Flat Iron Grill

I work at Waterford Market Apartments andFlat Iron grill came out to our apartments for our resident event this morning! Castro was wonderful. He was on time, courteous and made some great omelets! Our residents enjoyed everything! We can't wait for our next event catered by Flat Iron grill!

Rick came out to our property to do an amazing catering event. Served us a very appetizing breakfast for our residents. Everyone enjoyed their mornings! Highly recommend!

Working in property management, i can say without a shadow of a doubt, Chef Jason & Chef Frank are top notch! Thank you guys so much for always being available and working with my crazy schedule! The food is sensational and the service is first class!!

This is our first time ordering food from Flat iron grill and it was yummy. We got the Thanksgiving special meal and each and every dish was perfectly cooked and super tasty. The owner Jason was very nice & friendly.

They are awesome ! On time ,friendly, the omelettes are incredible. Rick made over 70 omelettes and didn’t break a sweat . We did an event at our property “breakfast for dinner “and it was a huge success . Def hire them ,and thanks Rick ,…for the incredible and impressive job !

Pitmaster Robert is a genius. His food, the atmosphere, his staff. From the moment you walk in, oh lord, if I could candle that smell. I say this the up most respect, Pitmaster Robert and his wife, have smashed brisket, pulled pork, etc I highly recommend the fried okra. 10 out of 10 would DEFINITELY recommend. Edit to add: Pitmaster Robert was nice enough to invite my husband and son to see his amazing smoker. Super family friendly place.

Flat Iron Grill(jason) is a phenomenal company to work with! For someone that has to put on events four times a month I would choose Jason every time. Exceptional food, an array of variety and options and all cooked deliciously! To be able to do business with someone so kind and attentive is just the cherry on top. If you have any type of event you are planning and you are second guessing having food catered DONT. Choose Flat Iron grill!

They catered a meeting for my office today and everyone LOVED it! Thank you for a better option for feeding people at our meetings. The hot sandwiches went very quickly. We'll be ordering here again.

My team orders their sandwiches once a month for our team meeting and I must say the sandwiches are good. I've tried the toasted turkey and the grilled steak I'm not a fan of horseradish and the sandwich is still good. Plus it's a fan favorite amongst my team

Wow just wow this place makes fantastic food and they are GOOD people. They care so much about quality and safety. Truly a fantastic place to have cater your event or in my case get to go smoked meats for the home.
