Spicy fried chicken and doufu fish are my favorite! This is the best Chinese restaurant I’ve ever found here in Florida! I’m glad that they beat all the Chinese restaurants in Tampa and Miami. It’s a very good reason to support me to live in Tallahassee. Very authentic! Very good!!!!!! Love it!!!!!!!! 全都给我去吃啊啊啊啊啊!

Google
I got the Mongolian beef with medium spice and white Rice. The Mongolian beef I added extra sauce on the side and I’ll include a photo the sauce they gave me extra on the side which I was charged three dollars for looks and taste. Nothing like the sauce that’s on the Mongolian beef itself. The Mongolian beef I guess it was OK. I would give it a two out of five. The portion size incredibly small for the price. Gotta order a crab goons and they weren’t crispy. They were mushy, but they didn’t have any flavor very bland not like your traditional crab lagoons that you get from Western Eyes Chinese restaurants . Now to the worst part of the whole meal, the general Tso Chicken first of all general tso chicken that I’ve ever had is usually a reddish color. The general tso chicken that I received is almost a brown and is sweet. General‘s tso chicken generally is sweet with a spicy Kick. And yet again, the portion size was extremely small compared to other restaurants. i’m new to Tallahassee and I looked up Chinese restaurants online in this place was rated a 4.6 or 4.3 being the highest within a 10 mile radius from where I live. It’s just very upsetting how very unhappy I am after looking forward to having good Chinese food for the first time in a long time and I feel like I got the McDonald’s of Chinese food. I highly doubt I’ll be returning, which is really bad because the lady that works there that served me the food and gave me this ago was very sweet and very nice and very respectful but the food they serve is not up to par

Google
Server was very nice. I ordered the General Tso’s chicken. The flavor was good, but the meal lacked any chunks of chicken. 99% breading / corn starch. For the price $16.00 I would have expected it to contain chicken. Picture below is after I ate half and begin picking apart breading to see if there was any chicken.

Google
Hands down the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The food was so flavorful and stayed hot the entire time even after I was done eating. The cashier noticed it was our first time and gave us free drinks with our order. The portions are also HUGE I have an extra 2 meals to take with me. This will definitely not be my last time here!

Google
YA small little shop, located all the way at the end, the dead strip mall. We heard a lot of good things about it. So decided to come and check it out as we love Szechuan style food. We ordered several things, including the mabo tofu, green beans and pork rib noodle soup. Along with some chicken lo mein to take home. It appears that the main business is takeout, but we decided to dine in and ordered from their computerized touch screen. We came in early around five thirty, and all four tables filled almost immediately. With more people walking in the door. We watched a very relaxing video about foraging mushrooms while we waited for our food. And once it came out, we understood what the fuss was about! Large portions of delicious properly prepared food. This will be our new go to when we are craving chinese food. The place is not fancy, but it is clean. The service is friendly. And the portions are delicious and large and not very expensive.

Google
Rather average. Perhaps the place was better before it sold to a new owner. I had curry beef with fried rice, but there was essentially no curry flavor whatsoever. Vegetables appeared fresh, but the beef tasted as if it had just been microwaved from previous day. The hot-and-sour soup that I ordered was hot but not sour, it tasted more like egg drop soup. I asked to dine-in and got my food in a to-go box. In the end, they also brought me a (bonus?) spring roll, which was essentially a spring roll you can buy packaged from a freezer in an Asian store. The ambience wasn't great - a pile of boxes stashed right in the dining hall. Overall, the place isn't very appealing.

Google
Wonderful clean restaurant, excellent customer service. We got takeout on a Saturday after a long hike, and I'm shocked they weren't busier. The food was ready quickly, piping hot, and delicious. If you're a fan of spice, absolutely get the Szechuan Crispy Flat Chicken Wings. I love spice, but have a medium to low tolerance for it - these were the perfect level of numbing and flavorful. If you're not a big spice fan, the regular Crispy Chicken Wings are still killer. We also got the Eggplant with Garlic (yum!) and the Szechuan Beef Noodle Soup, which made my nose run and was painfully good. Will be back next time we're in the area. 👍👍👍

Really authentic Chinese food! I loved everything I ordered and will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Probably some of the best (authentic) Chinese food I've had since Joy Luck Place shut down! Delicious food, and pretty quick service. There's a good amount of seating, but the venue itself is small so it packs out during lunch rush. So if you're looking for a quick lunch, come early or call to make a pickup order if you don't have time to wait.

