Flatbread Company has been one of my all-time favorite restaurants since the days I used to visit their Bedford location, and I’m so happy to say that the Amesbury branch delivers the exact same warmth, flavor, and consistency that made me fall in love with it years ago. Walking into Flatbreads always feels like stepping into a place where food is crafted with heart — wholesome ingredients, real wood-fired flavor, and a team that genuinely cares about the dining experience.
The Vegan Flatbread is a standout for me every single time. It’s fresh, colorful, and full of natural flavors that balance beautifully on their signature crispy-chewy crust. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like a “compromise” meal — it’s vibrant, satisfying, and incredibly well-seasoned.
