to eat inside, and the bartender, Daniela, looked annoyed the moment I sat down. She ignored me completely, helped someone who arrived after me, and gave me a look that made me feel like I didn’t belong — in my opinion, it felt racist, and that really hurt. Nobody checked on me. Not even the manager, who I later saw chatting and laughing with the bartender instead of paying attention to customers. When my food was ready, Daniela didn’t bring it to me — she just told me to pick it up myself and didn’t even offer a napkin. I felt invisible. I walked out feeling disrespected and disappointed. No customer should ever feel this way. I won’t be coming back, and I truly hope the restaurant takes this seriously.

Loved the atmosphere and service, placed was packed but we got a table outside... my chicken was delicious, the burger was cooked great with a charcoal taste, the server was busy but he was good with his duties . I had the pitcher of beer,, it was good and cold..

The food is always perfection! Today I ordered to go as usual and Litsy at the pickup counter was amazing. She checked my order and made sure I had all my sauces too. She is super sweet and a refreshing face to see and be greeted by when you walk through the door. She’s so friendly and very good at her job. She made pickup go very smoothly and I have no complaints. Dinner was delicious!

I had the most amazing time. I came in and there were a few empty seats at the bar. Doris called over to us and invited us to sit down. We grabbed a couple of seats and listened to Doris explain the menu. We felt like family while we hung at the bar. Everyone was friendly and the service was fast. The food was amazing.

This place truly feels like home every single time I walk through the door. The warmth, kindness, and genuine care from the entire team make every visit unforgettable. The managers are absolutely amazing — always attentive, welcoming, and making sure every guest feels valued. Dani, Diego, and Doris are incredible bartenders who go above and beyond with their talent, energy, and hospitality. They don’t just make amazing drinks — they create an experience filled with joy and connection. Everyone here is truly wonderful, and you can feel the love and passion they put into what they do. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. It’s a special place with amazing people, and I’m so grateful for every visit.

Let me just say — if you haven’t been served by Doris at Flanigan’s, you’re missing out! She’s the type of bartender who instantly makes the whole place feel better the moment she steps behind the bar. Her personality is electric, her drinks are always spot on, and her customer service is next level. She balances the crowd like a pro, always checking in with a smile, cracking jokes, and keeping the energy high. Whether you're having a chill night or out celebrating, Doris knows how to match the vibe and make everyone feel at home. It’s rare to find someone who’s both super efficient and genuinely kind — Doris is both, and then some. Major props to Flanigan’s for having her on their team. She’s a reason people keep coming back!
