15 Best Boutique Hotels in London With Turndown Tea, Lush Gardens, and Rooftop Bars | Condé Nast Traveler

"The vibe: Boutique chic Location: Mayfair Top amenities: Vegan tasting menu at Ormer resturant Best for:  Busy travelers Posh-meets-quirky in a stellar location between Bond Street and Green Park—it’s an easy trot of a few minutes across the grass to Buckingham Palace from here. Open since 1850, this is a grande dame of the boutique scene. Though surprisingly big at 129 rooms, and with a slightly more business-like decor than other London boutique hotels—think lots of neutrals with the odd pop of color—there’s a lovely, cozy feel, and a lot of privacy—some apartments even have their own entrances. Bathrooms have heated floors, with products by aspirational British brand The White Company. Downstairs is a blinder of a restaurant: Ormer Mayfair, by hot young chef Sofian Msetfi, who offers tasting menus, including a vegan one (rare for London). If you’re not vegan, you’ll want to try the signature warm Ibérico ham jelly. Manetta’s Bar, meanwhile, is a taste of the sultry 1930s, with its black velvet seating, rose gold accents, and Art Deco styling. Choose your cocktail by the ingredients or, intriguingly, by a signature quote from the likes of Gertrude Stein and Agatha Christie." - Julia Buckley

"The historic Flemings Mayfair Hotel, Suites and Apartments is a boutique property that provides a home-away-from-home feel within one of London ’s exclusive neighborhoods. Opened in 1851, it was converted from 13 Georgian townhouses dating back to 1731 and is today one of London’s oldest established hotels. Set on a quiet street in walking distance to Green Park, Buckingham Palace, and Bond Street, Flemings Mayfair has been privately owned by the same family for more than 40 years. Enhancing the historic property with contemporary touches, Fleming Mayfair completed a £14 million renovation in 2016 which included a new dining experience with Executive Chef, Michelin-starred Shaun Rankin. A décor featuring shades of bronze and soft greys mixing with teal, indigo, and mustard, creates a sleek but soothing retreat reminiscent of the 1930s within the Flemings Mayfair’s 129 guest rooms, suites and apartments. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a seven-bedroom Townhouse private residence, are individually decorated and boast fully-equipped kitchens and separate living and dining rooms."

"How did it strike you on arrival? It’s an ever-so-traditional, slightly staid-looking townhouse half a block north of Green Park. Nice. What’s the crowd like?Well-heeled guests—especially Americans—with a decent mix of business and leisure travelers. The good stuff: Tell us about your room.Although it's surprisingly big—with 129 rooms—the rooms have a lovely, cozy feel. The hotel was refurbished in 2016, and the new-look rooms are soothingly wealthy. Mottled walls sport photos of British greats like Kate Moss and Hugh Grant (some of which were shot in the hotel), and the palette’s subdued—there’s nothing that’ll wake you up. We’re craving some deep, restorative sleep. They got us?Beds have bespoke frames and hand-stitched mattresses, with 500 thread-count linens on top. How about the little things, like mini bar, or shower goodies. Any of that find its way into your suitcase?Studio suites have gin honesty bars, with five types of the hooch, allowing you to pour your own drinks ($14 per shot). Please tell us the bathroom won’t let us down.Apart from the quality showers and thick towels, there’s underfloor heating. Bathroom products are by posh British brand Elemis. Maybe the most important topic of all: Wi-Fi. What’s the word?Free. Anything stand out about other services and features? Whether it’s childcare, gyms, spas, even parking—whatever stuck with you.Ormer Mayfair restaurant is run by Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin, and was just ranked the fifth best London restaurant. What was most memorable—or heartbreaking—about your stay? It’s family-owned and still feels intimate. Bottom line: worth it, and why?Great value for luxury rooms in a posh location." - Julia Buckley

Google
Absolutely exquisite experience. We booked the Executive King and was absolutely pleased with the decor! The bathroom included high end plumbing finishes including a freestanding soaking tub. The staff was exceptional in their courteousness and ensured our stay was memorable. I would definitely recommend for a couple's trip and will look forward to staying here for future stays.

