Flat Iron Shoreditch

An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The food, staff, atmosphere, ambience, and service were all genuinely fantastic. I had the Wagyu sirloin steak with creamy spinach, mac ’n’ cheese, and a mint & lime beverage — everything was cooked and presented beautifully. A really nice touch was being greeted with fresh popcorn to snack on before ordering. I was also generously given a selection of complimentary sauces: Béarnaise, peppercorn, homemade smoked chilli mayo, and wild mushroom — all excellent and a great addition to the meal. I visited just after the lunch rush, so it was quieter, which made the experience feel even more personal. Every member of staff took the time to chat and check in, and even the head chef came out to make sure I was happy with the food — a level of care you don’t see everywhere. A special mention has to go to Daniel, who made sure I needed absolutely nothing throughout my visit. I also have to say, my “rock star” leather jacket seemed to spark plenty of compliments from the team, which added to the relaxed, welcoming vibe and genuinely made me feel at home. Based on this experience, I’d absolutely recommend Flat Iron Shoreditch and will be looking to host a work do here for my team. I’ll definitely be a regular moving forward.

Was on a date with my partner and we were super excited to come here, from the moment we walked in service was amazing! The manager, Mike, was serving us all evening and really looked after us, made us feel so welcome and even had a chat with us! Such a lovely guy! We felt like royalty with the service he provided! Absolute 10/10, and food was incredible! Thank you again for all you did for us, definitely a night we’ll never forget!

An absolute hidden gem in town. We are so glad we made it there before Christmas for our dinner. The staff are very friendly and the service was great. The food was so delicious. The steak had no sides so we had to pick from a variety (cost individually). The mac and cheese with truffles we picked was in another level. The drinks were great. And the complimentary popcorn and ice cream were great touches. Will definitely be back in future.

Excellent place for a casual lunch. There’s only one menu choice - flat iron steak, duh - and we had ours done rare and medium rare. Not much difference between the two but both were succulent and delicious. The creamed spinach and beef dripping chips as our sides were up to expectations as well. For a busy place like this, the service was warm, friendly and efficient. You also get a free ice-cream at the end. Couldn’t ask for more!

Visited here with the family for an early dinner, I booked weeks beforehand as Iv found that every branch of flatiron gets booked up so quickly. The food was lovely, melt in your mouth steak, me and hubby had the sirloin steak which on the specials menu and the kids had the flat iron steak for £15. We ordered lots of the sides to share. The favourites were the truffle mac & cheese and the mashed potatoes. The Kale & Parmesan Caesar salad was nice too. The waiter was super friendly and attentive, he’s the guy who usually does the complimentary Ice cream cone which you get at the end.

Long awaited visit to Flat Iron… after many recommendations.. Welcomed by a friendly giant host with “beef dripping” popcorn & orange infused tap water, nice touch. The Popcorn was EXCELLENT… not sure if it had any beef dripping sauce but it was lovely. As scarce as the waiters were, Thomas was very knowledgable & friendly. The “Beef Dripping” Chips were superb! Almost tastes like chicken n chip shop batter, again couldn’t taste the Beef Dripping… the Aubergine & Mozzarella was surprisingly excellent too. The Truffle Mac n Cheese was good! Very strong truffle flavour , very impressed. The Crispy Garlic “Bone Marrow” Mash was incredibly good but again lacking the Bone Marrow! Unfortunately our Wagyu Hanger & Sirloin steaks came incorrectly cooked. Luckily we were able to swap our steaks with eachother not that it was ideal but so be it. The Wild Mushroom sauce was okay, not very exciting though. The steak clever knives were a nice detail and matched well with the decor. The indoor hanging plants , saddle stools , log decor along sofa seats and the popcorn area were very cool and really added to the ambiance and atmosphere in the restaurant. The Passion Fruit Cocktail wasn’t strong enough & the Mocktail version had too much lime. Denzel was very friendly & helpful, a credit to the team. Other than finding a blue piece of non-edible thing in our popcorn & the steaks being incorrectly cooked, this would have still been a 5* visit however the last interaction with the miserable guy at the end when redeeming our free ice cream with our super cool miniature cleavers, spoilt it to be honest. Left with a sour taste.

