so glad to have a dessert spot close by that offers a wide variety of sweet stuff! The pistachio snoball was amazing, and I love that they have outdoor seating.

The pina colada snowball and crawfish nachos were very good, but my stomach hurt so bad when I got home. I thought I would have to go to the hospital, but a dose of Pepto helped. I ate less than half of the nachos

I decided to order the crawfish nachos because of a Tik tok post and they were not as good for me. My cheese was very COLD AND I HAD SO MANY JALAPEÑOS they were all over the chips , it was too spicy to eat. I moved them to the side so that I TRY to eat it. Very disappointed. I ended up throwing it away.

This is our local favorite. I just tried the Dubai chocolate sundae and it was delicious! My girls love the snoballs, and are excited to try the special treats.

I love everything about Flavors! I go at least 1-2 times a week whenever I can, and I always bring a friend or two. We always get treated well and always leave with a smile on our faces. I almost always get a snowball or a water ice and i’ve never been disappointed!! We enjoy eating the nachos with some jalapeño peppers and especially the hot dogs with some cheese. At times i get the Funnel Fries and they’d be gone by the time I walk out, They’re delicious!

The Water Ice was pretty good and the Bischoff Ice Cream was out of this world. I've had the snowballs here before and they're honestly not that great just ok. They seemed water downed and not like the ones I grew up on in the city. However every other item Ive had here is spectacular. The Crawfish Nachos,Tamales and King Cake Bread Pudding sundae are other items to give a try. NEW RENOVATIONS ARE DONE!!

I was so impressed! We ordered a fudge sundae, 2 flavor water ice, a lover stuffed snowball, and ice cream. Everything was delicious and priced so well! I cannot wait to go back! I think we found our new favorite dessert spot!

I went there a few days ago! It was so good I got vanilla orchard snowball and my friend got the Dubai chocolate. It was so good, but the only thing was that I hade to wait about 15 minutes for 1 snowballs and a Dubai chocolate. But besides that there’s so much flavors.

They are awfully slow at making orders at times but that just means they're putting extra love into it. The ice is finely shaved and has all the qualities of a good snowball. Their variety of flavors is never ending. I believe they can make any flavor sugar free but I may be wrong on that. The only qualm I have is that when they're super busy, it can get super packed and hard to move in their small little customer area.

Absolutely love the extensive menu!! Every snoball flavor I've had is fantastic! They even have crawfish nachos and a funnel cake which are both to die for!The staff is very friendly. I love that they have table indoors so you dont have to wait in the heat outside!

A definite must stop when I'm in town. The staff helped us on my most recent visit there, we didn't realize it was so close to closing and asked if it was okay to order and he said of course! They were super friendly and patient. I usually get a half tigers blood half mango with condensed milk but this time I got half chocolate and half orchid cream. Real good. Not a watery chocolate flavor like a lot of other places. Will always come back!

The service is fast and the prices are reasonable! The snowballs are absolutely delish! Definitely stop by if you are in the Kenner area!

This little shop in Chateau Estates has a snowball like you'd get at the famous Hansen's in the city. Smooth and the selection of flavors is ridiculously high. Flavors you'd never think of, but they did. They have soft serve cream, but I haven't had it but they have some. They even have some savory items. I love their homemade tamales. Full of meat and not all breading. During Mardi Gras season they have multiple of the most popular kink cake of major bakeries we all know like Dong Phong, Randazzo's, Claudia's to name a few. And no lines! The little shopping center just went through a pretty renovation if you sit outside on Flavors deck. Inside is very, very clean. Seems like they are always wiping up. No bathrooms, so FYI.

The only snoball spot I will go to! The ice is so fine that it melts in your mouth!! The menu has a lot of options from ice cream to other snacks. The owners are so friendly and make it a great experience. P.S. they also sell king cakes during Mardi Gras if you want to beat those long lines!