Flemings Mayfair is always my first choice when staying in London. From the moment I check-in I always feel relaxed at the hotel. ||||The Mayfair location is perfect for a walk in Green Park, checking out the terrific nearby art galleries (including Maddox, Halcyon, the Royal Academy, Portland Gallery and Moco Museum London), a spot of shopping in Fortnum’s and New Bond Street and the hotel is walking distance to the West End theatres plus the cinemas in Leicester Square. The hotel is 3 mins walk to Green Park tube station and there are numerous bus routes that stop outside the tube station.||||The Buffet breakfast offering is impressive and the Full English breakfast is a delight. I loved the Asprey Purple Water shampoo, shower gel and body lotion in my bathroom. The Andy Gotts celebrity photos (including Robert DeNiro and Harrison Ford) dotted around the hotel and the guest rooms are fun.||||I have had the pleasure of knowing Lorena for about 20 years (since she previously worked at The Capital hotel in Basil Street). She is very personable and makes a point of speaking to all the hotel guests over breakfast.||||I have already booked another 3-night stay in early September. Cannot wait!

I booked the Flemings on a whim for a short stay prior to a longer trip. I found the location to be perfect for exploring key parts of London and having many options to dine. The hotel is quite small, but quaint. The rooms, though on the smaller side, are well-appointed and comfortable with the amenities of a 4* property. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. For those on long overnight flights from the US arriving in the morning, the check in time is early compared to the US (1400) and I was happy to learn my room was ready by 1230.

The hotel is very centrally located in the lovely Mayfair area. Quintessential British look. Interior is beautiful however the rooms are very small. Breakfast buffet is nice with pastries, yogurts, deli meats cheese and salmon and even bloody Mary’s or mimosas.

Thank you Aman and Lorena so much for taking such great care of us during our recent 5-day visit to your beautiful hotel. We felt genuinely welcomed and looked after every step of the way. Your kindness, attention to detail and personal touches made all the difference and turned our stay into something truly special which we will always remember. We are already looking forward to returning and to seeing you both again very soon.

I love this hotel so much!!! The staff is so kind, caring and accommodating...the rooms are perfectly appointed and the beds are so very comfortable. The location truly cannot be beat and there is no where else I would rather stay in London, I am home at Flemings Mayfair!! I cannot wait to return soon:)

Charming, elegant boutique hotel in a high-end part of London. It’s walkable to a central tube station, and even important site in Westminster. Green Park and St James Park are lovely options a few minutes walk. For alternative dining, the Shepherd Market is around the corner.

Yelp
Where do I start? Ok, I'll start from the start. As we entered in this hotel after a long trans Atlantic flight, we were warmly greeted by the front staff and concierges. We were quickly shown our accomodations. Our rooms were extravagant. We had a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and very comfortable beds and places to sit and unwind. The continental breakfast was second to none. There were so many choices and seemingly bottomless cappuccinos. The cleaning staff was so friendly and courteous. We stayed for about a week and they so understanding about when or when not to clean. I cannot say enough good about the staff here. They were so amazing and always greeted us with a smile. Please go here when visiting London!!!

Yelp
AVOID AT ALL COSTS over 300 GBP in hidden fees per night. When I brought up the billing dispute they stopped responding to my emails. Truly despicable way to conduct business. I am filing with Hilton to force their hand to refund me, but what a horrible hotel experience. Pathetic scam to try to make money off of people visiting London. The thieves that run this place give the storied neighborhood and hotel a bad name. What a shame.

Yelp
Cannot believe the disrespect from this business. We book months in advance just to be placed on the first level with a street view. When we were not pleased with the room the receptionist informed us that we could not only not switch to a better room but we would still have to play full price for our room and would not receive a refund under any circumstances. After this terrible experience I am not even the slightest bit surprised this property is no longer affiliated with Hyatt. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
I stayed here for three nights recently, and it was a lovely experience! I loved the style of our room and the rest of the hotel - it was a mixture of cool and classy. Our bed was super comfy. The room had robes, slippers, and complimentary bottled water. The location was fantastic! Taking a London "black cab" was on my bucket list, but everything we wanted to do was so close and convenient that we ended up just walking or taking public transportation everywhere. Continental breakfast was complimentary with our stay. I'm glad it was, because £19.50 seems a bit steep to me, and it lacked a couple things I wanted that most other places seem to have (like toast!).