I just had a lunch here which was a very needed treat to myself. I've been to Flat Iron multiple times and know what to expect, and as always - absolutely loved everything they put in front of me. I had the wagyu sirloin which was spot on, mash & creamy spinach. What made my lunch though was the service. My server was so lovely & attentive and made this little treat of mine even that more enjoyable and special. I couldn't tell him personally as he was on a break when I was leaving, but still wanted to pass my thank you.

I’ve been here before and I’m sure everyone knows the standard steak here is £15. So in your mind this is an affordable casual meal. However this time, not sure how but we each spent £50…. Kind of crazy - no hate on the food just a note Steak is what you’d expect, it’s cooked fine but it is a small cut. For £15, you can’t complain. The free popcorn at the start is definitely addictive and the free soft serve at the end is a nice touch

Was going to give this place 3 stars as my flat iron steak was actually quite disappointing. I ordered it medium but it definitely came out medium rare. There was lots of stringy inedible gristle in the steak that I had to eat around too. I came in with high hopes and I was somewhat disappointed in my meal. The chips were very good, fresh and hot. The popcorn they give you as an appetizer is fine - different but not life changing. The price is good, at 14 pounds for a steak, but the steak tasted like a cheap steak. Also, maybe I should've ordered it with a sauce, I was hoping the steak wouldn't need sauce. Service was adequate, not super friendly but not unfriendly. The thing that blew me away was the complimentary ice cream. I wish they didn't give this to you on your way out, as it would've been nice to sit down at my table and enjoy the ice cream, but this may have been the most delicious vanilla soft serve that I have ever had and the chocolate shavings sprinkled on top were nice too. They make this vanilla soft serve themselves and I could tell, the vanilla flavor was just so robust. I wish I could come back just to get the ice cream, since my meal was very subpar but wow I would come back just to get that alone.

£13 for a great steak in this economy? Sign me up. Loved the truffle mac & cheese, the creamed spinach, and the fries. Throw in a few beers and you're in for a great dinner. The portion sizes are relatively small, but it definitely fills you up and the steak is cooked exactly to order. Recommend rare or medium rare to keep the tenderness in the steak unless you have dietary concerns. Only disappointment was the cocktails, they are tiny and not worth the price. Free soft serve ice cream at the end was a nice bonus!

Flat Iron had a delicious steak for £13. I added the béarnaise sauce for £1 extra and it was well worth it. The steak is a good size but it was best to add a side or two. I loved the truffle mac and cheese as a side; the side salad and the chips were also good options. A lite bite of popcorn and a petite ice cream cone are complementary. Both were delicious. The service was ok... at times it was difficult to get an extra water or silverware if the table did not come with any. The restaurant was very busy and lively, so that could be the explanation. Note: they include an additional fee for every steak purchased as a donation (I believe £0.10 or £1.00). The menu says if you are not interested in donating you have to specify prior to paying so that the charge can be removed.

This place was so great that my husband and I had to go back twice during our stay in London! The food was delicious as well as the drinks! They start you off with a cup of popcorn as they seat you to your table! Which by the way, who doesn't like popcorn? The food was amazing and well worth the price! The food was great but I'd also like to give a huge shout out to our waiter Jonathon! He was very friendly and made our experience memorable. He went above and beyond by giving us recommendations, he made sure we were well taken care of and even sent us off with souvenirs! Lastly as you leave they offer FREE ice cream! A great added touch! Can't wait to go back!

One of the best meals I've had in London! When you're seated they give you fresh warm popcorn which is cool and different. I of course, got the flat iron steak which was only £13 and it was delicious, juicy, tasty, and cooked to perfection. The chips and Mac & cheese were good as well. There are steakhouses all around London that have similar steaks for double the price. Atmosphere was nice and cozy. Staff was friendly and when you're done eating they give you free soft serve ice cream on your way out! I don't have a negative thing to say which is pretty great because I can always find something negative to comment on lol.

Fast service and simple menu. Great environment with dim lighting and plenty of foliage. Steak was decent.

TLDR: Affordable steak (12 GBP at time of writing) and great service. Excellent (beef dripping) fries. This is not a steakhouse with plenty of selections. This is a restaurant for those who want the whole package (steak / burger, fabulous fries, ice cream and great beer) all at a reasonable price (around 15-20 GBP). Service was quick, perhaps in part because the menu has only flat iron steak and burger at the time of writing. The steak itself is decent but not steakhouse quality. Yet with the whole experience taken into account it will be a great meal for everyone.