Sloooooooowwwwwwwwww service, my God. There was absolutely no sense of urgency from the staff despite the line being to the door, and the place is the size of a closet so there was nowhere to sit and wait while the two sloths behind the counter dragged their feet making shakes. The ice cream they serve is just Blue Bell, so if ice cream is what you're after, here's my advice: skip this place, go to the grocery, get a tub of Blue Bell, go home and serve it yourself. Or, go to literally any other snowball/ice cream stand in town.

Imma need for yall to fix the times yall have listed on the website and maps . Wasting peoples time driving because it says yall are open .

The cutest & cleanest snoball place with ac I've been to. Great little hangout for the summer. So many flavors. I love the Taylor Swift creations. The size small is actually more like a medium or large. You gotta try it out. Have fun!

I absolutely love this spot! During the summer if you're craving a snowball, or some snacks this is the perfect hole in the wall in kenner. Super cute, not too big , but they do have a few tables that you can sit at. They also have this amazing ice and it's so smooth and just delicious. During the Mardi Gras season they are also a king cake hub which is even more exciting! Line isn't too bad if you get there as soon as they open. The People working there are super friendly, very patient and honestly my kid is obsessed with snowballs. If you're in kenner you need to check it out! I def know we will be back!

I like this place a lot because every once and a while there is a change in scenery the service is nice and now they have added so many new items and they are very good sadly I have not seen another restaurant of this place ten out of ten would recommend especially during the summer

I was in town for one week with my kids. We decided to go here and we loved how nice the ice was how sweet the flavoring and how it had so much flavor in the cup! Everyone was super sweet and the Taylor Swift snowballs and the music was A great addition! The service was wonderful with them getting too you so quick and being super sweet! Highly recommend!

Lovely young ladies working. Quick service and very polite. They had a long line when we arrived but it moved quickly because everyone was working not socializing or anything like that. Awesome menu selections! We ordered half pineapple/half mango snowball, cotton Candy snowball, and a pina colada stuffed wit soft serve, as well as funnel fries. All of which were very delicious. Absolutely no complaints. I was shocked at how quickly everything was ready with the quality. We will definitely be back!!!

I've been coming here for years, since they first opened. And we used to come often but have since found a new spot. Everytime we have went the past year we are there for atleast 30 minutes but most times an hour. We've all noticed a decline in service and quality. We started going to a new place (probably 5 times) and they know us by first name basis, always interact with the kids and are very patient. I've been to flavors probably 100 times and never have they ever talked to me more than taking my order. Most of the time they are out of the menu items they show which causes a delay in ordering for us and they always seem aggravated. We went last night and ordered 3 different things that were all sold out. So after waiting an hour we also didn't get what we came for. One of the items I specifically asked what was in it, just to be given a cup full of cake and a small scoop of ice cream. Not sure why they haven't gotten more staff and or equipment but it's a disservice to the customers, especially since most are children, to have them waiting for 30 minutes to an hour.

So excited that Flavors came back! Love it here. I always come in thinking I am going to get a regular old snowball but they have so many other options that I can never just order a snowball. Some of my favorites are the Oreo Overload, Peanut Butter Hot Fudge Sundae, and of course the Dole Whip! Staff is always super friendly and goes above and beyond! Everything is always delicious!

The best shakes and malts in the state! Expect a line and a wait because it's a small operation and everything is made to order. Most folks go there for snow balls because they have a large selection of flavors. They also do sundays and other treats. Worth the wait!

Went on a Friday night. Was not greeted when walking in or told "thank you" after paying & tipping. There were 3 people working & one in front of me to order but 2 people waiting for their order (both just 1 person). All I ordered was nachos & a side of chili. Was disappointed with how long it too to pour cheese on chips...only to see the pitiful amount of chili that was given. All around not a good experience for service or quality of food.