Yelp
I stayed here last May while visiting London. This hotel was nice and looks exquisite both inside and out. I knocked it down to three stars rather than four just due to a few oddities that I encountered. Our room was actually in an attached building, several doors down from the main hotel where you'll find the reception desk and the usual hotel entryway findings. The room was great, with windows looking out onto the street, little closets, and plenty of room. The bathroom was beautiful, but the half-door contraption enclosing the shower made for a good spray on anything left out. Breakfast was not complimentary, and while it was quite delicious, it was also extremely expensive. The bar area was not very accessible as it was in the basement through the dining area where breakfast was served. I was entertained by the strange decor of the bar area and it's disco feel, but the drinks left something to be desired. There was also an issue with the wifi, as I had to keep signing into it everytime I opened up my device. Also, it was included in our package and was to be complimentary, but ended up as a very expensive charge on our bill. The not-too-attentive front desk employees eventually took it off the bill. I would stay again, despite the quirky layout, as the rooms are very nice and the location was great. However, I would know on a return visit to avoid the overpriced breakfast and to provide my own wifi.

Yelp
My partner and I spent one night at Flemings Hotel Mayfair while we were transiting through London, and overall, I felt that it was a quaint hotel that was different than all the boring corporate hotels that abound in London. We booked this hotel through the app Hotels Tonight, and were able to get the room for about half off. It was a Sunday night, and they said that they were rather full, so they did not upgrade us. The location is actually very nice, right on Green Park near Buckingham Palace. We mainly stayed at this hotel because it was Chinese New Year that night and we want to be within walking distance of Soho and the Chinatown. The tube station is only two blocks away, so it is very convenient to other sites in London. Also, being in Mayfair for the price we paid was a steal. The room itself was small, but not minuscule. That's an important distinction to make when discussing London hotels, because I did not felt cramped. Now, I will say that the view from the window was nonexistent and looked out onto a boiler. (I question why they would even have a window in the first place, but I guess not having a window would make you feel like you're on inside stateroom of a cruise.) The bathroom was nice and large, and the shower was powerful. After our long trip, we had a lot of luggage, so the room felt that small, but the room was perfectly adequate for two people staying for a night. Staff was friendly throughout, and check-in was a breeze. They helped us with our bags, and because we were running late to the airport, we were able to send an Uber to the front door and the valet loaded our bags by the time we arrived from lunch to drive off. Very nice. Unfortunately, because we were staying just for the night, we were not able to take advantage of their breakfast or eating at the restaurant or bar. It looked intimate and trendy, we just didn't have the time. Overall, Flemings Hotel Mayfair is not a bad place to stay for a night or two. For the money we paid and the location, I felt it was very good and a value. I enjoyed our stay.

Yelp
This is our second stay here. The last time we came here was for our wedding. Needless to say our wedding resulted in our daughter. So our little London was made in London. If you want to be treated like royalty while staying in London the Fleming's Mayfair is your spot!

Yelp
I stayed at the Flemings Hotel on a business trip and booked a tiny single room. Upon check in I was upgraded to a deluxe single room. While small for a hotel room it's the perfect size for a single person. The bed was super comfortable, the climate control was near silent and great at holding temp, and the bathroom was fairly spacious with a lovely rainfall shower head. I slept like a rock, had plenty of room to store all my stuff, and enjoyed nespresso every morning. If my work ever sends me back to London I'll definitely stay here again. It is definitely on the pricey end but one of the cheaper places I found in Mayfair.

Yelp
We stayed in one of the hotel's suites, which are very much like an apartment with two floors. Everything is exquisite. From the decor to the attention to detail the Flemings does an immaculate job. The hotel staff is friendly and pleasant. It took a little while to get our room ready but they made up for it with a fabulous basket of food an drinks waiting in our room. The breakfast buffet every morning is fantastic with fresh fruit and anything else one could ask for. All around a great experience, excellent hotel.