Went in a group of 6, got the Ribeye and Bavette throughout with truffled Mac and cheese, creamed spinach, and the garlic mash. Service was impeccable. The waiter was personable, funny, and right to our table almost on que when we were out of drinks. Lighting was dim, but brought out the wood features in the restaurant, all the food comes out on wood platters, you have your own fork and a cleaver for a knife. All in all, an incredible dinner.

Busy local spot with a simple menu and good value for the money. Pair up a signature flat iron steak, medium rare plus peppercorn sauce, with house chips and a glass of wine and you won't be disappointed.

Wow, a love a great steak and they don't disappoint. From the very first moment, it feels very cosy and inviting. The staff were very informative and helpful. I have the rump special steak, cooked medium rare. The fillet was sliced in row, see photo. I love that they had a huge butcher knife for the meal. It also came with triple cooked chips, which, tbh, I was disappointed in as didn't keep in the otherwise high standards. The waiter also recommend the fabulous orange time we had. I would recommend this place for all type of occasions.

Great service, cute ambience, amazing food = must try! My friend and I got the special wagyu and a beef special (ribeye), both were delicious but i thought the wagyu was slightly better. For sides, we had the eggplant, special greens of the evening which was purple sprouted broccoli, and chips/fries. Everything was perfect! The steak knives are mini butcher knives, super cute concept. Bartenders were quick and friendly (you'll have to get a drink while you wait, and expect to wait but worth it!)

After traveling for 10 plus hours to London, this was the BEST meal to satisfy our hunger. Upon arrival, the staff was very nice and let us know that the wait could be up to 45 mins. We decided to grab a drink from the bar and wait. The wait ended up only being about 20 minutes. Since we were pretty darn hungry, it was a nice little treat to see that they give every table a cup of popcorn right when you get seated. We ordered the flat iron, the special, creamed spinach and chips. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and the portion sizes were just right. The creamed spinach was probably the best we've ever had as well. Aside from the kind, fast service, the food definitely was worth any wait!

For the price, quality, and service, I'd say this place is great! Beware, there can be a long wait. Though they do use a neat app that texts you when your table is ready as well as indicating how far you are in the queue. The steak was served perfectly medium rare. I am always afraid of when a restaurant over cooks my steak but as that's all they serve, they can't get it wrong right? They have daily specials other than their standard flat iron steak, which is great.

This restaurant does not disappoint. I've been to the Covent Garden location but wanted to try this one in a sad attempt to avoid the crowd. I was so very wrong at thinking this wouldn't be busy on a Wednesday evening. It was packed with an estimated wait of an hour. Luckily, I was visiting this restaurant on my own, and the hostess took pity on me. I was given a nice seat by the fire after a minimal wait. I ordered a salad, chips, and the Flat Iron steak. I didn't remember that the steak already came with some greens, so I definitely had my fill of vegetables for the day. The meat was tender and cooked to perfection. They did also offer sauces for the meat, but in my opinion, it is unnecessary because the meat is so well prepared and seasoned already. While I was there they offered a special bone-in ribeye for a mere 40 GBP, but I decided to pass. I did get a good look at it being prepared for someone else though. Service was excellent despite being busy, and the staff definitely went above and beyond to accommodate me. I'll definitely be back to this chain again.

Radical concept: steak for everyone! Perfectly cooked flat iron steak, tender and tasty, with a cup of lightly dressed greens, just 10 GBP! They had the NZ Wagyu special on offer the night we were there, so my husband who was dining with me ordered that, for "only" 18 GBP - nearly double the cost of the house steak, but modest for wagyu. Both steaks were delicious, making it hard to choose a favorite. I was certainly very satisfied with my choice. Sides were delicious: we tried the spinach and the aubergines. Both well-prepared and tasty, with the cheese in the aubergines dish being especially nice. Most sides cost around 3 GBP, with the aubergines being slightly more at 4.50. Nice wine selection and a number of house-crafted cocktails. I enjoyed the wine while my husband tried an Old-Fashioned which he enjoyed very much - especially the small iceberg of ice in the bona fide cut glass tumbler it was served in. Service was excellent. Hip and cozy, well-populated without feeling crowded. The wait was around 30 minutes on a Thursday night, and was well worth it! The wait list is called via text, so you're free to wait in the restaurant's bar area or head to a nearby bar or pub. Loved it, and very foreigner-friendly! Can't miss trying this one, even if just for one meal.