I had never had a snoball before and visiting with friends in the area, they insisted I give it a try. First of all there are a lot of flavors. Has to be over 50. On top of that you can mix the flavors, add ice cream, cheesecake or condensed milk to it. If this is your first time I say stick to what is pleasing to your palette. The mixes can get quite creative and complex. I had a mix with pineapple ice cream, amaretto & wedding cake. My friend got a mix he has coined the Stanley cup. It consists of tiger blood mixed with wedding cake with cheesecake in middle and berries with condensed milk on top. Both were so satisfying. I was pleased. Wish I had one near me to visit. They also have nachos that you can add crawfish and jalapeños. They serve blue bell ice cream too.

Great snowballs. Best in Kenner. As far as the wait. It's air conditioned with seats. Prices are very reasonable. Knowing my name is insignificant. Where in these days does anybody know your name. That is unrealistic expectations. Also since CoVid is there any business of any kind where you don't wait??? Recognize Flavors for what it deserves good tasty cold refreshments with hard working staff while you wait in the comfort of the cool air conditioning on these hot days. Been open since 2010 and hope it remains open for years to come! What a Kenner gem!!!!!

Nice little snow ball place in walking distance of me. The only Negative is how it was ran during covid. Made you stand outside with a mask on in the HOT Louisiana heat while waiting to get your snow cone! :(

I'm highly disappointed. I went to flavors many times before and it wasn't that bad. I get we just had a hurricane and options were limited. But when I order a wedding cake with condense milk, I expect it to not be almost all condense milk. Barely any flavor of wedding cake. Not only that two of them I asked for the top to be cut off tell me how I got this. (See picture below)

This place is awesome especially during Mardi Gras. They are essentially a king cake hub in Kenner. They were carrying my favorite king cake which is from Meche's Donuts from Lafayette, which is how I initially heard about them, but Meches was selling them day old king cakes and calling them fresh so Flavor's had to stop distribution from them. I am proud of Flavor's for standing up to Meche's because they choose to be honest with their customer base to only sell them fresh king cakes. It is just disappointing because Meches IS my favorite king cake of all time and now I either have to drive to Lafayette or pay double to overnight it. Regardless of what transpired with who, this place is professional and everyone is courteous. Whoever is in charge of marketing is brilliant. I see a big future for that person. They so house some super popular king cakes from Hi Do, Dong Phuong, Caludas, etc. but you have to check their facebook page to see what is coming and when. They are also pretty good and returning messages if you leave them one on facebook. I haven't tried their ice cream or snoballs but next time I am in Kenner, I will. Hopefully Meches rights what they did wrong for next season.

The dessert is amazing! But I have gone multiple times and each time manager seems like he has an attitude. Also online times say it closes for 9pm but manager says 8. Today I pull up at 7:30 and manager says they are closed. There are no times posted on the door so nothing to really go by which can be frustrating when not local.

Hidden gem. I would go there all the time as a kid. Wide variety of flavors. Always consistent. Always friendly.

Great place in Kenner! Staff is always friendly and checked on us while we sat and ate our desserts. The snowballs are delicious but their other ice creams are worth it! Cute remodel inside!

This is a good place but not unlike many other snowball and ice cream places. The snowballs do have fine ice but you can find the same thing at some other local counterparts in and around Metro New Orleans.

Flavors workers appear worn out and over worked every time I go there. I see the same three girls struggling to keep up with the constant line. The management appears very poor and very unorganized. I personally asked a girl working if they received the tips, as I was getting ready to tip big. She proceeded to explain that the owner takes everything in the tip jar and they never get a penny. In my opinion that is very unfair due to the fact that they are not given breaks and are steadily working every time I visit! As far as service goes it's majority of the time great aside from being backed up due to the long line and lack of workers. I do recommend visiting but definitely do not recommend inquiring for a job!!!

Best snowballs are found in Kenner ! Flavors is the bomb ! Just reopened after a nice remodel.

My friend took me to flavors for the 1st time and I was impressed. They always have a little wait but it's worth it. The ice is soft they have a very good list of flavors. They also have soft serve dole and water ice (Italian ice) and both are delicious. I will definitely visit again

Delicious Snoballs & more! You can get them stuffed with ice cream and cheesecake but I haven't tried that yet since I'm stuck on my melon creation. They serve ice cream, shakes, malts and banana splits plus they have nachos and other goodies (menu on website). They are located right next to Chateau Supermarket... check them out!