Yelp
This a very cozy and private boutique hotel that is a minute walk from green park. And short minutes walk away from Piccadilly circus and main shopping spots. The service is absolutely excellent. The hotel was recently renovated, so, very clean and well organized. They have a couple of nice restautent inside. On of them (closer to front desks) is actually an excellent hidden gem one and worth visiting even without staying at the hotel (I have that one reviewed as well) I believe they can enhance their in room food menu, as it is very limited in selections. Just watch out as some rooms are on street level and can get noisy

Yelp
We are traveling from the USA and our travel Agent found this hotel. Great service, very responsive, excellent accommodations! Close to the tube but on a quiet street so the rooms are very quiet. Concierge was convenient and helpful! Would highly recommend this hotel

Yelp
The greatest hotel that I've stayed at. They have an AMAZING restaurant in the hotel that serves an amazing breakfast and dinner. The rooms are very fancy and very comfortable. Right across the street is Green Park which leads right to Buckingham Palace! Only a 5 minute or less walk through the park to reach the palace. The perfect hotel to stay at if you're visiting London!

Yelp
I am typically underwhelmed by hotel restaurants, and Flemings was no exception. The restaurant is located in the basement of the hotel, sans windows, and no matter how much they tried to refurbish it with expensive wallpaper and plush carpets, it still felt like a hotel basement. A friend booked us in for afternoon tea, and we were one of three groups there that afternoon, the rest of the place empty. They tried to seat us all at tables side by side (I hate that - it's a lousy way to fake ambiance), but we moved to a quiet corner instead. While the sandwiches and pastries were good, the tea was luke warm and they seldom came back to check on us (that's what we get for asking to be seated in the hinterlands). Fortunately the company was outstanding and we were having a good time catching up anyway. Once again, there are many options for tea in London, and you can do better.

Yelp
This hidden beauty sits on Half Moon Street which is right by Green Park, The Ritz and Picadilly. Walking into this boutique Georgian hotel, you are nicely welcomed by the staff. The staff as a whole were very attentive and helpful which is what you would expect for a good hotel. The hotel is very clean and has a very 'kitsch' style to it all. I stayed in the Bronte apartment which had two bathrooms, a lounge, kitchen, dressing room and a very large bedroom with a very large bed. The air-conditioning was already on so when I entered, there was a perfect breeze. The bathroom had a typical regency style to it which felt as if you were taken back in time. Sleeping at the hotel was exceptionally quiet because of its location. This was an absolute plus to Fleming's Mayfair. Waking up in the morning to breakfast was situated downstairs in a very 'boutique decor' room. There was a good variety of food and the staff fill you up with coffee and tea regularly. The price of a Full English Breakfast came to £22 which is slightly pricey however, there is a vast amount of other food's which were a little cheaper such as the pastries. The hotel includes a restaurant and Bar with a menu of many cocktails. The price for one night varies between £200-480 but either way, you feel as if it is your own apartment as you can exit through the back entrance without seeing anybody else and gives a very nice trusting feel to the hotel.

Yelp
I've stayed at Flemings Mayfair Hotel for 2 nights, and never went to the hotel's restaurants so I can only comment on the rooms and some facilities. Location : The Hotel is very well located, just near Green Park, 10 minutes top of walk to the subway (Green Park Station, Piccadily Line). The neighbourhood is very nice and quite, not noisy, very welcomed when you need a good night sleep. Money Money Money : Depending on the type of room, the standard price (no promotion, offers or reductions) goes from £295 to £415 / night Breakfast : Differents types, Continental, Traditional and Champagne Breakfasts. £16-£22/person Rooms : 4 types of rooms : Classic, Executive, Junior Suite, Aria Suite The rooms are very cosy, you just want to jump into the bed and fall asleep! They are equiped with the basic necessaries, TV, Internet, Bathtube, Bathrobes, Locker, Mini Bar. The Classic room is around 21 square meter/229sq feet The Executive Single or Double is around 30sq meter/322sq feet. The Executive Double have a king side bed and a seating area The Junior Room, 404sq feet/37.5 sq meter, with really comfy sofas. Aria Suite, 785sq feet/ 73 sq meter, this is the top of the top. Fully equiped kitchen, audio and soundproofing system. Design and High tech The Employees: Polite and efficient, all you can ask for from a high class hotel

Yelp
While the street didn't appear to be very busy, it was loud and the windows and walls were thin. Noise from outside was inescapable while at the hotel. The tea cups and serving trays in the room didn't look like they had been washed in weeks. While some of the staff was kind, many of the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. I had a week long stay booked and I left after the second day to find a better hotel. There is an ok gym that opens at 6am, but there is no spa and the food available for dinning in room isn't very good.

