My mother (who has Dementia) and I have been visiting the Fulham Flavourtown Bakery for years, and it became one of the small joys we shared together. The staff were always incredibly friendly and caring, and the cakes, cookies and brownies were consistently out of this world. You can’t imagine how sad we were when we turned up three weeks ago and found the shop had closed. We’ve tried two other coffee shops since and they pale in comparison — nothing comes close to the quality or the warmth we always felt at Flavourtown. I’ve only just cheered up after deciding to commit to a three‑month online order — one 6" cake, six cookies and six cupcakes — so we can still enjoy them together in our local park. Our first delivery arrived on Friday, perfectly packed and right on time. We’ve already had a slice of the Biscoff Bogtrotter cake and it is unbelievably good — the smell alone is enough to make you smile. I genuinely don’t know where the willpower is coming from not to eat everything that’s currently sitting in the freezer ready for the three months ahead. Thank you, Flavourtown. Please know you have customers for life. I really hope you come back to Fulham soon.

Best birthday cake we have ordered since living here. My wife ordered a dinosaur birthday cake for max and it was absolutely huge when it arrived. We had leftovers for a few days after and it still tasted great and was moist. Would recommend.

Best cakes in London. As a baker myself, I can taste the quality of their ingredients & I’m fussy with cake. I’ve been buying cakes from them since 2011 and give them 10/10 for appearance, taste & customer service. My son has allergies & I also buy his birthday cakes from Flavourtown because I don’t believe in compromising on taste with vegan cakes.

Ordered son’s birthday cake, but shop closed AFTER their website still allowed orders to be collected from THAT shop. Neither my confirmation email or my account said that collection was to be from a store miles away. I have photos of all as proof as it is now suggested (for their own convenience/narrative) that I’m mistaken! Wanted to charge extortionate delivery (around 15% of the cake cost) for a cake that was already overpriced and couldn’t care less about customer service. AVOID this Fakery at all cost! My son doesn’t have a birthday cake thanks to their greed and lies.

I have only had the red velvet cake, and have ordered it several times because it's very good. The icing is perfect, it's not very sweet so it's not like some cakes where you have to scrape the icing off because it's just too much. This is going to be ordered for all birthdays and celebrations for a while.

Cakes are absolutely delicious and look amazing. I ordered the below to be delivered for my partners birthday. Arrived excellently packaged and in the time slot I had chosen. The cake itself looks and tastes amazing. Very happy with these bakers and would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a birthday cake.

I have been to the bakery in Richmond several times for cupcakes so I decided to order the 8” funfetti cake for a joint birthday celebration. Everyone was very impressed with the design of the cake. The flavour was delicious. It had a sweet buttercream and nice layers of jam and buttercream inside the cake with lots of funfetti. The cake is huge so it’s well worth the price!

A delicious birthday cake and great delivery service. A little on the pricey-side but worth it for a special birthday cake 🎂