Yelp
Wanted a lot of Chinese cuisine for my cheat day. Decided to try some new and routine dishes here. Everything was pretty delicious. The service was good and prompt for my pick up order. The ambiance is what you would expect but slightly seems like the dining area is just unfinished based on the amount of customers who want to sit down and eat at the restaurant. Overall, a great place to grab some alternative Chinese American Cusine. I got pork belly, orange chicken, general tso's, chicken lo mein, and beef with broccoli. My only real gripe is the spring rolls might be store bought.

Yelp
This is the worse place I have ever eaten at and I want to know when do u put corn in fried rice there is no flavor I will not eat there again I'm giving it 1star when it doesn't deserve one at all.Just Nasty

Yelp
I've been here twice and I can safely say that it is among the best Chinese food that I have had in town. I ordered the krab Rangoon. The wonton was chewy, but I imagine it would have been better if it was hot out of the grease. The filling was good with, I'm guessing, crunchy green onion inside. I ordered the beef with scallions and the shrimp with scallions. The sauce was a savory one with hints of sweetness. I liked the beef more because it was still tender. I look forward to ordering one of the dry pot dishes next time. Customer service is excellent. They answer questions and are willing to recommend items.

Yelp
Their chicken wings was definitely a win for me even though I have low tolerance for spice. The flavor was so good I pushed through it lol the orange chicken and fried rice was good as well but again the wings topped it

Brennan

Yelp
I got the chicken fried rice and it was pretty good! The portions are enough that you are certain to have leftovers, and everything comes out quickly. The only downside is that the seating is somewhat uncomfortable, so it's more suited for take-out.

Marcia H.

Yelp
The employee who took my order was very nice. The food was delicious. I had egg drop soup without corn and Kung Pao Chicken to go.

Yelp
Do not recommend. Lady was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude! I kindly asked to exchange my drink as it was too sweet. She said she'll see and completely ignored our request. Place had numerous bugs, and was very dirty. Food was mid and was too expensive for the small portions she gave us. Terrible experience, don't come here!
google avatar

Sandy P.

Yelp
We came to lunch today and ordered their sweet tea. When we got it tasted HORRIBLE. Couldn't take more than one sip. We asked if we could trade it for something else and got the worse attitude from the worker. This place is very expensive for the quality of food and service you get. Lunch for 3 will run you $90.

Yelp
Really great and fresh helpful staff always Food is delicious I live in Havana and the drive is worth it

Yelp
GOOD FOOD. I've been going here since they did their soft opening. The brothers who own the joint are super kind and hard working. I highly recommend if you want to taste some genuine Chinese cuisine. Love you guys!

Yelp
If you're reading this, follow my food page: fabseatery or faburlosoo! I have seen people talk about this place with really good reviews on Facebook and as a foodie, of course I have to try it myself! I heard the wait time is pretty lengthy and they did not lie, I waited for a minute, BUT if you are expecting great, quality food.... please allow them to do their job. The food was crunchy and delish, I also had orange chicken and fried rice. The rice was so good, I have never had rice that good, I am not lying... my boyfriend ate some and he agreed... he ate too much of my rice he should've ordered his own. I love Chinese food but I wasn't too sure what to get of one of the authentic dishes, so I would love to go back and try one.

Yelp
My go to place for authentic Chinese food now. Had many dishes (see my selections below) there and they were all delicious. Nowadays, lots of restaurants jack up the price, this place is keeping the reasonable price for its customers. Yummy food, good customer service and reasonable price, definitely the number one in my book. My selections: Dry pot griddle dishes(pork, chicken, or shrimp), Szechuan crispy fried chicken wings, Spice tofu fish, Spicy hot pot, and Eggplant w. garlic sauce. Going back to try some other dishes soon. *** Call ahead is highly recommended

Yelp
Delicious Chinese food. Small strip center location. Didn't realize it was there as it's hidden behind subway. Gentleman at the counter helped us with suggestions. We chose thin pork belly for one meal - flavor was good. Thin slices of pork belly were too limp for me. 2nd choice was pork with rice noodles - it was delicious. Needed a bit more pieces of pork to go with all the noodles. Didn't care for the hot n sour soup - strange aftertaste to me. 3rd entree was beef with garlic sauce. It was spicy but really flavorful. Fried rice side was good! We will be back. Glad we found this little gem.

Yelp
I forgot to take pictures but the food is amazing and portions are very generous. We had General Tao, Sesame and Orange chicken and fried rice. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. I think most people just pick up and take home. I went planning to eat in. There are a few tables. This is a an order at the counter kind of place. No complaints about the cleanliness though. My party wanted noodles and dumplings but they didn't have them.