Yelp
The lovely Cate Sevilla and I took tea here last week. Champagne afternoon tea to be precise :) As it was pouring, I hopped in a cab there, but it's not too far from my office in Soho. Nice and central, and in the middle of uber-posh Mayfair. My taxi door was opened by a rather dapper gent and I was walked from front door to the restaurant by another. The place was empty (as Rebecca O says below) - but we had a very different experience to her. The decor is sharp, with bright colours and Alice in Wonderland style nooks hiding different rooms. Mirrors and complimentary lighting make for a really nice atmosphere. I agree that it felt like we were downstairs, but I definitely wasn't uncomfortable. We settled in, quickly decided on the traditional afternoon tea with a glass of bubbles (I forget which, but it was dry and delicious) at £32.50 a head. The drinks were delivered quickly, with a three tiered selection of cakes to follow. We tucked into the classic mxture of cucumber, salmon, egg and ham sanwiches and then the first layer of sweets. We had to give e kick to the waiter for our tea (a divine earl grey with rosebud concoction), but that was only because he was waiting for us to finish the champagne before bringing it. The scones were mini, served with clotted cream as yu'd expect and individual jars of blackberry, raspbery, strawberry and apricot jam. The mini slice of victoria sponge that sat on the same plate was probably the best I've ever had. The final layer was similarly indulgent, with a mini chocolte browne, cupcake, millionaire shortcake and frangipane. Very sweet, but when eaten over the course of two hours, totally manageable. I had a lovely time at Flemings. My only disappointment was that I hadn't realise you had to pre-order the specialised teas 24 hours early. But with chocoholic, pink (where 20% is donated to Breakthrough Breast Cancer), savoury martini and gluten-free on offer, I'd definitely go back.

Yelp
I can't comment on the accomodation, although they were kind enough to let me have a room to shower and change in, and it seemed OK. I went to a private dinner for 20 in one of the reception rooms, The staff on arrival were very helpful, and the library /lounge was very cosy and restful to relax in before others arrived. We had our pre dinner drinks in a smallish ante room, which was OK. The dining room was very well decorated and the table decor was superb, a snaking line of smal white vases with cream roses, along with some delicate foliage. Starters of Aspargus and serrano ham were beatifully cooked, with a superb sauce still remember it a few days later. Main course was Lamb with a strong rosemary flavour, really good. Cheese course was good. Service throughout was attentive and polite, if a little too eager with the wine!

John C.

Yelp
Rooms are tiny and noisy. Currently they are undergoing maintenance which effects everything from the ability to rest in room during the day to being able to serve a timely breakfast. My guess is that although the rooms will still be small the rest will be much better once the renovations are finished. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent

Yelp
Can't believe I have stayed here twice already over last 6 months! Just because of a recommendation by a colleague... The hotel rooms are very clean but their sizes miniscule and especially the last one felt claustrophobic. To make things worse, the first room was right next to the lobby/reception with everybody walking by and the second room, to top it off, was only accessible by walking outside and using a seperate small entrance 20 meters from main entrance. Really strange. And all that for 200 pounds a night!! Never again...

Yelp
Coming back from Holland, I did a 3 day drop at this hotel. I liked the way I was greeted by staff. The interior design is very, very traditional English style. Patterns upon bright patterns....busier than Piccadilly during the Olympics. Also, there is a very cool room for afternoon tea or in my case afternoon martinis. Either is good, really. What is not good is the bed size. Somehow I got hooked up with a room with two beds that were barely big enough for a teenager must less a full grown man. Tokyo (a place that doesn't always cater to my 6'3 frame) has provided me with bigger beds. That made the time with my lady a bit ...difficult. What's worst is that the elevator went out on Friday and STAYYYYYYED out for my entire visit. Because it was the weekend, they could not get someone in to fix it. Bloody hell, mate!!!

Tricia G.

Yelp
Stayed at Flemings a few years ago and loved it. Visiting Flemings for Afternoon Tea during a recent visit to London and it was terrific. They've remodeled the space and it looks gorgeous; love the new decor. The tea itself was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Yelp
Express lunch menu is a superb deal for the area! I challenge anyone to find a restaurant in Mayfair serving food of a similar quality for the same price. I've come back here several times and the food has always been excellent. Don't be put off by the chap minding the entrance door with the top hat!

