From the several options for coffee, cafe and food in Richmond, I thought of giving them a go on my recent trip. I like a good carrot cake and the reviews suggested that they do a good one here. Got a slice of it to go and took in the nice decor of the place. Decent size seating area, clean premises and delicious looking cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Was served by a friendly member of staff and left the place happy with the purchase. The only gripe I have is that when I opened the box at home, I noticed that the slice was cut miserly, probably by mistake. The knife starts at the right angle but makes an angle by the time it reaches the button of the four layer cake thereby getting me a slice which was thin at the bottom. The cake exceeded expectations in taste and was baked perfectly and I'll definitely go back for more. Just wish the slice is cut properly next time.

I love Carrot Cake and this place makes the best Carrot Cake in Richmond !! Great cookies and brownies too and the cupcakes are visually pleasing. Grab yourself a sweet treat here, you won’t be disappointed. Adam the Manager and the rest of his staff are always friendly too !! My daughters and I highly recommend it🥰

First visit to Flavour Town. Server was very friendly, helpful & patient, whilst I decided which slice of cake to have. Not something we would normally do, but the cakes looked too good to pass. Ended up settling for Red Velvet vs Oreo. My Vegan friend had the Rasberry Triple option. The slices were huge, we ended up taking 3/4 home. Cakes weren't overly sweet so a big plus.

Our visit there was for ice cream and coffee but there has plenty of variety of cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and brownies, as well have vegan cakes and cupcakes. The cakes could be ordered for any occasion like birthdays and weddings. When we saw this visually colorful and bright display we decide to try them. We order three types of brownies: cheesecake brownie, salted caramel brownie, and mars double brownie. The cappuccino and ice coffee were not too bad, but the homemade lemonade was good. We enjoy our visit there and we will come back to try the cupcakes as well. The cafe is dog friendly and has fashionable dog beds.

I'm absolutely shocked at the customer service I've just received. The cupcakes came ruined because they were clearly not put into the holders correctly. The customer service lady, Bella, tried to say it was Uber Eats is fault when the box with the correctly placed cupcakes came perfectly intact. The cupcakes have clear holders so this would have been avoided if they had put the cupcakes in corrects as the boxes were completely unharmed. I paid £80 for 16 cupcakes for a birthday and can't even present them. I'M DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE AND WOULD URGE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!!

The Red Velvet cake is to die for! Spongy, creamy, wet, tasty absolutely a must try! The location is super pretty and great for some instagram pics 😉. The food totally value the cost and the calories!!! Nearby there is the Richmond walk with the bridge and the nature. Staff was friendly and caring

Cozy place in the high street for the sweet treats . Wide range of cake selection for any events . Truly loved the ambience and the whole service and hospitality ticks all boxes . For me personally the taste was very average . We tried their cakes multiple occasion and it’s just an average for my tastebuds . Good luck 👍🍀

Amazing! The cakes look great and taste just as good as they look! The price is very reasonable. The soft serve was also delicious. The staff is always kind! Also they packed the leftovers in a box bcs we couldn’t eat it all (their cakes are pretty rich).Went there two times on my holiday because it was that good! Definitely recommend.