Yelp
Amazing food, especially if you like Szechuan food. And great value, too, considering how it's hard to get anything decent under $20 these days. (I had so many sub-par dishes at chain and locally owned restaurants in Tallahassee and I just don't eat out for dinner any more except here. Oh and occasionally driving to Zaan in Thomasville. Today I had a horrible Thai take out from a place that used to be Ok, and that prompted me to write a good review for this place. Their menu doesn't offer some basic things (dumplings, wontons) and a few of my favorite Szechuan items (couples's beef, chili oil wontons..), but their dry pot and hot and spicy pot are probably some of the bests I have tried in this country. And the Szechuan chicken wings are so addictive! I also like their "scallion style" dishes. Mapo tofu has great flavor and texture..& the eggplant with garlic sauce is the best in town. (Their lomein and fried rice are ok, comparatively speaking.. ). I don't usually order fried chicken dishes at Chinese restaurants, but the orange chicken that my friend got was also delicious. I really hope they'll keep their food quality without sacrificing the flavors..& hopefully they'll get more people working in the kitchen so that they can expand the menu and serve with real plates again! * It can take a while to take out (sometimes over an hour), but I don't mind it as I can plan accordingly. * There are seats, but recently they stopped serving done-in customers. You can still eat there, but in the take out containers. Again, I don't mind it..their food is so good. Price is very reasonable and the portion is good. The shrimps are big and juicy, and all the vegetables are fresh and well cooked (not overcooked ever).

Yelp
Place has been awesome the two Times we've had it. Would definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Yelp
I kept hearing about this special place with mouthwatering Szechuan cuisine. So, I had to try it to see if the hype was real. The place is not a place that you would take a first day hoping for elegance From the outside is a "hole in a wall" but with 5 stars, or a Chinese "Michelin" of exquisite taste, and food with amazing use of chilies on their food. This place is mostly a take-out place. Every time I go by this place is always packed with Chinese American people waiting for their food. So, based on their clientele this place must be the real deal in my opinion. I had the lunch special Orange Chicken, white rice, and a very small vegetable spring egg roll. My friend had the Dry Pot Griddle Style Beef and we both were happy that we ate at this place today. The food had amazing taste and good temperature. We are most definitely coming back for more. Don't wait anymore and visit this amazing place and enjoy a very well-made cuisine. 請慢用

Yelp
Ordered delivery 3 times so far. The choices have varied, so we could try most of the favs. Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, pork and beef dishes. We love our food spicy and they have accommodated my request for Extra Spicy. The only place that has ever made me my tastebuds sing! Finished off the Hot and sour soup just now. Also excellent! Always arrives very hot and on time. Enjoy

Yelp
Absolutely delicious! Authentic! Will definitely be back and highly recommend! Had the 3 pepper chicken and had the right spice!

Yelp
This is my second time here in the last couple of months. Wonderful wonderful Asian food. The pad Thai is exceptional. The rice noodle dishes are wonderful. The cooking is incredibly flavorful. Highly highly recommend. Services is great. Food is timely and upgrade value . Will be back at least one more time before I leave.

Yelp
A mostly Chinese to go restaurant in a shopping center and the food is tasty. Everything we ordered was fresh. Fast friendly service

Yelp
Food portions are ALWAYS large and fresh! I've patronized this restaurant several times, ordering a different menu item each time and have yet to be disappointed. Wait time can vary, but trust it's worth it. 10/10, will ALWAYS recommend.

Kenneth R.

Yelp
Great lo mein and the best sesame chicken in town! Also food is always fresh. I do recommend you order ahead of time because it tends to get pretty busy, specially in the afternoons.
google avatar

Thomas H.

Yelp
Absolutely awesome! The best sechuan food in the area, and it's not even close! Just make sure to call in your order, as they are getting VERY popular now

Lee K.

Yelp
I visited Flavor Treasure for the first time last week. The food was fantastic, and the person who greeted me was friendly and helpful! If you like spicy food the Dry Pot was delicious!
google avatar

Eltha B.

Yelp
This beats the authentic food in Chinatown in New York. Been there twice in 3 days. My husband and I had pad Thai and chicken in garlic sauce on Sunday. Today, we tried egg drop with cream corn soup, beef with broccoli and kung pao chicken. Everything was delicious. Will highly recommend.
google avatar

Jeff K.

Yelp
Food was fantastic, got the beef pad Thai and it was amazing very filling very satisfying hot and great. Also ordered general sauce chicken looking so much forward to eating that later tonight service was fantastic. Place was clean only a few chairs and tables, though that will change as they get busier.
google avatar

Tammy B.