The best flat iron steak I have ever had. Our friend that lives in London recommended that we get dinner here. I thought there would be more to their menu but their steaks just include their flat iron and a few daily specials. We shared a few sides which were all just ok but the steaks were magical. They were incredibly juicy and tender. If you had told me that it was a rib eye I would have believed you. My biggest regret is that I ate a little too fast so I didn't really get a chance to savor the steak as much as I would have liked. The steak is pretty small but make it last.

This place is some serious bang for the buck for your steak. I came on a Friday night and we waited for about 45 minutes but it wasn't too bad since there are other local places to check out or grab a drink to pass the time. The restaurant itself has great ambience and feels like a solid medium to high end place place to grab dinner. Service was great and really not much to complain about. This place is called Flat Iron... naturally you order... THE FLAT IRON STEAK! Flat iron is normally pretty rough and at only 10 pounds i didn't expect it to be great. To my surprise, I believe this is the best steak I have ever had within this price range at a restaurant. The steak was well seasoned, the sauces just right, and the sides were all great. They had an optional wagyu special that day which I tried and really enjoyed, but you can't beat the bang for the buck of the original flat iron. I ordered it medium rare and could not be more satisfied. Definitely would come back if I'm ever in town again!

I just got in from California, was tired and hungry and in need of a bit of info in regard to the tube. Well, I was met with a glass of water and some popcorn which was nice. I ordered the flat iron steak, with horseradish and creamed spinach. Everything was delicious as I refueled from my 10.5 hour flight. My waiter jotted down some train info for me, so Mission accomplished. Next time in London I'd be pleased to go back to the Flat Iron again, good food, good service and good ambiance!

Well, Flat Iron certainly has this shit down, eh? Having never been to the other locations I didn't quite know what to expect. I surely did not expect this level of service AND efficiency AND great food all in one! 1. No reservations. At first I can hear you thinking -- groan -- really? In Shoreditch? No reservations? I'll be waiting FOREVER. But here's the thing -- you won't. The tables turn fast due to the speed at which these tasty steaks and sides are whizzed to your table (an abbreviated menu allows that) -- so you'll be eating before you know it. You'll also not be subjected to the utter bullshit Shoreditch host-snobbery when you turn up to a place without a booking and you get the dreaded "DO YOU HAVE A BOOKING?" sneer, as they glare at you stressed out and angry before you've even managed to cross into the dining room. RIght, none of that ok!? None of it. Flat Iron, bravo. 2. Limited menu. Steaks. Sides. Cocktails. Wine. One dessert. The options are limited, but if you want a really great steak for a tenner, you've come to the absolute right f'in place guys. The wine and drinks also lovely. The dessert was a bit of a miss for me (mousse -- but really, it was a cup of whipped cream) -- but forgiven, the rest of the meal was bonkers nice for the speed and the price. Wait, is this fast food and I've been tricked? No. No. It's not, but it's so fast you'll almost feel like it! And in some ways, that's a very good thing. Wait, all ways. 3. Shit runs in order here: VERY orderly. Everyone is with it. People are bouncing around serving popcorn starters and delivering plates and making people happy. This place is run on steak fat - meaning, the best way. Well oiled and something to grab on to. Another round of applause. 4. Location: FINALLY something in this space that doesn't SUCK. The last 2 attempts were abysmal. Flat Iron has the right recipe to spice up this somewhat dead section of Curtain Road. They've outfitted the space well, it's welcoming and nice and not obnoxious. This is a hard thing in Shoreditch sometimes. 5. PRICE. Cheap. We even splurged on the special steaks that were £15 each, indulged in a bottle of wine, ordered every side, additional fizzy non alocholic drinks -- and our bill was STILL under 80 quid. Go try doing that elsewhere near here that's not a food truck. I dare you! Well done. My only regret is now I'm leaving the area and won't get to make Flat Iron a regular haunt with friends and guests. It's a great low key spot that delivers high marks. Ps. Get it medium rare - always.

Dinner here last night was fantastic! It was a Saturday night so it took about an hour to get a table but they use Walk-in so you can join the queue before arriving. The bartenders/mixologists were fantastic and we tried each one of their signature drinks. All amazing especially the pom rose G&T and the presentation of the old fashioned. Amazing steaks, great sides, and a lovely dessert mousse. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. They even checked on us and where we were in the queue as they knew we'd been there a while. Can't wait to come back

Loved this place! Speaking as an American from out-of-town, this is definitely one of the best value meals in London. Steaks were on-point and the sides were just as delicious! The experience from the drinks to the ambiance were all worth the little ride to Shoreditch. If/when I go back to London, this will be on my short list of places to revisit.