Yelp
Great Location but sadly lacking in some areas as Andreas pointed out. I stayed in a twin room with a friend this week and was impressed with the new decor. It has had a refurb recently. My complaint was the initial contact at the reception desk. It took some time for them to find my reservation and the staff were very cold and unsmiling which is very unprofessional for a hotel of this calibre and cost.I was woken at 5am by delivery vans outside making a lot of noise shouting from one to another and rattling crates of bread etc(delice de France van)This highlights that the double glazing in not efficient or evident!! The continental breakfast at £16 is only average. The cheese selection was very basic (sliced processed cheese) and the breakfast area is quite cramped unless you choose a side room. Its a business hotel with a business price tag but they need to treat their guests better in my opinion.

Eco A.

Yelp
Afternoon tea I had afternoon tea. The people who are serving didn't know about afternoon tea service, tea itself and the table wear wasn't clean. The servant served tea without brewing. The chair I sat wasn't comfortable. Perhaps they want to add cushions? The only one thing I appreciated was macaron, which was unusual. It wasn't dry yet so creamy but delicately crispy.

Yelp
My family is staying in one of the apartments for our vacation from the states. The apartment itself is very nice it has a living area, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one bathroom with just a toilet and sink. There is a little kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher. PROS: - Quiet, tucked in an alley way away from Main Street traffic. - Cute little alley filled with restaurants around the corner. - Restaurant in the building--we have never eaten there but my sister had a hamburger and fries from there and said it was very good. - Beds are very comfortable. - Shampoo and conditioner provided. - Central location, easy to get everywhere. CONS: - HORRIBLE wifi. If you need to be connected to the Internet for work or school just abandon ship right now. The staff has attempted to be helpful but their entire system is awful and apparently doesn't work well with Apple products (i.e. iPhones and Mac computers) which the majority of people use. It's hard to believe that in the 21st century a hotel has as horrible wifi as this one. And even when you do get connected, it cuts out or is so slow it's not worth using anyway. - Small windows, kind of dark. They do try to make up for it with bright lights on the inside but it's not the same as natural lighting. There are no fantastic views out your windows. - Makeup wearing women, beware. The lighting in the bathroom is such that it washes out your face and you can't see the makeup you're applying and you run the risk of caking too much on. Clearly no woman had a say in the designing of it. I have had to take the small makeup mirror into the living space where there are windows to do my makeup in the natural lighting.

Yelp
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are so small and cramped. The showers are horrible. Even when switched to another room it was still unsatisfactory. One morning the fire alarm scared the life out of me at 5am. I recommend you stay somewhere else.

Yelp
Great service, but the hotel is old and in need of a face lift. The bathroom has no place to plug in a blow dryer.

Yelp
great location, just down the street from the Green Park underground station. it's also about a 5 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to almost any request. It was hard for me to get used to smaller-sized "everything" in London, but that's really what you get anywhere you stay. I was disappointed that the cleaning maid was adamant about getting in and cleaning our room at 8:30 am every day...hey i'm on vacation and I'd like to sleep in :) But I cannot complain because we even received a great rate through our travel advisor. And everyone else working there was very warm and appreciative of our visit.

Yelp
My partner and I stayed at the Flemings Mayfair in late February 2010 for four evenings and were thoroughly pleased. We chose this hotel for its wonderful location, when traveling we like to stay in a walk-able area but with public transport close by for visiting sites further away. The Flemings meet both our requirements with the Green Park station a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The common areas are handsome, while the rooms are more muted and decorated to high standards. The room was good size with two wardrobes, flat screen TV, honor bar at a charge, free coffee and tea making facilities, fast wi-fi in the room at a charge, and a very comfortable bed nicely dressed. The bath was spacious with plenty of counter space, nice toiletries and a rain head shower that I really enjoyed. A continental breakfast was included in our rate and it was just OK, there is room for improvement in the selection but most important in the presentation and the staff needs to keep a better eye on it. On two mornings the juice selections and the yogurts were empty, when I pointed it out, it was quickly restocked. The morning restaurant staff was very friendly and always keeps my coffee cup full but every staff member we encountered was courteous and helpful. They deserve praise were praise is due. If there is anything you are not happy about or need amended just ask and it will be done. We would recommend this Hotel for its great location in Mayfair, comfortable rooms and its professional staff. We hope to be back soon!