Yelp
Food is fresh and delicious! The people are friendly. I've been looking for a good Asian restaurant and this is it!
google avatar

Kim D.

Yelp
The absolute best! We tried about 8 dishes & everything was incredible. The schezuan crispy wings are fantastic & the portion sizes are great - better than any takeout we've had in Tallahassee. Our takeout order was ready very quickly & the employees were friendly & accommodating. We will be back frequently!

Yelp
Let me tell yall this is the best place. From how hot the food is, the flavor with every bite and great service and very kind.

Dreuge D.

Yelp
High quality Chinese take out. Best Gen Zhaos chicken. I drive across town to get takeout from this plsce
google avatar

Amy B.

Yelp
Delicious Chinese Basically take out Authentic and Americanized menus Very friendly staff and excellent service I can't wait to go back and enjoy more of the ambiance
google avatar

Faith B.

Yelp
the food is so good!! fresh and nicely portioned not too expensive either! you can tell the owner truly cares about the experience :)

Sam N.

Yelp
The food was great and the owner was very friendly. I had the Szechuan beef and tried the Lo Mein noodles as well. The chairs are not comfortable but I imagine most people don't eat at the place itself and instead take it home. I think the focus is on food quality and portion size for your money which I would agree is most important. I hope this place continues to grow.

Art G.

Yelp
Best Pad Thai I've had in a long time. I'd bet their other offerings are as good. It appears that most folk order takeaway but there are a number of simple tables for eat-in. Very pleasant server.
google avatar

Heather K.

Yelp
Absolutely!!!! Read about this place on a foodie site that I am a part of....... Cannot rave about the quality of food enough. Portions are plentiful and food is made FRESH (no frozen breaded chicken with sauce here!!). We had lo mein, orange chicken, general tso. Going back as soon as I am in Tallahassee again. Almost hate to share about this place so I can keep it to myself.
google avatar

Eric D.

Yelp
Food was very fresh and good buy my only complaint was we had to wait about 40 minutes to get our food! Not to mention they bring your food out 1 plate at a time....They did that with all the customers... If you have plenty of time to wait this is the place for you or if you want to eat separately in a group come here and it's a promise to happen.
google avatar

David H.

Yelp
Definitely best Chinese restaurant in Tallahassee. Probably one of the top five Szechuan Chinese on the East Coast.
google avatar

Saralynn R.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend! Service was amazing as well! Oh and it was super clean.
google avatar

Jaime W.

Yelp
So much food and it was so good. Call ahead of you are in a hurry though. Not much seating but they were nice patient and helpful with ordering.
google avatar

Emmanuel R.

Yelp
real deal chinese food! definitely the best in Tallahassee. It can get really busy here so its good to come early. The lunch special is so much food!

Kathleen S.

Yelp
My favorite Chinese restaurant closed so I needed to find a new one. I tried Flavor Treasure today. I had the Chicken Pad Thai. It was pretty good. I would definitely recommend this place. Their hot and sour soup is good as well. The gentleman that answered the phone and helped me when I picked up the food was so patient and friendly. There was a TV with a show playing that I didn't understand but I found myself watching it anyway. I would have eaten the food there if I had more time. It would probably be good to have more tables and chairs because I have a feeling they are going to get busy. :-)

Zoey D.

Yelp
The best Chinese food hands down nowhere else tops this place love it is an understatement vibes are always great here service awesome never have any complaints worth the wait

Jamila T.

Yelp
Being from NYC, this restaurant reminds me of China Town Chinese food and is the closest thing you'll get to exceptional authentic Chinese food here in Tallahassee. So I asked the owner (which he was very pleasant) where did he move to Tallahassee from, and you guessed it. NYC! Nostalgic for sure.
google avatar

Dave C.

Yelp
Food was ok nothing spectacular. Ordered takeout showed up and food wasn't ready had to wait another 15-minutes. Will not go back too many other choices in this area.
google avatar

K G.

Yelp
If I could give their food a 10 star rating I would. We have it weekly. So fresh and the seasoning is always on point. Just go try it

Christopher I.

Yelp
The service is EXTREMELY slow. We walked in, ordered for two and waited over an hour for our food.

Michael B.

Yelp
Went for lunch my wife is Chinese and thought flavors were very authentic , I have beef noodle soup the broth very good and beef not fatty. My wife had hot and sour soup which was very good and maba tofu which was also delish good Chinese food spicy but authentic we will go again