If you don't follow them on Facebook to view their specialty snoball creations, you should. Some of them are "one day only" and don't come back into the rotation for a week or two, and they are definitely DO NOT MISS items. I've always found snoballs to be a little on the boring side, dessert-wise, but Flavors' over-the-top custom creations make this into a worthwhile cheat day treat for me. Been to Disney and love the Dole Whip? You can frequently find it here, and not just Pineapple... they also have Mango, Orange, etc. My daughter's go-to snoball is now a "Mermaid" stuffed with pineapple dole whip. She raves about it. I usually get a waffle cone of the Dole Whip and I'm happy, although sometimes I'll split one of their HUGE sundaes with the hubby instead. So many flavors to choose from... I assume that's why they named it Flavors. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the Kenner area or looking for an new snoball adventure.

Good snowballs out in Kenner. They take a good bit longer than most snowball stands, however everyone liked their snowballs! Perfect kids size, and you can certainly ask for snowballs without the top! I think we will try a shake or a fancy snowball next time!

Soft ice, a huge variety of flavors and combos. Friendly people! Our go to place in Kenner. The sugar free flavors don't have that fake taste. My husband likes their stuffed sno balls and decadent flavors. A winner!

A yummy place for great snowballs and treats. I recently tried the new Brides cake dessert and it was phenomenal. Also,dont forget to grab a homemade brownie! Expect a little bit of a wait because they take their time to hand make something amazing!

We made our way to New Orleans a little too early for a flight so we found our way to Flavors for snoballs. The staff was polite and took our orders promptly. The ice was super soft and the juice was good and lacked that artificial dye after taste some have. I got mine with condensed milk and they were generous with it. Several other customers got ice cream options and looked pleased. It's not an area I would normally pass through but given the opportunity I would definitely revisit.

Recently moved to Kenner and I'm very impressed with Flavors. They are inexpensive and the snowball ice is super soft like I love it! I tell everyone I talk to to visit Flavors!!

Hard to mess up a snoball; this place is pretty cheap, has good portions, and tastes good so there really isn't much to complain about. The service is pretty good (almost entirely high school or college girls from what I could tell). The only thing I can think of is that it is probably out of the way for most people, but I think it primarily caters to the immediate surrounding neighborhood.

I took my daughter here for the first time. She had a brownie snowballicious and it was delicious. I had an almond cheesecake snowballicious and it wasn't good. It was overloaded with almond extract. The shaved ice, cheesecake & fruit was really good, but I didn't finish it because the power almond extract was too much to stomach. I am willing to go back & chalk it up to an inexperienced individual who made it.

Okay so this place has awesome snowballs! The ice is soft and they put a lot of juice! Only bad thing is that the wait time is ridiculous. I've walked in here plenty of times and wasn't even acknowledged that I was waiting about 30 mins to place an order bc all the girls were busy with other orders. They are not organized at all. I feel like every worker here should have one job only instead of doing everything at once and being all over the place. The customer service is horrible but only reason I return bc their snowballs are great

This snowball place has a great variety of flavors but on busy days takes up to 30 minutes to get you your snowball. I suggest going on a school day when everyone is out and busy!

Love, love love the snowballs and ice cream.They do not cut corners. The snowball ice is shaved so fine and the flavors are right on. They always are working on new ice cream delights. The service is a little slow, but when you receive what you ordered you are happy that they cut no corners. Flavors is a hidden gem right next store to the Chateau Super Market.

Holy moly, I was super impressed with this place. Little hole in the wall but the snowballs and ice cream are fantastic! The ice is so so smooth which is what makes the snowballs so wonderful. It's really hard to find a decent snowball joint but this place is awesome. They normally have a line out the door but well worth it!

This place is a hidden gem. The snoball ice melts in your mouth and the nachos are so yummy!