I heard of Flat Iron through word of mouth and must say it is definitely the most worth your money! Service was also great and staff is patient to answer any questions you have. I ordered the premier steak with a side of fries and aubergine. Comments are as followed: -steak was juicy and a good portion. Not as large as portions in the USA but definitely good! Tender on the inside and not tough at all. -Fries were also a surprise! Usually I do not have much of an opinion on fries but realized that these were different. Turns out that they are cooked in beef oil! Makes sense as to where the extra kick came from. -Aubergine was basically a mini lasagna. Nothing crazy but a good portion and definitely fills you up! I recommend sharing it as it's quite heavy. Due to popularity, be prepared to wait around 1.5-2 hours. But it is definitely worth the wait!

This restaurant is ON POINT! They know how to cook a damn steak. My first night in London, I ordered a steak at some place at Camden Market and they overcooked the shit out of an already bland steak. Reading the reviews for this place, I had high expectations. I was not about to waste more money on some shitty steak that I could make better at home lol. The ambience was dope! Dim lighting in the restaurant, smokey smell, and just an overall chill spot. They got coat hooks right by the table, so that's def a plus for me cause you don't see that too often (at least in America). We both ended up getting Rib Eye steaks with fries. That steak was so damn flavorful and the trim of the meat was just perfect! Not too fatty. The dipping sauce they gave was bomb af too. Thanks to our server, Santiago, who recommended the sauce. I honestly forgot what it was cause this was in the beginning of the year, but I want to say it was the house sauce. It's dope that they give you a mini cleaver to cut your meat, I ended up buying one and taking it home as a souvenir lol. Food was bomb and service was great! Santiago gave us a few recommendations on places to go and was just a dope server overall. This restaurant gave me a little faith in London restaurants after not having any at all after the first steak joint I went to earlier in the week. Will definitely come back on my next trip to London and I HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody looking for great food.

We read the reviews on Yelp after a long day in London looking for a good lunch at 17:00pm. This was a great place well designed great food . Staff is excellent - all of them very kind and with great attitude. The rest is great food with a concept for little options to choose from

I really like this place. It's affordable, the food quality is very high, the staff is so accommodating and friendly, and the drinks are good. I did not really find many great food options when I was in Shoreditch but this one was a great standby and I knew that I could get a great meal in a really friendly environment, even for a single diner.

One of my favourite dinner places in London, great place for a late night casual dinner before drinks and dancing nearby up the road in Shoreditch. Price-wise it's fantastic: £10 for a steak, all the sides under a fiver and cocktails and wine all in the fiver range. The menu keeps it simple: Steak, fries and a few sides and sauces. But the simplicity of the menu allows for great execution. Apparently flat iron steak's are known for being a bit tough, but they've always been tender and cooked perfectly at Flat Iron so no complaints there. I generally go for a rare steak, creamed spinach and fries. The staff are friendly and service is surprisingly attentive, even on a busy Friday or Saturday. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Incredible value and quality if you are craving a decent steak with good chips, a little salad and a good peppercorn sauce. Drinks list not overly priced either.

This is a meal I will never forget for the rest of my life. It was the absolute best steak I've ever had. It is mouthwatering and delicious - absolutely incomparable to any other steak. Don't ever pass up the opportunity to eat here, even if it's far out of your way! I can assure you it will be well worth it. In addition to the flat iron steak, the chips were phenomenal. They were unlike your basic french fries. All I can say is: just get them. If anyone I know tells me they're traveling to London, the first place I'm recommending them to is this restaurant. I visited here from Vegas, and this meal rose above every other meal I had during my stay. Don't miss it!

Flat iron was a great surprise. I kept looking for good beef in London and falling short. I left very happy with the cut I had.

A great venue and the food was delicious! Staff were friendly and ran through our menu options as it was a first visit. The steak was great and arrived quite quickly...we had a side order of creamed spinach and chips which complimented perfectly! There were also some steak sauces which came additionally - sooo good! The dessert was a salted caramel mousse in a cup which was fab! Definitely recommend as a dinner experience and looking forward to my next visit already

Flat Iron is one of those restaurants that seems too good to be true. I've only been to this one once but I've been to another one a coupe more times. Assuming you like steak, the food is great. (And if you're not a steak person, lets face it - this isn't really a place for you). It's not the best steak I've ever had, but it's very good. And certainly the best I've had for £10. Which brings me to the price. It's super reasonable. And lastly despite being reasonably priced and great food, I've never waited too terribly long, for a table or for my food.

You kidding? For essentially fast food value menu money you'll have at least the best meal you've had all month. Steak, sides, beer, wine, popcorn, ambiance. Stellar. Go, sign up in the queue, wait, wait some more if you must. Then eat. Oh, and have the mousse. Definitely have the mousse. Don't be a tart.

This place...is amazing. Definitely get the most bang for your buck (pound) here. Ordered: 1) Medium Rare Flat Iron Steak I've been here twice and have tried 3 out of 4 of the sauces so far (bernaise, peopercorn, fred's). My favorite sauce is the bernaise sauce, but the steak is really good on its own already. Very tender and the presentation of the entire meal just adds to the experience. Great affordable steaks coupled with great service and ambience. Highly recommend.

Solid steak with friendly services! It was my first time to a Flat Iron. My friends and I were passing by, then noticed that there was very little queue (yay!), so went for it in a heartbeat. Steak was very nicely cooked -- perfectly medium rare and tender. I thoroughly enjoyed my creamed spinach side and wished I had room in my stomach to finish the salads too. The menu was very simple -- literally, the Flat Iron steak with a selection of sides to choose from. It was the kind of place that focuses on a few things and does them really well. Service was very friendly and prompt. All the staff members were kind and helpful, including letting some of my friends charge their mobiles in the back office! Ambience was hip but simple. A typical Flat Iron style and good for any occasion. Would go back without hesitation, especially given its good value compared to the more posh steakhouses!

Done let the hour long wait deter you! This restaurant has done everything right. Simple but elegant menu. Cocktails are to die for (best gin and tonic I've ever had) and the food is even better. Perfectly cooked and seasoned steak to bring out the natural flavors of the quality cut of meat. Server knows what the customer's needs are and paired my steak with a great wine as well. Highly recommend and cant wait to go back!

Flat Iron. Standard. Consistently good. Happy. Usually go to the other central branches which are super busy, but strange this one was pretty empty for lunch. Good service, great food. Value for money.

Flat Iron simply has it all figured out and you really can't go wrong. This begins with a warm welcome and flawless/easy queue app that allows you to go down the block to the pub while you wait (though there is a nice bar available as well). This restaurant (one of several in central London) is quite attractive, hip and happening. Then to get the menu options with a luscious nice portion of steak served for 10 pounds with a tasty cup of nicely dressed watercress - Wow! I got the grass fed NZ wagyu for 18 and my wife got the standard. We traded bites and I think I'd give only a slight edge to the wagyu which speaks volumes to the quality of the standard steak. She got the horseradish cream sauce and I got the peppercorn. Traded bites of those also and both are genuine, fresh and delicious. The sides are also top notch. We got spinach and the aubergine (eggplant to all and sundry over here). The aubergine was our favorite. You'd think everyone had done everything they could with an eggplant at this point but this was unique with a ton of rich cheese that really added to but didn't overpower. Similar but different and better than Italian starters I've gotten. It was a highlight. Apparently the chips are cooked only in beef fat - arguably one of the healthiest ways to do it and massive LCHF kudos to the restaurant for doing this. Drinks are inventive and the wine choices are good and reasonable. Our server was delightful and did an amazing job for us on a busy, frenetic Thursday evening. In general, start to finish, service was outstanding. Again, Flat Iron has it all figured out. To be putting this very top quality food/drink out in a welcoming, very well run restaurant in the heart of hip/happening otherwise often expensive Shoreditch/Hackney is really quite amazing. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great steak as always. Service is good and the price is fair, not a huge amount or range of food but it is excellent quality. This branch is more spacious than the other Flat Irons which is a nice change.

Waited nearly 2 hours on a busy Friday evening but it was totally work it! Nice staff and great food!

Came in while traveling solo for work. Super friendly staff that didn't make me feel rushed. Had the sirloin special steak with fries and peppercorn sauce. Sauce was delicious and fries were good. Steak came with a salad which was a nice bonus. Loved then ambience of the fire in the back. Made for a super cozy setting.

Good concept, quick food if you can beat the queue for a table and it's amazing when you get it. Complimentary popcorn and water and the staff is very kind
